Great front desk staff. Very friendly. Very clean and up to date. However, we had an unstable shower head which we reported but couldn't get service until after noon the next day. Also, we had loss of wifi the second day of a 2 day stay, so that was not pleasant. There are not that many amenities onsite, e.g. to buy drinks etc. We had to go to a second sister property a couple of minutes away to get some bottled water, soda, and wine. I hope these little concerns are addressed because they add value to a great place such as this.

必ず洗濯をしたかったので、こちらのアパートメントホテルを選びました。部屋に電子レンジがあるのも、持ち帰りにしてもらった食事の残りやお惣菜を温めるのに便利でした。洗濯機は地下にあります。洗濯はまず「We wash」というアプリを入れて登録が必要です。事前にアプリで洗濯機の予約をしてから使えるようになります。洗濯は4.5€、乾燥は2.5€でした。節約のため、洗濯だけにして一晩部屋に干していたら大体乾きました。(すべて夏物です) 部屋のハンガーは5本あり、掛けるスペースが広くあったのが便利でした。バスルームにタオルウォーマーがあったので、こちらに小物を干せばしっかり乾かせます。スイッチがよく分からなかったので、もしかしたら一定の気温まで下がるとオンになるのかもしれません。シャワー室から水が外に飛び散りやすいので、少し工夫が必要でした。ボディーソープとシャンプーが備え付けられています。チェックイン時に14€ほど支払いました。てっきりデポジットだと思い、言われるがまま支払いましたが、返金されないため後日尋ねたところ、宿泊税とのことでした。(5泊分) フロントは基本1名で対応しているように見え、混み合うと待ち時間がかかります。部屋は広く清潔で快適でした。周辺の環境も静かで治安が良いと思います。ウィーンを訪れる機会があればまた利用したいと思います。

Die Hotelzimmer sind sehr modern und sauber. Die Lage, in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof sowie das umfangreiche Angebot an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sprechen für das Hotel. Es gibt nur zwei - kleine - Kritikpunkte. 1. Die teuren Parkgebühren in der benachbarten Parkgarage (3,60 Pro Stunde bzw. max. 24 Euro pro Tag) 2. Fehlendes Frühstücksangebot bzw. Restaurant im Hotel. Die fehlende Verpflegung kann aber in einem der vielen Cafes oder Restaurant kompensiert werden. Ein Empfehlung ist das Cafe Goldegg. Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis und sehr guter Service.

Two night stay close to main railway station. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable except that the queen sized bed was up against a wall, very inconvenient for getting up during the night. We had been travelling for a while, and appreciated the excellent app-operated washers and dryers in the basement. The hotel was a short walk from the tram stop to go into the city centre. Tram to Spanish Riding School or Opera House (city centre) took about 27 minutes. There was no restaurant in this hotel but there is another Adina hotel two blocks away that offers an excellent hot and cold breakfast. Get a reduced rate breakfast voucher when you check in, €18 per person.

L’appartement est à côté de la gare et des transports en commun, très pratique pour se déplacer. La chambre est bien insonorisée, propre et confortable. Très bons restaurants et épicerie à proximité. Le palais et les jardins du Belvédère sont à 6 minutes à pied. Le lobby est confortable, le personnel accueillant et il y a une consigne gratuite pour laisser nos baggages au besoin.

Expérience désastreuse !! Arrivée tardive, j’ai effectué le check in à une borne automatique puisque réception fermée. La borne me fournit une carte magnétique sans aucun reçu ni numéro de chambre. Ma femme a dû appeler en parallèle hôtel.com afin qu’il essaient de joindre l’hôtel. J’ai dû attendre plus d’une demi heure que quelqu’un de l’hôtel vienne de son domicile m’ouvrir et m’indiquer mon numéro de chambre. Il m’informe que des problèmes d’impression de reçus persistent depuis la veille mais ne font pas le nécessaire pour remédier à ce problème. Flacon de gel désinfectant à l’entrée de l’hôtel vide. Pour un hôtel qui se veut drastique quant aux mesures d’hygiène on en est bien loin !! Chambre sans plus, literie vraiment bas de gamme, mais le comble : pas un petit savon pour se laver les mains, ni même un tout petit flacon de gel douche pour dépanner lors des arrivées tardives. Le ménage est sommaire et fait à la va vite. Dans la description une bouteille d’eau imaginaire est soi disant fournie. Je n’en ai pas vu la couleur. Par contre il y a du liquide vaisselle … ça m’a fait de belles jambes !! Je regrette ma réservation dans cet établissement et suis très très surpris des notes du site qui m’ont influencé dans le choix de cet etablissement. L’unique point positif est la proximité de la gare centrale sinon rien de rien !!! A fuir … plus jamais

