SpringHill Suites by Marriott Tifton

The property seemed to be brand new and was in great condition, it had good pool hours, and the front desk lady was absolutely amazing… Super professional, kind, and helpful. Unfortunately, I have to rate this property three stars because of the very poor design of the room we stayed in. I travel a lot with my family (3 kids) and have a pretty good sense of what families need. This hotel is all suites, which caters to families, so you would think the bathroom would have a lock on it, a door that actually closes (it’s a sliding barn door with a gap), and a door that is solid and not just frosted glass. The whole bathroom situation was awkward. Not only was it super odd shaped, but when I got ready in the morning, the light from the bathroom shown directly in my kids faces and woke them up before I was ready for them to be up. Very inconvenient. The bathroom had the only sink in the room… it would’ve been so easy to design the room with an extra sink outside of the restroom. Most other hotels have that convenience. There was also no mirror in the room with an outlet near it, so after my shower, I could not blow dry my hair in the room while others used the bathroom. I ended up using my cell phone camera as a mirror to blow dry my hair near the coffee station area. It would have been so easy to just hang a mirror there behind the coffee maker. Overall odd and inconvenient design but still a nice hotel.

I stayed at the SpringHill Suites and had a great experience. The location is very convenient, especially with a Tesla Supercharger station right in front of the hotel. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was good with a nice variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, an excellent stay and perfect for Tesla owners.

Well lit parking lot. Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. Breakfast had something for my whole family liked, including my two young kids (10 and 3). I make it a point to stay here when we visit Florida.

Clean rooms and a nice facility. The gym is skimpy but it’s decent.

Great breakfast, helpful staff, board games and coloring pages for kids. Comfy beds. Overall really nice. I do with the layout of the room was different. And the toilet, sink, and shower all share a room. For a suite that has 5 guests, a door for the toilet would have helped.

The hotel was so clean. The staff was kind. The breakfast is amazing. The rooms are beautiful and the fitness room was great! The pool is a little small. That’s the only somewhat downside. The rest of the hotel is really worth every penny.

Had a 1200 mile road trip and stayed at three hotels. SpringHill Suites by Marriott Tifton was by far the best. I say this based on staff friendliness and service; room size and comfort, plus they had an amazing amount of parking space, which came in handy, since I was driving a 16' moving truck. The room was more expensive than the others and a little outdated, however, overall I am happy I made the choice to stay there.

Great location off interstate and lots of dining options. Love the bar in the hotel for a nightcap. Friendly staff and very clean

I feel very disappointed that I stayed there for 5 days and requested they clean the room and no one came to clean my room for 5 days. This is not Marriott like

The shower was not cleaned, there was stuff left in there feom the last person and the soon as you walk into the hotel the foyer has a smell.

Check in was smooth and professional. Property & room was clean and great condition. Beds were comfortable. Had noisy neighbors but the walls kept their noise under control. The cleaning staff used nitrile & vinyl gloves to clean the rooms as well as in the breakfast area which is a plus for our allergy to latex gloves. Staff was overwhelmingly nice and all had smiles. Thank you. We would stay again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at SpringHill! From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in a breeze and answering all my questions with a smile. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating the perfect environment for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was a delightful surprise—plenty of delicious options to choose from, fresh and well-prepared. I had no issues whatsoever during my visit, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I’d highly recommend SpringHill to anyone looking for a fantastic stay with top-notch service and amenities. Can’t wait to return!

This hotel bathroom stunk of public bathroom urine. I dont think they do a great job in the cleaning of the bathroom. Quite unpleasant smell.

This is about one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in in Tifton Ga. I was blown away by the cleaning staff. They actually change ALL the sheets, including duvet/comforter with NEW crisp clean linen. I saw it with my own eyes and actually took a picture of the huge cart/bin they use to store the dirty linen. The cleaning staff keeps this hotel looking brand new. You have a great cleaning crew SpringHill. The entire hotel staff is friendly and welcoming. I normally visit Tifton about 6 times a year, and have stayed at numerous hotels in the area. SpringHill by far is the cleanest. This will be my new place to stay.

While property is otherwise very nice, the ventilation system in the room is extremely loud (sounded like a train going thru our room all night long).

One room fit 4 adults and 2 kids comfortably. Breakfast was great. Staff is very nice

We were traveling and encountered car trouble so it was an impromptu trip. The staff was super helpful and attentive.

Stayed here as we drove through GA, from Central Florida to Minot North Dakota on a 3 week family trip. I forgot a personal item (old pillow I can’t part with) in the room when we checked out. We were about 45 miles north when I realized I forgot it, so called the hotel to ask if they could hold it for me until I would be passing back through 3 weeks later, and they said they would!! Today I stopped by and sure enough, they held to their word! We stayed at several Springhill Suites locations on this cross country trip and I will look forward to staying with them again next time. Great brand and great people in GA. For fellow travelers, stop and buy peaches from Melvins fruit stand at the Fort Valley exit about an hour north of Tifton. Nice guy and great fruit!

Check in was easy, the room was clean. When I tried to use the shower in the morning around 0730 it did not work. When I called the front desk I was offered to travel across the street to take a shower because a pipe was broken. I was told the pipe broke at 0430. I spoke to the manager and asked why the guests were not informed of the inability to use the water and was told " I had more important things to tend to and you were offered an alternative". I explained I was here for a work mtg and did not have time to travel to another hotel with all my things. He then explained an email went to the guests after 0800. I suggested a text to the guests as many people will see a text before an email.

Literally one of the best hotel stays ever AND we are in hotels fairly often. The price was amazing. THE ATTENDANTS AT BREAKFAST,…. OVER THE TOP!!!! Like. 4-5 star hotel! Please guve cudos to breakfast staff and check in staff!

Hotel was fine, check in time was 3 pm, we arrived at the hotel at 5 pm and room was not ready! We ( my handicapped/very tired 89 yr old mother) had to sit in the lobby for an hour while they tried to get someone to clean our room. Very disappointing experience.

The hotel was able to help change the day bc of a dance schedule change for event. We were greeted with a warm caring woman named Wendy. She gave my girls coloring pages and crayons which made the check in smooth and was nice to see.

Staff was super nice and helpful. A few times (2 days) they ran out of breakfast items such as bagels and orange juice, before 10AM.
