Staff were lovely. However id previously messaged about the quadroople room having 2 bunk beds to be told there would be a double bed so it would be fine otherwise id of cancelled

The hotel carpets were dirty the hotel is in need of a good clean and badly needs painted. Cracked wash hand basin in room 210. The person on reception was friendly and helpful.

Lift not working ao quite a struggle to 2nd floor That said a staff member did help me when he saw me struggling. Door lock was half hanging off door so not very secure
