They need to make sure the pool is clean, they didn’t have any carts to bring luggage to the room, the service was poor..

There is a large hole in the pavement in the road/driveway to the property. Not a lot of room to get around it.

Swimming pool was green. Breakfast was pathetic. Toast, cereal, grits and waffles. Juice machine broke. Pantry was completely bare. Mini fridge in room make noise constantly.

Overall good front desk and and room experience. I went with family hoping to enjoy some pool time and sadly pool was out of service and appeared to be out for a long time. Breakfast had poor selection we had to go out to eat.

By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in I felt completely unwelcomed especially when I asked for a trolley to bring my stuff to my room and they told me it was broken. So it took me four trips to get to the fourth floor with a bad back and a torn ligament in my ankle carrying all my stuff to the fourth floor. This is my second night staying there due to underlying facts from the first night that I've already complained about but I had to stay there due to unforeseen circumstances. I thought this would be a nice hotel considering the price and I've also stayed there years before but this place is deteriorated and I will never go there again nor will I probably ever use Expedia. The morning manager Margaret was extremely rude accuse me of smoking marijuana which I do not and have not and will not ever do I'm extremely offended. She also burst into my room to tell me it was time to leave as I was walking out with about 15 bags in my hand due to them not having any trolleys. Also their business center is no business center it is one computer that says it is not working. I have a picture enclosed to prove this. They also have no laundromat which is the main reason why I went there so I had to go to a 24-hour laundromat that was very scary and once again carry my clothes up and down without a trolley .how does a hotel not have a laundromat a business center or trolleys?? I really like Expedia but I cannot believe you would represent this hotel

Stayed 2 nights, clean and ok breakfast in the morning. Only downfall was the green pool.

My stay was terrible experience Someone stole my tuck in your parking lot. You have no security the desk clerks acted like they could care less. I have spent many nights at your Hotel Would not ever recommend this hotel to any of my friends

I traveled with my sister and our kids. Free breakfast, pool, fitness center and parking. Just what we needed.

None of the vending machines were stocked, the inn hotel market only had water bottles and laundry soap for a machine that was non-functional. The rooms as well as the hallways smell kind of musty, the pool is not open here and seems to have a bit of mold issue or something. The breakfast here don't even waste your time it is horrible as well as extremely limited

Two things need to be improved: the breakfast does not have some basic things that are in the breakfasts of most hotels, it was super simple, it did not have fruits, cream cheese, jam, yogurt and tea. Another thing is that the pool was closed the 3 days I was there. I would have really liked to use it but it was not enabled. Dirty room.

The room had bed bug, my son had bed bug bits on his hand.

No one came to pick up my trash all 5 days of my stay, and the shower had stains and hair on it from it obviously wasn’t cleaned after each stay.

The room was dirty, we saw 3 cockroaches the last night of our stay. There was no soapa shower no hairdryer, and terrible breakfast. Minimal there. Very disappointed 3days,

This was our third time staying at the spring Texas location and the whole place smelled like mildew . The first room smelled like pure mildew and felt very damp , the young lady at the desk was awesome she went above and beyond to find us a room that wasn’t smelling like mildew . But as soon as you step out the elevator it smelled like mildew. will not be staying at that location again .

The front door area had a bucket to capture water, but there was no rain. They had some kind of leak or AC issues. The halls were cool and air conditioned. The room itself was stuffy, moldy smelling, and the ac didn’t cool down the room very well. The beds and room were tiny.

Room and hotel smells humid and very bad odor.

Mold in shower and roaches.

During my stay we came in late so I couldn’t fully check the condition of the hotel. The morning of checkout I couldn’t find my phone; so I pulled the cover back to search for it and it was a poop stain on the cover. I immediately went and told the manager but all she said was she was new and she really sorry and she would contact head of house cleaning. They are not changing the Linen in here !! There is also long strings of hair all on the sheets

On 9/3/23, me and my family booked at this hotel and we were in room #207 and we had a bad experience since we got bedbugs. I do not recommend staying at this hotel

Everything was fine with the exception of the mattress and pillows. They seemed flimsy and did not provide enough cushion or support.

The King room was too small for two people, only one chair at the desk, and one lounge chair. When I walked into the room there were two pieces of paper trash on the floor, visible. refrigerator was noisy, so i had to turn it off.

Air Conditioner fan was too low but room was still cool.

The room did not have all necessities that a traveler would expect to see. The Kleenex box was empty None at all. The remote had missing cover. TV is awful no guide to show programs and TV hard to even find a program. Going up one channel to find a show was labor intensive. Suggest another TV program carrier.

The breakfast was basic, but adequate. Comfy beds, spacious rooms.

Everything was overall good with our stay. The room just had a feel that it was always a little damp. We weren't sure it was because of the a/c or anything, but we made due. Also remote had seen better days but did the trick when it came to using the tv. Staff was wonderful and otherwise the hotel was nice and clean. Also room was huge.

Our room was very comfortable. It was our neighbors that were the problem. Screaming children, jumping on beds, banging furniture even at midnight. 3 nights in a row. The breakfast bar could use more items and and actually have a staff person paying attention to it. Coffee ran out multiple times. No cups. And guests allowed to fill 6 plates with all the yogurt, sausage and eggs… for her two dogs also staying in her room. That’s not ok. Front desk staff was very nice. Room was nice.

