Very disappointing experience. The hotel is clearly cutting costs at the expense of its guests. Not only do they switch off the air conditioning in the gym to save electricity, making it far too hot to work out, but they have also turned off one of the two treadmills to reduce power consumption. My roommate and I used to run together every evening, but now only one treadmill is available, so we can’t even work out together anymore. These are basic facilities that guests expect to have access to. This level of cost-cutting is unacceptable, especially for a hotel in Dubai. I would not recommend staying here if you value a properly functioning gym.

I am very disappointed with this hotel. They turn off the air conditioning in the gym to save electricity when there are fewer guests. It becomes unbearably hot, making it uncomfortable and unpleasant to work out. As a paying guest, I expect all facilities to be fully functional regardless of how busy the hotel is. Cutting costs at the expense of guests’ comfort is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel if you plan to use the fitness center.

It is clear that the hotel is trying to cut costs at the expense of its guests. One of the most frustrating issues is that they appear to shut down some of the elevators when occupancy is low. This results in unnecessarily long waiting times, which is extremely frustrating for paying guests. In addition, it seems that the hotel has started reducing the use of air conditioning to save money. In Dubai’s extreme heat, proper air conditioning is not a luxury—it is a necessity. The level of comfort provided simply does not meet expectations. The gym facilities were also disappointing. Several machines were not functioning, and it appeared that some equipment had been switched off to reduce electricity consumption. When a hotel advertises a fitness center, guests should reasonably expect the equipment to be fully operational. I understand that some hotels may currently be experiencing lower occupancy levels, but cost-cutting measures should never come at the expense of the guests who have chosen to stay there. Unfortunately, that is exactly how this experience felt.

Terrible hygiene in the rooms! Found bed bugs in bed and had to change room. Sheets were filthy and just a very low level place. No food in the whole hotel and no breakfast or beverages served. Worst stay I’ve ever had.
