There are four hotels (1 still under construction) in this small area and it was confusing on a. which hotel I was looking for and b. once I found it, where the entrance was to the lobby -- some additional 'eye-level' signage would be helpful. The hotel is still new and everything operates as it should (elevators, air conditioning, showers, etc.). There is a noticeable smell in the lobby area and the hallways which smells like a blend of carpet glue and cleaning fluids which was on the verge of being nauseating. I have smelled this same cleaning fluid in other hotels I have stayed at. Breakfast was above average with plenty of seating. Pool, spa, and weight room all looked nice. Extra outside security and shuttle to and from the bricktown area was an unexpected and pleasant surprise.

Was disappointing wanted to sit in the hot tub because my husband and I are on our feet alot wanted to relax but front desk said it was closed for maintenance then we wanted to go swim and was told by the front desk at Country Inn and Suits that the pool was closed for the season the channels on the TV were not good at all not a very good selection of things to watch due to lack of channels Saturday night the hallway was very loud and sounded like people stomping the floor made it to where we couldn't sleep I choose hotels for the amenities and we couldn't do that was no notice of any of this on the website.

What I found unique was the off of shuttle to and from the ballpark. That was my purpose for being there. The shuttle service was so very convenient.

The hot tub and pool are nice but shared by 3 hotels. The breakfast was great. The handicapped room we got had no bench in the shower and the bed was way to high for someone that can’t use their legs. The chair with stool was nice.

One fairly new hotel among a collection of reasonably priced hotels that are co-located. Great location if you are wanting to spend time in the Bricktown area of OKC. The hotel offered a free shuttle (just tip the driver) to go anywhere in Bricktown so you can avoid the hassles and expense of attempting to park. Pet friendly with friendly staff.

The hotel seems pretty new, but still a bit of a walk to Bricktown. We walked there and called for the shuttle to get back, which was very convenient. Overall, it served its purpose. Breakfast was pretty good too.

The check in is confusing because there are two hotels combined and two hotels combined across the street. So four + hotels all sharing a little hot tub and little swimming pool. Lots of construction that started at 7AM Sunday morning. Hotel had a strange smell from the moment we walked in. Probably won't stay here again.

One night stay, bed was so comfortable. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower water pressure was really low. Breakfast was just so so and the lady was not very friendly. Elevator had sticky stuff all over the floor and the carpet in the 3rd floor was dirty and ripped up.

You probably should tell people that the check-in is in another hotel. I drove around for 15 minutes looking for the entrance. For a modern hotel room, there is no excuse for the lack of USB ports.

There was a window busted out in the hall and carpets were ripped, the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and had to use all of the towels to clean it up. The shower itself was great and the bed was very comfortable.

The toilet didn’t flush very well. There was paint splatters on the bathroom door. And the bathroom doors handle was backwards. It locked from the outside instead of inside. Bed was very comfortable and clean! Loved the little living room area to relax instead of just a bedroom. Service was good and breakfast was good!

Got there at check in time which was 3:00 on a Friday afternoon & waited 45 minutes to ck in, (only one employee working) only to be told rooms not available. Took my number & said they’d text in about 20 minutes. I was polite and said thank you but we don’t want to miss our concert. Left for 2 hours to grab a bite to eat, no text from hotel. Went back to find a very long line, out the door of the hotel, of people waiting to ck in. Finally back to desk 35 minutes later & still no rooms ready. Every other person was getting their rooms just fine. Asked to book other rooms, and she said nothing available. Had to ask for a “key” to the lobby bathroom to change clothes for concert. Requested hotel shuttle & it never showed up. Finally called Uber. 2 hours later when we were all at the concert, got a text stating rooms ready. This was after 8 at night. Texted hotel at 11 & requested shuttle. Never came. Called Uber at 11:45. Got back to hotel, same employee working. Took another 15 minutes for her to get us checked in. That will be the last time I book rooms there.

VERY RUDE staff. My husband is a night shift nurse and accidentally slept over time for check out. I arrived at 11:55 (less than an hour after check out time) and heard a staff member SCREAMING at someone from the elevator and threatening to call the authorities if they did not evacuate in 15 mins. It happened to be my husband who was clearly dazed from just waking up. I proceeded to ask the staff member to calm down as I assumed he asked for a late check out and I was screamed at as well. I managed to get my husbands things (besides his phone which was found and we got later) without authorities being called or the hateful woman coming to berate us again. We WILL NOT be back. This is how staff treats guests after a 3 NIGHT STAY. Horrible excuse for staff in the service industry.

Overall we had an amazing stay, and the sweet woman at the front desk who checked us in was completely helpful and inviting after our long drive. The beds were comfortable in the room was clean. My family and I like staying in that area because the view of downtown, as well as the proximity to downtown. My only suggestion is to make an agreement with the hotel across the parking lots that patrons can use the pool. My autistic son saw the small sign of pool at this location but it was actually a hot tub and he was heartbroke.

Two young ladies working the day shift were very friendly & very helpful. Shuttle drivers were very friendly & helpful. My wife was in the hospital & they made things a lot easier.

Room 119 bathroom has faulty carpet at tile joint, exposed nail strip, it poked my husband's toe. The hallway between rooms has a metal circular piece that is bent, causing a sharp edge to poke up. It is an accident waiting to happen. The staff did not seem too concerned when I showed pictures of the hazards at check out. Also I'd like to mention that the night clerk that checked us in needs customer service training, not welcoming demeanor. Thanks

You can tell it’s not in the best area of town. And the hotel is outdated in carpet and poorly lit. However, breakfast was pleasant. The room was spotless. Bed comfortable. We had a pleasant stay. Staff were welcome and accommodating. We wouldn’t mind staying here again if we need to be close to the Paycom center. It was really convenient. But a different area of town probably would have been nicer.

This was my second stay at this property. I had a different room this time and it had some minor issues: loose toilet seat, curtain not fully attached, shower door not functioning correctly (hard to open and close), and some kind of critter sheltering under one of my beds. I do like that security at night patrolling the property in a vehicle, the free shuttle to the Bricktown entertainment area, and the breakfast amenity. Immediately around the hotel there are no food options, but it is Bricktown adjacent with quick access to restaurants, bars, and entertainment. It is a short walk to these areas. The room was quiet, dark, and cool through the night, which is great for sleeping and relaxation. I would stay here again.

This was a basic clean room. It was quiet as long as people were not outside in their cars having conversations or playing music. It was good for sleeping and watching TV. Good for a short, 1 to 2 days stay. Excellent location if you want to get to Bricktown or the freeway.

There was an absolute debacle in the breakfast two of the days I was there. The worker failed to show and there was NO backup plan whatsoever. The front desk had no key nor access to the food. There was no cross training. The hotel manager had to come in and make it all himself.

It was clean and a good value. Great breakfast was popular with guests. I ended up alone, but i was very comfortable. The hotel was at full occupancy. but fairly quiet. The front desk staff had a great energy--the young staff are a natural in the hospitality industry. My heater malfunctioned on a Saturday night, 29 degrees, and Sarah resolved it single handedly--unbelievable!!!

Halls and elevator were dirty. The room was clean but the tissue holder was empty. They said breakfast was from 6:30 to 9:30 but we got there at 8:30 and they were out of eggs and bacon and coffee and we were told they weren't making any more.