Check in was difficult. I’m an international traveller, I don’t have a SIM card yet so I have no phone.?the machine outside was not functioning well. After filling my passeport information and address (which should have been asked to do in the reservation process) there was an error and no one could help. I manage to go to the inside computer that didn’t find my reservation. Had to go outside again, find my reservation but still couldn’t get the key. Went back inside, found my reservation after a few attempts. Printed my key and waited 5 minutes for computer to print my bill. Computer froze, so never got my bill. It’s suppose to be faster this way, but took me 30minutes min for a check in. There was no staff to help. I was directed to a girl that work here. She was outside her work hours so she didn’t help me! Besides that, thank god, the room was perfect.

Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer wird jedoch nur alle sieben Tage gereinigt, Müllentsorgung ebenfalls nur alle sieben Tage. Kein Handfeger oder Kehrschaufel im Zimmer, um selbst zu reinigen. Auf den Schränken starke Staubschicht, In den Ritzen der Polstermöbel diverse Fundstücke. Fenster nur bedingt zu öffnen (Klappfenster). Apartment ist mit Küchenzeile ausgestattet, Küchenutensilien müssen aber zusätzlich kostenpflichtig gemietet werden. Wasserkocher nur für eine Tasse ausreichend und somit für mehrere Personen zu klein.

Very clean and spacious room. We appreciated the sofa bed being made up for our kids and fluffy towels. Staff were courteous. Location super convenient to the Belvedere - just a short walk and the major trains and within easy reach of underground and trams - just a few stops into the Inner Stadt. Only four stars as the lift broke and we had to walk six flights, the room was overly hot with the temp at 22 and our “kitchen box” was missing items.

Tolles Hotel, vor allem auch für Alleinreisende. Sehr sichere Umgebung und tolle Anbindungsmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber - paar kleine Macken an den Wänden oder auf der Küchenoberfläche, aber für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, war das absolut akzeptabel. Würde definitiv nochmal buchen. Good unit within walking distance to Vienna main train station. Unit was large in size, front desk was helpful as well. Enjoyed my stay in the Vienna area 👍 My main negative would be the shower - it has a small piece of glass that doesn't really block any of the water. When you shower, water sprays all over the bathroom floor area. The unit I stayed in also has quite a bit of wear-and-tear (dings on the walls, etc). It definitely needs some TLC.

The good : very convenient location, large room, good size eating area/table, clean, quiet despite proximity to train station. The less good : General room layout INCLUDING poor shower design/layout that results in a LOT of water spraying out onto the bathroom floor ( door-less showers should only be open on ONE side not a diagonal). Lighting layout - essentially no lighting near the sofa ( for reading) and a large central chandelier set too low ( have to consciously avoid if you are over 5'6"). TV location is right on top of dining table but more than 15 feet from the Sofa and Bed. Queen bed pushed right up against wall on one side despite ample room. Only 1 easy to reach plug outlet in the main room for charging ( despite 2 in the bathroom - who shaves and dries their hair at the same time ???) The ugly: NO COFFEE MAKER - in Vienna ??? If you pay a supplement you get a box of additional cooking gear with a bodum style "press" - something I have not personally seen used in 30 years- BUT the kitchen worktop area while adequate for simple food prep is NOT near big enough for cooking anything remotely complex so why would you want any of the other stuff??

Lovely stay at this apartment. Great location. Easy to find although there are 2 adinas so make sure you know which one! V clean and tidy. Only thing we didn’t rate highly was the bed. It’s in the corner so someone has to crawl out. Pillows were rubbish. Aircon was pathetic and did nothing. Would recommend.

