This hotel is top drawer as reported by the numerous awards it has received. The pool and spa were both lovely. I took full advantage! The room was so nice. The lighting in the bathroom up to date. Nice in all respects. We’ll be back!

Hotel was very nice just wish the pool was heated.only problem the whole stay was only one elevator working and it had a very strong smell

Loved it so much. The view was everything. Walmart was close enough to walk. Breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub were LIFE. Overall such a good stay. 10/10

The room was nice and enjoyable. However, the pool has large chunks of hair floating around. The hot tub didn't work and there was no signage anywhere. The next morning the pool area was closed. The reason we chose to stay here was to allow my kids to swim in an indoor pool. Very gross and highly disappointing.

The pool was to cold for people traveling with children to enjoy. The LaQuinta pool in Gallup was great and the guests enjoyed it. Think about the guests and make the corrections.

Exceeded my expectations. I have stayed in this hotel chain many times and they have ranged from not so great to pretty good but this one is excellent. Very clean, the upgraded rooms are affordable, large, and cozy. I loved having the desk and the second TV. I work from home and it was perfect setup for when I needed to work that evening and morning. The pool was sparkling clean and the jacuzzi was nice and hot (which is rare), the fitness room was excellent especially for a hotel. I did find the water pressure to be pretty low in the shower, toilets, and sink. Otherwise, can't wait to go back in 3 weeks!!

Everything seemed pretty great, just that the mattress was a bit dirty. Like there was some staining. From yellow, brown, and black spots. We made sure to double check for any bedbugs, but thankfully was none. I’m a very curious and cautious person and since we were traveling with a baby, I had to make sure our stay was safe for our little one. Overall we had a pleasant stay. We slept well on the bed, felt safe, and the room was the perfect temperature. Would like to have another stay soon.

The room was very clean. The buffet was better than the last time that we went and we really enjoyed the big room with that sleeps fine. You are one of the few that have a room that size.

We always stay at La Quintas and have enjoyed staying at them but this one in Flagstaff was no good. We discovered a stain under all are sheets after spending one night and discovering it. They were very helpful and gave us a new room. But just to have this stain covered up and the mattress not thrown away was not okay. Here’s some pictures.

Our room was very dirty and our sheets had dark brown stains on them. We had to order new sheets and comforters for both beds and the new ones that we picked up at the front desk had stains on them as well. The staff was very nice they just need to get new sheets and comforters and get rid of the ones with stains on them.

We spent 2 nights spaced apart by a few days. Both rooms were not vacuumed - we could see dirt, strings, etc., on the carpets. One of the bathrooms had urine stains in front of the toilet. It was really gross & unsanitary...

I did like that Walmart is right next to the property. Very convenient. Room was not as clean as it should have been. Small bits of trash on the floor, walls needed to be wiped down, had some kind of staining on the walls. Breakfast was really good, great options, well stocked. Lobby was kept clean. But make sure you are there before the closing time. When they say closes at 9:00, they mean it.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed at this hotel, and I really like it. The service is great and the hotel is nice and clean. This time, someone had thrown a wet paper towel to the top of the ceiling in the shower, and it was stuck there when we tried to shower. It was missed during the cleaning. Everything else was great except that we had to leave early for an event and the breakfast did not start till 7 on Saturday and Sunday. (I should have checked this before). Overall will still stay here when I come up to Flagstaff.

We love a La Quinta because they are easy and reliable. You always know it will be nice enough and get the job done. This locstion was not a great experience. It was SO LOUD. We had a terrible night of sleep. We heard every move and sound from the people above us and to the sides of ys. The hallway was constant with people and doors slamming. It was neverending. My family of three did not sleep at all. We travel regularly and never have this problem. First and last time at this location.

Overall the hotel is kept well. Very neat and clean, rooms are perfect and breakfast has great options for on the go! My only gripe is you can hear everything lol all night I could hear people coming in and out of their rooms and people walking the hallways and the train. Also a tip for housekeeping, check the alarms in the rooms during cleaning I heard so many alarms even ours went off and I’m assuming in the empty rooms the alarms were ongoing for minutes until they eventually shut off on their own.

