Right in the centre of the old town, where there were plenty of great bars and puzzerias to choose from. The staff were exemplary; really helpful and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend Relais to snyone visiting Naples

Great location with loads of restaurants and shops right outside the door. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and our room was large and clean. We would definitely stay again.

A good property, close to many of the tourist sites in the historic center. However, the elevator is a real pain. You need to have 50cents to use it during day times and parts of saturdays. It’s free after 9pm and on Sundays. Having coins on hand at all times is inconvenient. The elevator is also incredibly slow, so if it’s in use you will wait a long time. However the staff were very nice and overall it’s still a good property, if only they could replace the elevator with something more modern.
