The hotel is well maintained. The room was clean, no smell. Their coffee was way better than non-specialty locations e.g. fast-food places. We purchased coffee at nearby Sable once but drank one from hotel reception for rest of our stay.

Everything was good, except the laundry facility. The machines are coin operated only. There were no coin machines or credit card readers. Front desk couldn’t provide change. Several guests had to visit the nearby stores to get coins.

They “have to keep the coffee fresh” by making a batch at 0300 and stinks up the entire hotel. I don’t drink coffee so I don’t care. Stop stinking up rooms so caffeine freaks get a fix. Get a better process.

We have stayed here a number of times. No pool or hot tub but a kitchenette with full size fridge. Rooms are nice and bright clean and staff has always been friendly and helpful. Restaurants and shopping close. Will continue to stay here.

Our experience with My Place was horrible. The room reeked. Someone had burned ramen in the microwave and apparently stunk up the entire hotel, but our room was ground zero for this. Horrible smell. Room should never have been rented until the smell was professionally remediated, or maybe HAZMAT came in. Since they had no other rooms available, front desk understood our decision not to stay in those conditions and cancel our reservation. Now the hotel is refusing to refund our money.

Stayed 2 nights. The bathroom sink and tub did not drain properly. As soon as the taps were opened, they both started filling up. (Really had to hurry with our showers and turn the taps off intermittently) There was also some marijuana smell both in the elevator and in the lobby. Many guests were seen smoking around the property. There were a lot of pets as well, which is not a concern but I was not expecting it. Reception was helpful and pleasant but it is not a place I will stay at again.

This property is shower was terrible the plug for the drain was laying on the side of the tub and the drain was filled with hair and gross. The shower head for the shower didn't raise up high enough he had to take it out and use the handheld. We also could not get the blind to open.

We really liked our stay at My Place Hotel Kalispell MT, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable and nice, the room is very clean. Not to mention there is standing refrigerator, really liked that coz we had lots of food with us. We would stay there again if we returned to the area. Plus its only an hour drive from Glacier National Park.

Overall nice stay at this convenienty located property. Near a great coffee shop and not a far drive to downtown restaurants and to other shopping ( Walmarts, COSTCO, Home Depot). Also a smooth and easy drive to West Glacier, about 45 minutes. Only complaint was that the floors are thin and we heard people above us ( we were on the 3rd floor and had asked in advance for a quiet room) who were walking back and forth all night. We complained to the management and it was resolved after two nights. Stay on top floor if you can! Also, would have been nice to have a breakfast there, but they did have coffee and all kinds of things you could heat up in your room for any meal ( including pizza) We did not take advantage of the cooking faciilties in the room which could also save you some money on meals.

Everything about the hotel itself was great except that it could use a bit more soundproofing. Whoever was in the room above us was quite noisy, sounding like the furniture was being tipped over. Those in our hallway that let their doors close on their own , essentially slamming them, made for some disturbance. All else was fine and we would stay there again.

Great location for shopping nearby. Staff are super friendly and helpful! 2 things we didn’t like 1- they do not clean your room or give towels except every 4 days. You have to go to the desk to ask for new towels. I do not want to pay $200 for a night to make my own bed and reuse a towel. 2- it was very loud above us. Could hear every footstep and it was until late at night and then again first thing in the AM. Caused a lack of sleep.

We could not stay at this hotel as we had a horrific accident and are dealing with a child in critical condition. We contacted Expedia who contacted this hotel and they said they would not do anything regarding refunds. Heartless is one word, disgusting another word…bottom line I didn’t cancel the reservation as it was paid for and why would they deserve a double payment if someone else rented it. I will never darken their doorway!

Immediately upon arrival we were greeted by the GM and staff. Super friendly, helpful, hooked us up with some bear spray another guest had left so we didnt have to purchase any. Room was great, location is great and staff was excellent. Will definitely be staying here when I come back!

Wonderful staff! Went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They also gave us detailed information about what to expect and what to do to make our stay as comfortable as possible. My son said that the hotel gave off a “good vibe.”

I’ve stayed here before and really liked it. I tried to get a room earlier but they were booked. Later, I had to switch some other reservations and My Place had availability. I love the cleanliness most of all. The view is wonderful and there’s lots of light. I love the location that it’s on the north end and close to the highway to Glacier or Whitefish. Will definitely stay here again.

I love this hotel. It’s clean and quiet. It’s has no frills but great for a few nights. Perfect location for shopping! If you get a kitchenette make sure to bring your own dishes, utensils, pots, etc. My only complaint is the coffee. It’s HORRIBLE.

It was a great location for access to Glacier National Park and the Flathead Lake area. The room was spacious and clean. Frig, stove top, microwave. You can purchase utensils for cooking and eating. No breakfast but coffee is always available. Room cleaning only when requested. Lower services but we didn’t need much.

Clean and neat. Rooms are a great size. You can order breakfast items to be delivered to your room. Price was a little high, but still lower than a lot of places in Kalispell. Bed was comfortable. Overall a good value for the area.

It was ok comfortable enough and clean. The kitchen would have been useful but no dishes or cookware or silverware. Only options for breakfast unhealthy no yogurt fruit or even milk for cereal