Noise. Do you love noise? Then this is the hotel for you. Maybe slept a total of an hour. The hotel is right next to the interstate and train line. You'd think the builders would have used sound insulation. I guess not.

The mattress needs to be replaced for sure on the coach bed. My husbands bed had a huge dip on his side in the queen bed. Pillows were flat and harsh.

Great room very clean and very spacious.

When we check in, we got the second floor with two queen beds. One bed was a bowl. I actually roll right into the dip. We went back down and told them that one bed was a complete bowl. So they had us switch out to another room on the fourth floor and this time the two beds had a bowl and one of the bed box had a weird white stain on it. We called back down and told them the same thing about the beds and they got us switch to another room and this time it was better. The breakfast was good.

King size bed room had 2 TVs, sofa bed, desk, desk chair, single upholstery chair, and high ceiling.

Generally, the stay was fine. This is our third time staying at this hotel on repeat visits to Flagstaff. Check in process was fine, but the person at the desk was generally not that engaged. For some reason, our shower floor was incredibly slippery. We had to put a towel down to be able to stand in there. I would’ve complained, but most likely we would’ve had to change rooms which I didn’t want to do. Also, the TV volume would only go so loud that we could just barely hear it over the air conditioner when it was on. Very odd.

The door on my room 334 is not properly fit for the door way you can see thru a space at the bottom of the door and my son kept sticking his hand thru it. The AC unit in this room does not get lower than 70 and it is Arizona it is hot during the summer at night and me and my 3 kids were hot all night.

HORRIBLE hotel. The first night was ok but an alarm in another room started going off at 0500 for an hour. The second night was a nightmare. Children were screaming and jumping at 10pm until midnight. I called the front desk and Charles (who needs fired and should never work in customer service) said 40 people just checked in and i just needed to let them “settle in.” I don’t care if it’s 100 people, stomping and screaming at that hour is not OK. He said there is no security and if I call the police he will simply redirect them not to come because they go through him. (Quiet that tiny ego, sir). I’m pretty sure every hotel ever has a policy that people need to be quiet after a certain hour. And two hours is quite a long time to have screaming and stomping children. The only acceptable response from the hotel staff should have been “I am so sorry. Let me tell them to quiet down.” Oh and I was there to rescue a dog from a cruelty situation. Plus I had to work in the morning. I have my own business and I would never treat a customer with such little regard. I really did not appreciate the lack of sleep. And neither did the poor dog. What a horrible hotel and even worse manager. I can’t believe hotels.com recommended it. Will never take a recommendation from Hotels.com again. If I ran my practice like this hotel, I’d be out of business.

Everyone was super friendly

It’s fine for a one night stop over; it’s clean and easy to get to - but my issue is that there was no shower curtain (it’s a bathtub/shower room with a rod) and I was told that even though there are supposed to be shower curtains - “they can’t find any” lol. For what they’re charging for a basic room, the least you can do is have a shower curtain. The people at the front desk are really not very helpful - I got no “sorry we can’t find a shower curtain” or anything even close to that; just sort of rude and not helpful.

Great property and friendly stafff.

Check in service and manager was very rude and unprofessional. Charles at check in would not allow me to pay at the property with a different credit card. He said I had to use the card that was on file. I told him that card was no good at the time and had to pay with my other credit card. He said I had to call Hotels.com and change it through them because he could not do it. He canceled the hotels.com and made me pay full price of $245 instead of $153 through hotels.com Jessica the manager on site was very rude when I told her about the situation of the late check in incident and did said she couldn't do anything about it. Also there was No HOT WATER to take a shower that morning. Maintenance was very sorry for the problem but he said the water heater wasn't working. Needless to say I always have trouble with La Quinta when using hotels.com.

