Beautiful property in a great location. Marvelous staff. Delicious breakfast. I enjoyed a quick dip in the rooftop pool and a quick workout in the small but satisfactory gym. Really got our visit to Hanoi off to a fine start.

En general, nuestra experiencia ha sido muy positiva y recomendamos sin lugar a dudas The Oriental Jade. El servicio es excelente, todo el personal ha sido muy atento y muy amable, siempre intentando ayudar y haciendo que nuestra estancia sea lo mas fácil posible. El hotel esta ubicado en el centro del barrio antiguo, lo cual es perfecto para hacer turismo ya que todo esta a poca distancia. Ademas tiene una terraza en la azotea con una vista increíble al lago y la comida del restaurante es excelente. El desayuno fue muy bueno y ofrecen una variedad muy amplia de platos y alimentos locales e internacionales. Las instalaciones del hotel son buenas. Entre otras cosas, tienen un area de spa donde se pueden reservar masajes y una sala de gimnasio. La piscina de la azotea es posiblemente lo que diferencia este hotel de otros hoteles de gama alta en la zona. Las habitaciones son suficientemente amplias y la limpieza es excelente. Agradecemos al manager del hotel por el trato tan amable y personal que ha tenido con nosotros durante la estancia!

The friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff were amazing in all areas of this lovely boutique hotel. Friendly faces at every turn. Room was spacious and comfortable, with quality amenities. Location is excellent in the Old Quarter but a quieter area. But the gem is the rooftop infinity pool and bar with amazing views over Hoan Kiem Lake. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Gym was well equipped and the Spa massage was wonderful. We hope we can return to experience the wonderful service again.

The location is superb - right in the middle of the old quarter with all its charm. Walk to everything. Rooftop bar and pool was superb offering amazing skyline views. The spa waa excellent with high quality massage. The breakfast was also very good. The best part was the staff - so caring and attentive. It mase our stay very special.

Hi, I have now spent 4 nights at The Oriental Jade Hotel and Spa. The first day in a room with 2 single beds. The hotel offers me to change rooms but from day 2. I think that was ok. The staff at the reception was very nice.👏 l used the restaurant on the 12th floor by the swimming pool. They serve good food and good drinks. And are very nice personally. The breakfast was very good. many variations. Nice staff. The rooms were clean and tidy. A little lack of view.😉 All in all a great hotel. And a very good end to the stay with a good conversation with Mr Brian Do. Where we exchange some info and thoughts. 👍😀😀

The hotel was superb in terms of Location (Just a few minutes away from the Lake), hospitality, cleanliness, everything. Rooms were quite small but that’s true for most of the hotels in the location. The best part of Hanoi is most things are just few minutes away from the centre so it’s possible to explore it by foot. We took the room with the Old Quarter View, it was nice, the bathroom is relatively spacious compared to another hotel we stayed at in the last night in Hanoi. The buffet bf was delicious, there was freshly cut mangoes as well!

We stayed at the Oriental Jade twice - once in their Emerald room and once in the Gem Suite with Lake view. Both rooms were great and the facilities at the hotel are awesome from the rooftop pool to the amazing breakfast. The Emerald Room was very nice however they aren't kidding when they say there is no view - our window looked at a wall. The Suite was next level however. It was HUGE and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful all the time and it just felt like a real sanctuary in an incredibly busy city.

The staff are exceptional and go above and beyond to help make the stay memorable! Their English is better than mine. Can’t speak highly enough of the staff. The hotel itself is clean, modern, spacious and very comfortable. Despite being in the middle of old quarter they must have great soundproofing as the night was quiet. No regrets here and we’d gladly stay again.

It’s not an extremely luxurious hotel, but the facilities are clean and comfortable. At first, I was a little worried because the lobby decorations felt somewhat Chinese-style, but the guest room itself was tasteful and very pleasant. The location is right in the middle of the Old Quarter, so it’s not the quietest place and you can hear some traffic during the day, but in return it’s very convenient for getting around. I’d be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi.

The service and staff attentiveness is really amazing! We stayed here for a weekend and then went to Sapa and Ha Long. They booked us a taxi when checking out and when we wanted to keep our luggage for a few hours before our flight after we came back from Ha Long, they let us put our luggage even though we stayed with them the previous week. I have never seen this before. Highly recommended if you are staying in Hanoi

Even though we only stayed one night, the team made us feel exceptionally welcome in every respect. The room was also nice and clean, with a modern bathroom, nice view and comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was excellent - and we are quite picky with our breakfasts. Egg station, fresh and tasty juices and fruit, were some of the highlights. Can strongly recommend the Oriental Jade Hotel, when visiting Hanoi.

We enjoyed a great stay. The best things about this hotel are the convenient location (close walking distance to lake, shops, main square and markets) and the staff. The staff made sure to check in every morning at breakfast to see how we were going. We had a minor complaint about the room and the staff went above and beyond to rectify the issue and offer compensation (which they didn’t have to). There was also a nice gift upon checkout.

It's a great place to stay in Hanoi's Old Quarter. 1 block away from Hoan Kiem Lake. The first thing you will notice when you come in is the smell of jasmine. The front desk people are very friendly and professional. You will be offered a fresh juice drink and cookies while you are checking in. Breakfast is always good. Lots of variety and you can also order from a small breakfast menu. The staff goes around asking how things are. They are all very friendly and sweet. They even remembered that it was my wife's birthday and had a cake and wine in the room when we came back at the end of the day. All in all, this hotel is very highly rated. The location was perfect to walk anywhere in Old Quarter and next to the lake. The breakfast was exceptional and had great variety...the french toast was amazing. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and they are highly professional and happy. The room was spacious and had the best amenities. We would stay here again.

Fabulous boutique hotel in Old Quarter with clean and comfortable room. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with good selections considering its size. Imo, they have the best beef pho out of several highly rated restaurants that we tried in Hanoi. Well deserved the top hotel ranking in Hanoi!
