El hotel está a una cuadra del monumento a la Revolución. Con todo lo malo que esto implica y lo bueno si vas cerca de ahí. El hotel está limpio y el personal es un poco parco. El desayuno incluido es sencillo pero muy bien preparado, la persona que lo atiende muy amable y atento. No tiene elevador.

Un poco caro para las instalaciones y habitaciones (no cuenta con elevador) $1300 check in sábado 14:00, y domingo check out 12:00. La parte ultra positiva es su ubicación. Para pasear caminando por la Ciudad de México está muy cerca el monumento a la revolución, alameda central, Paseo de la Reforma, etc. La parte negativa de su ubicación es que en las noches en las calles aledañas hay muchas trabajadoras de la "vida alegre".

Un poco caro para las instalaciones y habitaciones (no cuenta con elevador) $1300 check in sábado 14:00, y domingo check out 12:00. La parte ultra positiva es su ubicación. Great location. Breakfast was fresh and very good. From the outside the building is not very impressive, but it is very nice inside and the room was very clean and big. The bed was comfortable. No elevator though

A really good hotel to stay at if you need a centric place to stay. It is in the red zone district and it does not have an elevator, but the rooms are comfortable and the staff is very kind.

No tiene elevador, pero eso no es tan grave, nunca hubo agua caliente, no hay jabón y/o shampoo de baño, el teléfono de la habitación no servia, no cuenta con aire acondicionado, lo único que los rescata un poquito es la ubicación y el desayuno. Obvio no regresaría.

Le seul point positif de cet hotel est son emplacement proche des transports en commun et des site à visiter. La chambre était salle, des coulures non identifiables sur chaque mur, le ménage fait en partie ou pas du tout (pas de ménage 2 fois sur 7 jours), la vitre de la douche ne semble pas avoir été nettoyée un jour, la robinetterie partiellement et parfois (très sale quand je suis arrivée). L'utilisation intensive de produit de nettoyage à l'odeur suffocante donne l'impression que c'est propre. Mais ce n'est pas le cas, le sol est même collant. Contrairement aux mentions sur le site, il n'y a pas de Netflix, l'internet est TRÈS aléatoire et de mauvaise qualité, CE N'EST PAS INSONORISÉ ! (on entend vraiment bien les voisins tout au long de la nuit. En particulier un couple et leurs cris), le personnel n'est pas biligue (sauf 2). Malgré l'emplacement, je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

The staff at the breakfast room were fantastic! We were always greeted warmly and the food was really good. Even on days when they were super busy, we always had good service. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. The cleaning staff were very inconsistent. One day we ran out of body wash so we left the container on the counter with the lid off so that they knew it needed to be refilled. When we returned to our room, the container had been put back without being filled. They also left us with no toilet paper, towels, or bath mats. Twice, they didn’t even put a top sheet on the bed. The noise of other patrons comes through the walls and ceilings.

Location was great, a few blocks from Reforma Avenue. The room was OK, comfortable and I paid a good price. The main area of opportunity is the WiFi terribly slow, difficult to conect and there was not hot water in the shower!!!... they said it takes time but is a waste of water, that's terrible.

Todos los dias el ruido era excesivo, no hay ventilacion, no habia agua y menos caliente, el personal de la noche no es para nada atento, venia llegando de haber estado en el huracan en acapulco y lo minimo que esperaba era tener un baño caliente y no pude tenerlo, salia muy poca agua y muy fria. Me hicieron pagar por adelantado mi hospedaje de lo contrario no iban a respetar mi reservación hecha por expedia. Lo unico rescatable es el desayuno y su personal de cocina, muy atentos y la comida muy rica.

Experiencia agradable, buen servicio y atención de la gente encargada. Solo tuvimos un momento mínimo de conflicto con el agua caliente, que amablemente la gente que trabaja ahí nos ayudo. En general es una gran opción para hospedarte. Como comentario, se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle y por ocasiones pareciera que esta afuera de la habitación

This place was Amazing and conviently located a block away from the Monument of the revolution. Many places and attractions are within walking distance as well as public transportation. Using Uber in Mexico was probably the best Uber experience I ever had. The hotel offers breakfast and the staff is awesome and amazing. Breakfast was delicious Thank you Luis for you friendly service. Thank you Roberto and Jose for your hospitality during breakfast.

Das Hotel hat meine Buchung einfach storniert ohne mir etwas zu sagen… Ich stand somit um 8 Uhr am Abend einfach auf der Strasse. Der Herr an der Rezeption hat mich nichteinmal auf die Toilette gelassen. Er hat mir auch kein Wifi gegeben um es mit Hotels.com zu klären. Anschliessend war ich fast 4 Stunden mit Hotels.com am Telefon und im Chat um eine Lösung zu finden

El hotel está súper céntrico para Revolución, centro histórico, bellas artes, paseo de la reforma, el metro, metrobus. Me agrado mucho la estancia, muy amables, servicio cordial, me encantó el detalle de que den botellitas de agua al ingresar y al salir. La habitación sencilla pero limpia y cómoda. El desayuno sencillo pero rico.

Clean facilities. Easy walking to local sites. It is a noisy downtown area with alot of police presence. Breakfast was very good. Wifi is slow and only local stations of tv. I stayed for an airport layover and if necessary would choose this again for that purpose

Un poco caro para las instalaciones y habitaciones (no cuenta con elevador) $1300 check in sábado 14:00, y domingo check out 12:00. La parte ultra positiva es su ubicación. Para pasear caminando por la Ciudad de México está muy cerca el monumento a la revolución, alameda central, Paseo de la Reforma, etc. La parte negativa de su ubicación es que en las noches en las calles aledañas hay muchas trabajadoras de la "vida alegre".

Te ofrecen desayuno, sin embargo; deja mucho que desear bajamos a las 10:00 y ya no había jugo de naranja el platillo solo fue dos opciones o chilaquiles o huevo. La porción de fruta que te ofrecen un chiste. Opino que si no van a ofrecer un buen desayuno mejor no lo agreguen. Solo nos dejaron un rollo de papel.
