The staff was amazing. However the hotel IS NOT a 3 stars as it’s offered in Booking and Hotels.com. It has no stars denomination. The place was dirty and the towels and sheets were ripped. There was not a place to get coffee or tea and I was glad a restaurant near by lent me a cup so I could have am water warm at the microwave in the lobby after requesting the staff for help. The staff is amazing but that’s about it.

I used a fan in the room. It worked well. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. Lots of nearby restaurants and cafes. Its easy to get around walking. I walked to Chapultepec in 30 minutes. Ubers can easily pick up/drop off on this one way street location. I only wish rooms had a refrigerator.
