The elevator was broken, water was dripping in the restroom. The ac was off and you had to leave an ID to get a control to turn it on. Internet access was super spotty and since my husband had to work from home we ended up leaving 2 hours later. They wouldn’t give us our money back. When I complained they quit responding.

Perfectly adequate accommodations in a fantastic neighbourhood. 4th floor without a working elevator wasn't ideal. No frills, but clean enough and quiet enough. We spent most of our time out anyway.

Pros: Excelente ubicaciòn, cuartos amplios,personal amable. Contra: Terraza cancelada, alfombras muy sucias , servicio de cuartos deficiente , el sanitario tiraba agua , mucho ruido entre los cuartos, internet de muy mala calidad.

I picked the hotel embassy pretty much on price and rating/review. I got there and immediately recognized the embassy suites similarities. Check In was smooth but front desk clerk told me if I wanted the air condition remote (turns on a/c) I needed to leave my ID. When I returned I would receive my ID. We get to room, it was very basic bed, plugs, dresser, table and two chairs. There were 4 wire hangars in closet, only two towels (couldn’t get more), no fridge, no microwave, my wife had problems with safe. Also the door felt kind of flimsy and walls pretty thin where I could hear the neighbors as I’m sure they could hear me. I cannot remember what I paid for and I’m sure it wasn’t a lot for this stay, I’ve stayed in a lot of different kind of hotels and bnbs around the.world and this place served its purpose. That purpose was a place to sleep and shower that was within a nice district. This isn’t a review to complain about the place just simply a review to let others know what to expect from this hotel.

Excelente hotel, lo visito desde hace varios lustros y he visto cómo se ha refinado y gentrificado. El internet es correcto, el estacionamiento seguro y el personal amable. Quizá el único aspecto es que entran a las habitaciones aún cuando está el aviso de No molestar en la puerta. Por lo demás gran hotel con agua muy caliente.

Room was not the greatest, very dusty, mold on walls in shower, carpets looked dirty. It was ok for a one night stay for a low price. Great neighborhood, easy walk to many resturants, bakeries, pharmacy etc.

La habitación tenía chinches y me picaron todo el cuerpo, tuve que pagar un médico, pedimos nos cambiaran de habitación y lo hicieron sin problema pero no estaba limpia, todo el piso junto a la ventana estaba lleno de una capa gruesa de polvo que se notaba no era acumulación de un solo día, muy lamentable porque la ubicación es excelente y el personal es amable

Mal!!! Primera habitación 305 se inundó, tenían fuga en algún lugar del baño, nos cambian enfrente y amanecimos picadas de chinches!!! Y según tienen su certificado en lobby de que recientemente fumigaron. Les había dado 5 estrellas, porque noté un cambio la vez pasada pero esta vez si se pasaron. Mi estancia en el hotel es una necesidad ya que a la vuelta está la clínica a la que voy cada mes. Pero cada vez me sorprenden con algo nuevo. Muy mal!!! Ojalá alguien tuviera ña decencia de atender estas situaciones.

The floor didn't seem that clean and the bedside tables were very dusty. The bed was not great. Not the worst but not the best. Great location though! I think if the cleaning before check in was better, it would help.

The internet was slow or very slow at times. I had to put off my work time and again because of that and the work suffered. For that, I expect a reasonable refund. I also expect that Expedia will ask the hotel to upgrade that service and/or give factual description of the internet for the future customers. Thanks!

Quarto limpo, recém renovado e com preço realmente excelente para a localização. Entretanto, a falta de ar condicionado compromete a qualidade do sono. Apesar da Cidade do México ter um clima muito agradável e fresco à noite, os quartos que dão para a rua têm uma enorme parede de vidro voltada para o sul, recebendo sol o dia todo, com minúsculas aberturas/janelas incapazes de proporcionar uma ventilação adequada. A pouca ventilação é também comprometida pela necessidade de fechar as cortinas black-out e de fechar as janelinhas para isolar os barulhos da rua. Certamente os quartos voltados para o norte são muito mais cômodos termicamente. Recomendaria tentar solicitar essa posição.

En general está bien, el servicio es bueno y la habitación estaba en buenas condiciones. El detalle que tuvimos era que habia mucho ruido porque pasa mucha gente por la calle y como no tenía aire acondicionado la habitación no podíamos cerrar la ventana.

Check in was easy. The room was clean. The bed was a bit too hard. The place has thin walls. I stayed a few nights and had to contend with noisy neighbors. I was also, disappointed that the patio in the hotels we at pictures was in available. The hotels location offsets uncomfortable experiences as it is located in Roma Nte and near a lot of cool restaurants and coffeehouses. The hotel is a short uber ride away from the center of the city. Overall, it was an affordable and nice stay.

We checked in around 9pm. The staff seemed very confused about what to do for check in. They gave us the key to the room but when we entered, there was already someone in that room! We went back to the front desk and they seemed annoyed we were telling them the very big issue. They got us a new room and then told us we have to leave our ID to get the remote to the AC. We could not sleep because we were concerned that they would do the same to us and someone would enter our room while we sleep. When we checked out the next morning, there was different staff and they seemed a lot more professional than the night staff. We will never book here again.

Es muy buen lugar para quedarse, lo único que no me agradó es que abrieron dos veces mi puerta las personas de intendencia, solo tocaban y entraban no daban chance de contestar. De ahí en fuera todo excelente:)

me gusta mucho este hotel, es cómodo, sencillo y a buen precio. llegamos a las 5 am, tuvimos que esperar una hora adecuada para desayunar y luego regresar a hacer check in; porque no se puede hasta las tres de la tarde. lo cual me pareció ilógico. si tienen la habitación disponible, pues te dejan pasar y ya. pero no se pudo. igual respetamos eso y volvimos por la tarde fuera de eso, no tengo ningún comentario negativo, siempre disfruto quedarme en su hotel

La habitación súper bien. La recepciónista de la noche (llegamos 11 pm) súper grosera, muy lenta y no sabía de las habitaciones. Tal vez apenas está aprendiendo, pero ni una gota de amabilidad y cero paciencia, desde que llegamos ya tenía su cara de enojada y poca paciencia

This is my go to place to stay when visiting CDMX (and I go a lot). It is located in Roma Norte, which has an abudance of cafes, restaurants and shops close by. It's not too far from Chapultepec Park, and Avenida Paseo de la Reforma and other visit worthy spots. The area is safe for taking an early morning strioll through the beautiful streets. Spend your money on fun activities, good food and lovely souvenirs. This hotel is affordable and worth the savings .

The hotel is nice. It takes a while for the valet to get you, your vehicle, take it into account when leaving the hotel. Add it to your travel time. The lobby area is small, if there are more than 6 people waiting or sitting around, it feels packed.

The elevator wasn't working, but the staff helped bring my luggage to the room. There's no AC, but they do provide a fan. The hotel is located in a very convenient area and you can walk to restaurants, parks and shops. They have free parking. The restaurant next door has very good food.
