We had a warm greeting upon arrival and the staff were always friendly and attentive. Room was very comfortable and clean. Quiet place to come “home” after walking around during the day. The breakfast was great. Snacks were left for guests to enjoy at night too. Location was convenient to the bridge and many restaurants and bars nearby.

The hotel has lots of character and is well placed to see ‘tourist’ sites but also to escape the crowds. This beautiful hotel is one of our favorites we’ve ever stayed in! We had the room upstairs and it was so gorgeous and comfortable. David was so welcoming and kind. We absolutely loved everything about this place. It was also right in the city center, easy to walk to historic sites and great local cafes and bars. We hope to stay here again one day!

This is a beautiful historic B&B. The staff was very kind to us. The breakfasts were excellent, and they had tea, fruit, and cake available all day for snacking. We came during the slow season, so they upgraded our rooms. We loved the bathtubs, and the beds were very comfortable. We’d definitely come back next time we visit.

Oltrarno Splendid is the perfect location for your Florence visit. Walking distance close to all attractions, restaurants and bars. You can count also with Alberto and his staff to take care of your needs during your stay. He is a kind person and really makes you feel at home and safe. Breakfast was included and don't miss it, try the vegan croissants that do not taste vegan at all. Each room is unique in design so make sure to ask before you book if you desire a specific room from the pictures. I want to mention and thank Alberto for his friendly attentions and for making our Florence visit a memorable one.
