Very clean, beds good, decor spare but pleasant. Kitchen supplies scant - no way to cook anything. Location was not in garden district but 1/2 block from streetcar - very convenient. Loud clomping from above every night. Ice maker not working. Reported this and asked for bag ice - said yes but didn’t comeNo hot water in one of upstairs baths. Door lock very finicky. Overall good stay but several minor issues. .