After checking in, I went up to my room to shower. While I was in the shower I heard my door open, come to find out my room was double booked and an access card was giving to another family. Thankfully I was dressed. Manager did reach out to apologize, but this could have been so much worse.

The long hair woman checking us in was pretty miserable. Said there was an additional charge to be checked in early I arrived about 45 mins early. I declined she was not pleasant at all. Then in 10 mins she left and some guy came and check is all in 30 mins early anyways. First time I've ever had a hotel charge a fee like that then but then it was pointless in the end so kind of irritating. The room had a kitchen and sink but no paper towels. The forks were missing from the drawer thankfully my take out dinner included plastic utensils. Bed was ok but pillows were not great it was like 4 different pillows. The next morning breakfast was really bleak. No breakfast meat only eggs and biscuits and I'm pretty sure a homeless guy from the Walmart next door was in there getting breakfast. Will not return.

Convinient location. Nrar restaurants and service stations. Online check in is a great time saving frature. Room was quiet, clean, comfortable with adequate room.

Dining within walking distance, shopping in walking distance. Surprisingly quiet even though close by the freeway.

This is a reasonable hotel for price. There is free breakfast but no other dining options. Location is next to Walmart and other hotels so a car is essential. Its next to to main railway line so expect freight trains constantly through the night. Not an issue unless you are light sleepers. We have stayed 2 years in a row and would be happy to stay again.

Property was in a great spot! So many great places to eat, the property itself was clean and staff overall were friendly and helpful, super convenient area, would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. It's located in a pretty industrial area between a freeway and train tracks. In addition to that, it seems they did not insulate the rooms at all. We were unable to sleep since it was so loud in our room from neighboring slamming doors, exterior slamming doors, the sound of the ice machine, and even hearing your neighbors in adjoining rooms.

The room was very nice. My only issue was 1 working elevator. That was an inconvenience when there was quite a bit of traffic up and down from the 3 and 4th floor. Also the potatoes for breakfast were not fully cooked. Otherwise I enjoyed the stay and will stay again.

The rooms were clean and mostly quiet. The tv’s are not smart tv’s so if you want to watch Netflix etc it has to be on your personal device. The pool was nice and large but pool towels are not provided poolside. The staff is friendly, clear and polite about the accommodating pet policy and $25 deposit. The only bad experience is the breakfast is terrible with a choice of stale breads and not one protein.

Room was clean. Staff at the front weren’t the most professional when I arrived. There were two employees talking to a customer on the phone and I had to wait to get checked in. Should have been one employee…Was kind of lazily greeted by someone young that didn’t seem to care too much about their job to be a professional. Queen bed wasn’t as comfortable as the king I had… Last time I had a walk in shower… This time I had a shirt bathtub with a super short toilet… I don’t get it. Breakfast was ok. Now I ate 30 min from closing so maybe that’s why the eggs were old… idk… The sausage was really good. When I stay at hotels I prefer to use the stairs rather than elevators, 99% of the time. The stairwell I used smelled like animal urine as I would make it down the last set of steps to the first floor.

Our hotel stays in Flagstaff over the years have included many misses! This is our 3rd year of summer stays to pick up our Granddaughter. Flagstaff is a half way point between her home in Colorado and ours in California. Walmart is walking distance across the street and Outback Steakhouse is in the actual hotel parking lot. Such a great central location, great breakfast with eggs, bacon/sausage and a nice indoor pool and hot tub! For us, this hotel checks all the boxes and the best is the beds and pillows are comfortable!

I stay there often when i visit my son. He likes it, im happy, its not fancy, the breakfasts are not healthy or very good but its edible, and i like that they keep plenty of coffee and hot/cold water handy 24/7. The people there make it better than average, and the amenities are not bad at all.

Property was waayyy overpriced. Soap dispenser empty. Hallways stinky. Front desk staff shared no information regarding the breakfast, pool or wifi. I had to ask about everything. Breakfast was okay but a lot of packaged items. So much plastic dishes and cups and no recycling. Also, really cheap microfiber sheets. Don't recommend this spot.