Insufficient cable channel to watch,

The price, compared to places closer to convention center, was nice. Room was adequate for my needs - sleep and computer work. Did not like that I could hear the person in the next room snoring. Location wasn't wonderful but seemed safe enough overall.

Arrived at 4 told they were still cleaning rooms, wait ended up being over an hour and a half.

Check in is made easy as it is done online before you arrive . I just needed to pickup our keys when we checked in. We didn’t have a blow dryer and we were short a towel. Front desk brought the missing items within minutes of us checking in and beds were comfy.

I loved the property. The staff could’ve been more efficient, it took 45 mins just to check him, and when I arrived to my room the key didn’t work so I had to return to the front desk to straighten things out. The front desk clerk was apologetic and took care of the problem, but it was a bit of a delay. If this establishment had bottled water and snacks available it would have made my stay awesome instead of just great.

When I arrived I waited 20 minutes for service to check into my room. When the man approached he seemed annoyed that I was there. The only person to ever greet me in a decent manner was your maintenance man. No one was ever at the counter when I need services and no one apologizes for the inconvenience. The bed felt like sleeping on a box spring. The a/c felt like it stopped working in the middle of night. I woke up soaked in sweat from it. My dad had another room and said the same about the bed and the a/c did the same thing.

My check in was smooth as I stay here at least three times sometimes a month just to relax. Upon going to my room after being with family my key didn’t work. I waited almost 20 minutes for someone to even come to the front only to see the guy working was in his car smoking and didn’t even know I was standing there. Then he asked for all of my info even after telling him my key didn’t work and I was already checked in. I had to go downstairs three times as whatever he was doing was not working on my key. Every time I went back downstairs I had to find him. He was never at the front desk!!! Overnight shift workers there are the absolute worst and I stay there too much to be treated as such. It makes me not want to go back and find a new hotel.

It took 30 minutes to check in. 15 minutes before any staff appeared.

It is a great place to stay. The staff was not so friendly upon checking in and when I asked if there was coffee he saids it’s over there. I went to pour a cup and it was cold. I asked if he could make a fresh pot and his reply was “you have a coffee maker in your room.”

First room could not stay in due to the smell. Received another room which was nice love the walk in shower. Would like for the shower to have a lower shower head or better yet a hand held shower. Being 5 feet it gets my hair wet. The only other problem was the room above us was making noise until 3 am. Staff was wonderful.

Staff was absolutely amazing but I had issues with air conditioning in 2 rooms was moved 3 times finally the 3rd room was good. Everything else was awesome! Especially customer service.

Dean was the epitome of class act customer service. I made an error in double booking. He was able to cancel on his end, rebook and give me confirmation. Expedia’s rep was excellent in making sure I didn’t get charge, by reaching out to La Quinta corporate. Great stay

Close to I 45 and convenient.

Easy access go highways and short distance to stores

Nice, quiet hotel with a convenient location. Would stay here again when I am in North Houston.

Upon arrival we noticed several cars with broken windows. We asked front desk clerk what had happened and he stated the usual vandalising of guest vehicles and that it was common because La Quinta management will not hire on site security. We cancelled our reservation and left location ommidiately. Safety is my priority for my family and this place obviously does not provide it. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

This property was fine in most ways for a few nights however there were some shady characters hanging around outside. One guy from CO had his truck broken into the police said they did nothing because the cameras didn't work well. It could have been prevented with better lighting and security.

Nice area just north of Houston, plenty of food options & water park on the other side of freeway (when it opens later this month)

Convenient located close to HCA hospital. Thet do need to patch driveway.

Breakfast was very limited.

The property was clean and check in was easy. The only issue I had was breakfast. The choices offered were very very limited. They had white eggs and tater tots and no protein. They one have a Texas waffle maker with syrup. When I asked for butter, they told me they do not offer it. The fruit choices was oranges. Only they had small muffins and white bread. There was a toaster, but again no butter to add to the toast. Only two of the three cereal choices were filled, and they ran out of milk. They also ran out of yogurt by 8:30 AM (breakfast opened at 7AM). The juice machine was also broken. They said they served Sunny D and small bottles, but those were also gone and they would not refill. Even though the property was clean, I would not choose to stay here again because the breakfast was such a disappointment. I chose this place and part due to the hot breakfast that was advertised. I had to feed my family elsewhere.

The people were very nice but the hotel needs some sprucing up. It's a little tired. Breakfast was lacking. The juice machine was broken. And the rest of the choices were lacking.

Great property. The breakfast bar was a bit lacking, but overall it was an amazing stay.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The breakfast was extremely poor — there were almost no options available. The fridge only had butter, and on the first day, there was just a single yogurt. After that, there was nothing at all. It really needs improvement. Also, the bed was uncomfortable. I have allergies, and I had some allergic reactions during my stay, possibly because of the bedding or pillows. The pillows were too high and not comfortable at all. Overall, I think the hotel needs to improve both cleanliness and the quality of its amenities.

Great breakfast options. Loved the sausage and egg and make your own big Texas waffles. Lots of other options to eat

Stayed here a few times before and everything was great. But this time I pulled back the bed cover and it appeared the sheets were not changed because there was a crusty stain on the sheet. Changed rooms without incident so that was good. Also breakfast was lacking usual staples of yogurt and bagels. A bit disappointed in this stay.
