Our vehicle was stolen at property. We were parked right in front of office. They took a 2500 high Sierra Denali. We needed an extra day to stay to get everything situated. We got a minimal discount on stay. Only staff member was helpful

The amenities were fine, the continental breakfast and staff were fantastic! The only real problem we had was entering into the parking lot and exiting the parking lot. You are on a four-lane highway and there is no right turn lane. So you are going from 60 miles per hour along with all the other traffic, and then you’re supposed to make a sharp right hand turn right into the parking lot off of the highway. (Turn on your right hand signal early!) Getting onto the highway was another issue. You enter into the four-lane highway with cars going 60 miles per hour. It is not for the faint of heart. On top of that, there are shrubs that block the view from your left so you have limited sight of the oncoming traffic.

This hotel was wonderful; check in was the absolute best and so friendly and courteous. Felt like I was their number one customer! I should have remembered to book without 3rd party as I lost any and all points I could have racked up. And don't forget the shuttle to the airport was just what I needed to catch my plane on time! Thank you Comfort Suites!

I wish I could rate this property a negative zero, Upon check in they informed us the elevator was broken and they placed us on the third floor.Once we go to the room the pill cases were dirty and the shower had black mold in the corner.We walked back downstairs and the worker moved us to the fourth floor..we ended up switching to three more rooms(all was dirty) so we just left the hotel.The worker wouldn’t even come and check the rooms out she said” The housekeeper marked them clean and I don’t leave from behind this front counter”.Horrible will not return back to this hotel.

My car along with eight others was broken into. Do not go there whatsoever. Staff does not want to help you or give you video says that that is not their job. After I spoke to a few people found out quickly that it happened the night before thankfully, I had taken all my things out of my car. Staff knows of the issue and yet has no security.

I was very impressed with the young woman at the front desk when checking in. She showed the patience of a saint with the man checking in before me, maintaining a professional, bubbly attitude despite his sense of entitlement. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. The property no longer has an airport shuttle service but is an easy 10-minute taxi from the airport.

Oh my God, do not stay here you will be terrified. My kids was scared. We was in a room where the couple Next Door was fighting seem like they was busting through the walls. We also woke up with bites all over us from Bed Bugs I have Redd bites all over me and my kids. The owner was nowhere to be found and every time you call you can never speak with him. The front desk person that worked the night that we stay there he couldn’t authorize a refund and we have paid to stay there a week in which we only stayed five hours before we were waking up by Bed Bugs and they were full of blood. I still haven’t gotten my refund. I still can’t talk to the manager. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My family and I traveled in to attend the Cowboy Carter Tour. A member of my group called ahead to discuss early check in but when we arrived at noon there were no rooms ready. We waited in the lobby where you could see that the front floor had not been vacuumed from debris. After an hour of waiting my room was ready. The extra pillow in my room was dirty. It looked like a small bug but didn’t want to touch to confirm. The sink in the bathroom slow drained and there was leftover hair found in the shower and bathroom floor. If you just want a quick stay I suppose it would suffice if you are in a strict budget. Since this was a group venture I did not choose the hotel as I would not have stayed at this level of comfort.

First room was damp and it was very humid. Changed rooms and second room felt humid and moldy. The toilet is not correctly set and there are moldy areas in the bathroom in the shower and around the sink.

The water from the faucets was rusty and brown colored, there was a cockroach in the bathroom. When I tried to call the front desk about these two things, the phone in our room wasn’t working. So when I spoke to front desk staff later, they mentioned that there was some water tank repairs done.

This use to be my favorite hotel to stay at. They have great customers service. Great security for the parking lot. It just doesn’t feel clean. The tub every time I come is so gross.. they half way vacuum the floor. The sheets has stains on them. I just disappointed.. but I would stay again. I would just bring my own clean supply abs sheets.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The place was clean. Some minor wear and tear but nothing horrible. The room had a slight musty smell to it but that just might be the area, Houston is pretty humid. Only down side to the stay was that the wifi did not work in our room or area. Which stinks when your little ones are bugging you about it. My biggest gripe would be the landscaping! The hotel is on a pretty busy street and traffic is moving pretty quickly. Only one way in or out of the parking lot and they have trees and shrubs blocking your view to the left when you are trying to exit the parking lot. Removing those shrubs and tress would make it so much safer to get out of the parking lot.

I was given a handicap-accessible room on the first floor, and the moment I walked in, I could see it was extremely outdated and worn out. The room had a musty feel, and the towels in the restroom looked like they had already been used—completely unacceptable. I stayed for less than five minutes before deciding to check out. This was not a place I felt comfortable or safe staying in. Definitely not worth the time or money.

Not a bad place to stay. Getting into the parking lot can be a little dangerous just as it’s off a freeway. Rooms could’ve been cleaner definitely seen worse, but seen a lot better too. All in all it could’ve been a lot worse if you need a quick rest then I would definitely go back there. Check in was a long process Which normally doesn’t happen when I book through hotels.com. Overall, decent place.

The water pressure could have been a little stronger but other than that, there was no complaints. The front office staff was very swift and helpful with our check-in as well as check out. We woke up late and missed breakfast but they still let us grab a few muffins and some juice when they didn't have to. Will definitely be back. .

We were unfamiliar with the area, and there are not many places to eat that are very close. The access road to the hotel is a very busy 4-lane, 1-way service road. Returning to the hotel was tricky because our navigation app directed us to the service road from the main expressway, and we had to quickly get over two or three lanes or overshoot the hotel. There may be a better way to do it, but we did not find it during our 2-day stay.

This property is really clean and spacious / the only issue is it is sited on an uncontrolled high-speed frontage road (posted 65mph) with no turn off or entry lane - so tune up your ride and dust off your NASCAR skills and enjoy this friendly and well maintained property.

You take you life in your hands getting out onto the expressway next to the freeway. Maybe an exaggeration but the traffic moves fast. Not exactly convenient to the airport and dining is probably within a mile to a mile and a half. The folks that work there are pretty nice, helpful, and our shuttle driver and breakfast attendant were exceptional. I would stay here again. Why do these hotels feel the need to trade comfort for style? They should know better than anyone that when people are on the road, away from home that they value comfort over style. Too many hard surfaces and uncomfortable furniture.

When booked for 4 days 3 nights. At first it seemed nice. The pool was under maintenance the entire time, we booked this hotel with thought that we would be able to use the pool. The fan continues to blow causing me to get sick… you can’t turn it off. Second the kids or someone in the room above us was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Or relax… then on top of all that there were bugs crawling on the wall and I went and told the manager . They came and moved the couch and saw them for themselves and came with a can of Bug Spray— moving couches and praying — then asked if we wanted to move to another room. This was going to be our last night… then she called our room and said she’ll give me Choice Points because of all that was bad. The only thing half way decent was the breakfast and the meat was always pork … we don’t eat pork…they should consider offering non pork products as well

Since they’d just reopened after storm, breakfast was minimum & had to ask for every item. Food wasn’t available in normal dining area, had to go to front desk & bother that sweet lady. Curtains were torn & didn’t close properly, but everything else in room was great.