There were 2 things I seriously disliked for an apartment hotel: 1. Internet; My internet connection was extremely poor, which for me who's reliant on it was devastating. I couldn't change my rooms either after bringing it up. 2. It basically has no kitchen utilities. You can rent a "Kitchen Box" for 25€, which I find quite frustrating for the price you're paying. The audacity to charge additionally on top of what you're already paying is sneaky as hell, especially considering that people opt for an apartment hotel due to wanting access to a kitchen.

An der Rezeption weiß das Personal nicht was es macht. Als erstes wurden wir auf ein bereits belegtes Zimmer gebucht, keine Entschuldigung vom Personal. Nur wortlos umgebucht. The apartment was ok once we were relocated to another room. We arrived with no staff member in site and self-check in was not working. We sat in the lobby with all of our luggage for almost 2 hours before a staff member arrived to check-in us and everyone else who was waiting. We got to our room and wanted to take a shower, but we find the shower head was broken and water was spraying everywhere. The first solution we were offered was a refund and told we could find another hotel. We weren’t really happy with this response as it was about 5.30pm on a Sunday by this point. My partner went down and they somehow managed to find us another room which we’re grateful for. We didn’t find many cafes or restaurants around the area but it was very handy having the main train station nearby. The apartment was nice enough and had everything we needed for our short stay.

Easy check in and whilst not in the middle of town was opposite Vienna HBF an a tram line so commuting on the subway and trams were easy. (10 minutes into Stephansplatz) which made the area a bit quieter and away from the Xmas Market crowds

Stayed here in May 2025 and it was a very pleasant experience. Location is great as you’re right across from the main train station giving you access to not only trains, but also the u-bahn (metro/underground). The staff was very friendly, the check in process was easy, and our room was very spacious and modern. There are plenty of options for food, however I must say that the restaurants in the plaza were not open at all during our time there. There’s an Aldi nearby and plenty of food locations inside the train station. Absolutely recommend to stay here!

It’s in a great location very short walk from the main HBF and easy to get to from airport. A lot of offices near by in a new part of the city. 2 from to Stephansplatz on the U1 bahn. A good food court and breakfast options available about 200m away and a supermarket just opposite, which was perfect. The rooms are very spacious. It has a kitchenette and dishwasher but I didn’t use it. I would recommend and stay here again for sure. Staff are very nice too.

The good : very convenient location, large room, good size eating area/table, clean, quiet despite proximity to train station. The less good : General room layout INCLUDING poor shower design/layout that results in a LOT of water spraying out onto the bathroom floor ( door-less showers should only be open on ONE side not a diagonal). Lighting layout - essentially no lighting near the sofa ( for reading) and a large central chandelier set too low ( have to consciously avoid if you are over 5'6"). TV location is right on top of dining table but more than 15 feet from the Sofa and Bed. Queen bed pushed right up against wall on one side despite ample room. Only 1 easy to reach plug outlet in the main room for charging ( despite 2 in the bathroom - who shaves and dries their hair at the same time ???) The ugly: NO COFFEE MAKER - in Vienna ??? If you pay a supplement you get a box of additional cooking gear with a bodum style "press" - something I have not personally seen used in 30 years- BUT the kitchen worktop area while adequate for simple food prep is NOT near big enough for cooking anything remotely complex so why would you want any of the other stuff??

Great location, easy walk from Wien Hbf. Studio apartment was clean and amenities were great! A kettle was provided but no tea/coffee. There is a Hofer/Aldi store 2min walk.

Great place for a few days. Hofer and restaurants on your doorstep giving you the option to eat out or prepare something in your apartment! Very clean with great, helpful staff. With the train station a 2 minute walk away and well serviced by trams into the centre of town if you don't fancy the 15 minute walk. Would definitely stay again!

Walking distance to the central train station. Many choices of public transportation. My room was quite spacious (Family Studio). All the utensils are clean. It is also convenient to have a supermarket nearby.

밥 못해먹습니다. 이름만 아파트먼트에요. 냄비하나 25유로 달래요.1박이라 그냥 조식 빵먹었어요. 취사하실분 이 호텔 가지마세요. 타월은 로비에서 더 줍니다. 위치는 역 앞이라 좋아요
