Great patio behind the hotel with full Lake Erie views. Lots of chairs and benches. I enjoyed my breakfast in the company of a seagull. Yes, it was begging for food, but it was hilarious and delightful.

Easy checkin. Very friendly staff and happy yo assist. Breakfast was very good. Very clean. Gym was excellent. But TV in room did not work and no staff onsite for support. Had to change rooms but given better room for inconvenience. Parking was very easy. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and lighthouse beach.

This is an excellent place to stay. A good breakfast is included with your stay. They have very nice cardio and exercise facilities. The hotel sits right on Lake Erie. Lake view rooms are very nice! The staff is very friendly and efficient.

The hotel is located alongside and facing Lake Erie. No beach access however it was very pleasant to simply sit on a bench or patio chair by the lake. Good location for touring the area.

Newer property, nice gym, decent but unremarkable (and free) breakfast. Polite staff. Way too noisy on the street side, recommend asking for lake side. Bathroom not as clean as it could be, stains on the shower curtain and built up dirt in the floor corners.

Our room had a funky smell. It was a little like lake water smell, or a moldy smell. I told the desk clerk that I believed that the shower had black mold behind the wall. It was seeping out of the holes in the shower wall that the faucet and shower head were on. I hope they looked into my complaint.

Popcorn and toenail clippings on the floor of a room we checked into plus the bed sheets and pillow cases appeared to have not been changed. This was the same in the next room we were given. The condition of the bathroom was a two star and a general lack of good house keeping was observed through out the facility.

We stay at Fairfield when we travel. Most are clean the interior is updated. But this stay the room has not been cleaned for a long time. Bathroom very dirty and room dusty. My husband said the bedding didn't smell fresh. Disappointed in the condition.

We had an excellent stay! Waterfront room was the best! You could see the lake from your room, nice and clean and staff was very accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend.

Everything was great except for one thing. There was no power outlet or usb connection near the beds. Never have i seen this. I need my phone next to me to sleep and the nearest usb was by the desk.

It's strange but I have never had an in-room fridge that you had to push a button inside to keep it running. When we checked in an entered we had some pops and waters and some leftovers from a meal we had earlier to put in the fridge. It was warm inside, I pushed the button and the fridge started cooling, but overnight it stopped and the food spoiled! I guess you have to push the button inside it every few hours. That is totally insane.

The property was clean. But the lakeview room I payed for, was mostly of a brick wall. And our room was next to the staff work room, and we were awakened both mornings at 5am with loud banging and talking, while they prepped for breakfast. Not pleasant for celebrating my birthday and our anniversary.

On arrival, the check-in clerk was very rude and impatient! I had made reservations online and she told me I only had one room booked! After a very trying time with her, She finally figured it out through our keys to our room on the counter never told us where we were staying and walked away! Unfortunately, my daughter was very upset with her, and of course told her so! The rest of our Stay was fine! The beds were comfortable the bathroom floor was not clean, but overall the room was Very nice and comfortable! When checking out early for our fishing trip, the young man at the counter was extremely nice very pleasant and check me out with no problems at all! I don’t know what his name was but he was fantastic! Unfortunately, I’m not sure. I’ll ever stay there again because of her, she double charged me and now I have a A charge I have to figure out! We stayed here last year, and it has a beautiful view of the lake! And close to Jolly Rogers! But after you’ve traveled a while and greeted so rudely, it doesn’t make you want to come back!

Couldnt get into bldg at first, then into room as well….all my own fault😂 put code in wrong, but staff was there within minutes! Very nice, super clean and great location! We visit this area almost monthly in the summer, we will definitely book here again! Thx for hosting🤗

Was a business trip to update our corporate filings. The stay was extended twice. The first time we went from a Comfort Inn to the Fairfield Port Clinton, Ohio. The second extension at Fairfield the agent told us there was a better rate for our longer stay, but she could not get it to us. Very unprofessional and rude. Nothing like pointing out where they are sticking you before they stick you.

It was a quick trip we choose this hotel because of the access to the jet express to get to put n bay it was a great view of the lake and was nice clean room breakfast was good did not get to use the pool or gym but it was nice that it was inside pool because it was not that warm but I would stay there again

We were told at check in the breakfast was 6am till 10am and it ended at 9am!! On a holiday we got to grab a yogurt and everything was put away ...pretty unreal we paid almost 300$ and never got a free breakfast
