Breakfast buffet was great, coffee is always fresh, staff is friendly, and location is excellent, right next to the Dunedin causeway to Honeymoon State Park, beautiful brand new hotel with underground park included and salt water pool on premise.

We happen to already be coming on a weekend when the hurricane had just left and even though they were limited on services because the pool was in bad shape from the storm and only one elevator worked, the staff was very friendly and I thought they did a great job considering they had just had a major catastrophe a few days prior Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly with a decent breakfast and a good area of town

I walked to Honeymoon Island and then took the ferry to Caladesi Island. The Hotel was peaceful and the gym is very good. It’s one of the few that I’ve seen stocked with dumbbells and great mats. The breakfast was good and coffee always available. So I felt great staying there. The staff all were nice.

It is a dog friendly hotel. Our room smelled terrible. After one night I could not tolerate it. I spoke to the staff and they changed our room. It smelled a little better but not fresh smelling. It smells like the air freshner is covering up the bad smells.The room was clean and the hotel is very nice but I can't get over the dog smell. I will not be staying in any Hilton associated hotels anytime soon. I wish they would secure certain floors for guest with dogs.I want to reiterate that the staff was excellent.

After a very long day of travel after numerous delays, the computer system at the hotel was down so we were unable to check in. We finally were able to an hour later. The room was never cleaned (5 night stay). The first day we did not need to have it cleaned since we didn't check in until 8PM. The second day, it was after 4 PM when we returned to the room and it was never cleaned. The third day, there was no maid service for the entire facility due to a staffing shortage. After obtaining clean towels and toilet paper, they assured us it would be done the next day. It was not. Very poor service except for breakfast which was excellent.

Very disappointed. I was there from Monday to Thursday. Nobody came to clean my garbage. I had to ask for extra towels. No safe in room. Breakfast was okay. Same thing each day. Being a Hilton reward member it was below the average level.

Paid for a balcony, but was on the second floor so no view at all. Outside area, chairs were messy, and there was a pizza box that was left there for a couple of days. Location was great and close to a few restaurants that you could walk to. Beach was close by. Breakfast staff were very good.

Perfect location for my trip and very comfortable room. This is my new home away from home when I travel here! I work all around Tampa, Clearwater, Palm Harbor, New Port Richie. The location makes it easy to get everywhere. Not to mention the area is fantastic. Went for a run out to Honeymoon Island. Restaurants including Frenchy’s (right in front of hotel) and downtown were so much fun. The Living Room (restaurant) is highly recommended. Great hotel, great area, easy to get to while staying out of 275 St Pete and Clearwater mess! Parking was under hotel and out of the sun. Publix across the street for snacks and supplies. Just so pleased with this stay. I’ll be back next month!

When I booked the room, it stated that it comes with a balcony. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff mentioned it was a way that Expedia attempts to promote the rooms. As a result, we did not get a room with balcony. It was such a disappointment. In addition, they did not send staff over to clean the room the next day.

The hotel and my room was clean. The area surrounding the hotel was excellent, close to the beach. I was put in room #222 on the 2nd FL which has a balcony. The room is DIRECTLY above the kitchen and breakfast dining room. I stayed for five nights. The upstairs guest stomped around for hours at a time for four days. As well as having to deal with Kitchen noise at 0530am (breakfast 6-10), wooden chairs being dragged across the tile floor in the breakfast area. I attempted to change rooms, but no other balconies available. I requested the top 4th floor. I was told they had rooms available but the 4th FL is reserved for rewards members. I told them I was a rewards member. They refused to put me on 4th floor. I asked the front desk staff to talk to the manager. No response. The only contact I had was from housekeeping leaving a note on my door asking if I needed anything? Also, the WiFi was out 4 of the five days I was there. I was told two WiFi providers had been working on the issue for sometime. I wasn’t told about the WiFi issue when I checked in. The ice machine was broken as well on the 2nd floor. The last day I was there was topped off with a large barking dog a few doors down from mine. After speaking with another staff member it was clear I wasn’t a valued patron. Heads up, all of the 2nd floor balcony units are above the breakfast dining area. Breakfast is 0600-1000. All non- valued customers get rooms on 1st & 2nd floors.

Call front desk, and apparently no hot water…they failed to mention 15 minutes earlier at check in, charged full price, couldn’t shower until following morning. Overall just a bag look by hotel. Didn’t mention issue at check in, didn’t offer any good resolution, felt justified charging me $309+ to not have access to hot water for majority of my stay.

The breakfast buffet was phenomenal with many hot choices as well as cold ones. Everything was very fresh and promptly refilled. The coffee was better than mine at home. I really enjoyed the front desk person, Roy. He was the epitome of service personnel in the industry; somebody for other hotel personnel to strive to be!

My husband, son and I stayed her recently for 2 nights while passing through Tampa and were very pleased. The front desk staff was so helpful and kind, the room was spacious and impeccable and the location was great—close to some restaurants and easy access to the freeway. Definitely recommend.

Newer hotel on the way to Honeymoon Park causeway. Lobby is up one floor to accommodate the new building codes to raise all new buildings one story. Very modern big rooms. Very accommodating front desk ladies. Great breakfast in the AM lobby area. We needed a couple of extra hours in the AM and they accommodated us. Great local Dunedin hotel right before the causeway.
