Only Tesla chargers in the back but neighbouring property did have slow/regular paid charging. Immediate area is pretty boring and the hotel is a bit far from downtown/old/touristic areas. Hotel is very nice, clean and modern.

I travel a lot for work and this is a top notch hotel when I stay in Quebec city. If my first job is on the SouthShore(StRomuald), I stay in their other hotel of the same name. Fantastically located for any services needed(restaurants,groceries,shopping etc). Clean,super gym,great breakfast,very friendly staff.

Les bornes de recharge de l'hôtel ne marchent que pour les Tesla. Il y a 2 bornes Circuit électrique (payantes) sur le terrain d'à côté mais elles sont souvent occupées. Ça prendrait d'autres bornes, si possible gratuites pour les clients comme dans d'autres hôtels. Il y a une trop grande utilisation du plastique au petit déjeuner, ce qui n'est pas écologique. Et la procédure de recyclage n'est pas vraiment claire (bacs mal identifiés, etc.). Il y aurait un effort à faire de ce côté !

We had a great stay. Rooms are large and clean. Great breakfast and coffee and tea station was appreciated. I really enjoyed the pool with my grandson but that water could be a little warmer.

The beds were not made one day they should have made them. I was informed the room service was every 2 days when I arrived to the hotel. I was expecting the room service every day. No restaurant for dinner.

The hotel is conveniently located, and the building and rooms appear updated and modern. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and service did not meet expectations. We discovered that the soap bar in our room had visible hairs on it, suggesting it had been used and simply placed back in the box. This was concerning, as it indicated that the cleaning staff did not notice or replace it. When I brought the soap to the front desk, the staff member responded with little concern, simply asking if I needed another without offering an apology or acknowledgment of the issue. The breakfast was also disappointing, with a limited selection and mediocre quality. Overall, while the location and facilities are good, the lack of attention to cleanliness and service was very disappointing.

Le petit déjeuner était très sommaire. Je ne m'attendais pas particulièrement à mieux, bien que j'aurais espéré au minimum du bacon! La chambre était plutôt propre sauf une trace visible de selle à l'endroit où était placé le papier de toilette... Sinon le lit et la chambre était gloabelement très propre. La douche fonctionnait plutôt mal, le bouchon du drain était lousse et empêchait l'eau de s'écouler proprement. La porte de la salle de bain était une porte coulissante sans barrure et qui ne bloque absolument pas le son. N'espérer pas d'intimité avec cette chambre. L'insonnoridation était plutôt défaillante, on entendait des chiens de voisins japer et les gens du dessus marcher. Mais au delà d'une certaine heure c'était très tranquille. Le personnel était plutôt sympathique. La télé n'était pas smart, ça aussi c'est plutôt standard. Le stationnement était parfait, très près de notre chambre. Il y a beaucoup d'épiceries et restaurant à proximité. Globalement c'était un bon hôtel pour le prix, malgré tout ce que j'en dis, j'y retournerais probablement!

Good sized room, comfortable. No auto room servicing for the weekend (bed making, clearing bins, cleaning bathroom or fresh towels). Decent free breakfast. Sunday hot food was cold at 8am. No netflix, Prime video, movie channel but could link laptop to HDMI on TV. Sliding door for bathroom was HEAVY and finger trap safety problem. Friendly staff.

The hotel is beautiful, in a great area. The room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the floors are paper thin. Either that or the guests in the room above were just stomping around for fun! In all my years of working at and staying in hotels, I have never experienced anything like that before. The stomping was so loud, back and forth most of the night and then again at 7am. Neither I, nor my sister, slept very well. We were very glad to leave. So, try and get a top floor room, other than that everything was great.

Everything was good however the air conditioning was not working in our initial room which we were then moved to another room. Also there was no hand soap in our room but the staff responded rather quickly. Overall it was a decent stay.

Nice property very close to the falls, a bit on the expensive side but worth it. In a convenient location for our quick overnight stay, to see both the falls and old Quebec. As someone who only speaks English I always get intimidated staying outside of Montreal, but the hotel staff were awesome, especially the gentleman at the front desk upon check in. We got upgraded to a king suite! We would definitely stay again.

It is the best Hampton we have stayed in. The staff (especially Philip) are super friendly. The breakfast has good spread. We got an upgrade to a junior suite courtesy the super friendly Philip!! Whenever we come back to Quebec city, we're living at the Hampton

Denis was amazing! He totally made our visit. When the wifi was really slow, he worked tirelessly to make sure it was fixed. There were always fresh towels and supplies as needed, coffee and tea were available 24/7, the pool was nice and big, and breakfast was fresh and delicious every day. Our stay here was the best part of our vacation!

Nice and quiet area. There’s plenty of self parking. Customer service and breakfast was great. 18 mins away from Old Quebec depending on traffic. There’s fast food in the area, but may have to travel for a nice dining restaurant.

Located 10 minutes by car to the center of Old Quebec, and less than 5 from Montmorency Falls, this hotel is a perfect option if you are driving a car to Quebec. Plenty of free parking in the property, right next to the hotel are shopping and dining options. A really quiet area.

Praktisches Hotel, ca 15 min vom Wasserfall Montmorency und ca 15-20 min von Downtown entfernt per Auto. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder zu Fuss kommt man nirgendwo hin. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze, der Service ist super mit Tipps wo man in der Stadt gut parken kann. Die Zimmer sind schön. Also sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man nichts direkt downtown oder in walking distance haben möchte.

Loved the location. Nice sitting area for breakfast, good breakfast options, not too crowded. 5 minutes driving distance to outdoor mall with choice of many different restaurants. 10 minutes driving distance away from Montmorency Falls. 20-30 minutes driving distance away from Old Quebec City. Really enjoyed staying here.

La seule chose que j’ai moins aimé, c’est que le déjeuner dans la semaine se termine à 9h. J’aurai aimé plus tard, car nous devions nous lever plus tôt. Nous sommes en vacances, donc, on ne veut pas être pressés. Sinon, c’était super!!

The staff was 99% happy and kind. The breakfast was decent, but the eggs were soggy and didn’t taste good. The waffle area was always a disaster during breakfast time. The kitchen and cleaning workers were helpful. Nice location, clean and comfortable hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. And nice hotel building and amenities. Located outside main Quebec City but within 20 min to city centre by car and also equally well situated to visit other attractions such as Montmorency Falls and Ile d'Orleans. We had a quiet and peaceful stay. Just a shame they do not vary the breakfast a bit across Hampton sites as it's easy to get fed up of it when you stay 7 nights in a row in 3 different cities.
