My family of 4, including 2 young adults, stayed here and it truly was a great experience. We had the tough task of finding a place to stay that also had parking because we were on a roadtrip. The Comfort Inn had parking we needed. There aren't a lot, but we did get a space and that really saved us. (We arrived right before 5:00 on a Friday.)The room was clean and the breakfast was good. We loved that it was such a convenient location for getting around. Thank you.

Checkin and check out was a breeze. You have to pay for parking and it is very limited. The parking area is super tight getting in and out. The rooms are extremely small, like just enough room to walk to get on the bed small. The location of the hotel is in the middle of a residential block with no parking whatsoever so you are forced to pay for parking which is $40 with tax. The staff aren’t overly friendly or welcoming but do the job efficiently.

The hotel was very good. I just didn't get parking when I arrived. When we went out and came back. There wasn't no parking and I'm handicap and can't walk far. They suggested to park the car under the bridge, but it didn't look safe for me or my car.

All in all our stay was good. Just a little thing that could have been better. 13 tight parking spots are available at this hotel. Anything larger than an small SUV is going to not fit. The TV remote didn't work properly. Our two queen beds room was very tight for four adults with luggage. Our experience with the cleaners was outstanding!! Very friendly and willing to get us what we needed for our stay.

Property advertises that there is parking however, they fail to mention that the parking is limited. Everyday that we were there they said the hotel parking is full, when we checked they probably had no more 10 parking spots. They told us to park under a bridge which looked very unsafe - homeless people slept there & birds pooped all over the cars. The rooms are very small & had very little space to move around, same goes for the breakfast area. The price we paid was not worth it.

Very clean, modernized, felt safe. Polite staff. I would give 5 stars except for: Housekeeping: room wasn't cleaned the 2nd day; it was cleaned 3rd day after I requested, but no cups were replaced for coffee and water. Lack of attention to detail. Hot water: shower water was lukewarm Room was stuffy and hot, despite all my attempts with the thermostat.

Stayed 10 nights visiting family. 3-blocks from subway, restaurants nearby within a few blocks walking distance. Parking very limited, costs $38/ni if available. Rooms very small for a 10-day stay, no laundry onsite but laundromat a few blocks away, room supplied with fridge, shared microwave in lobby. Very clean, housekeeping provided. Thin walls-can hear neighbors speaking, doors slamming and footsteps in stairwell. Free breakfast until 10a daily. Staff very friendly and available when needed. Very pricey but would stay again because close to family, clean, and well kept property.

Wi-Fi from day one not working when I checked in. Reported to staff and manager. Two nights spent without wifi. Asked manager for compensation since I paid for service Manager never resolved. This is totally unacceptable since you paid for service and you don’t get it management should have courtesy to extend the refund. No class at all. It’s a basic customer service and nobody wants to resolve.

Room was very close to breakfast area so very noisy in am. Breakfast was not well stocked either morning. Wifi did not work first night and because we were on bottom level.. could not even get cell service. Room small and difficult to move around in with all the furniture. Room was clean.

Upon checking in the staff was friendly and helpful which is rare these days. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good and very clean. The price was very reasonable for the quality that we got. 13 of us stayed there and not one of had one complaint. 10 stars!!

Both desk clerks were fantastic. We were allowed to check in early when a room became available. The evening clerk was so helpful in making sure we booked transportation for the following day. Exceptional staff, friendly and went above and beyond my expectations. Thanks!!!

I had to check out early due to an emergency and asked to have them credit me for prepaid parking I was told by Hailey at the front desk that she would have the manager call me. He never called. Won’t stay here again because of this poor service decision.

We really enjoyed our stay at Comfort In Prospect Park. Here, everybody was very friendly and supportive what made our stay so good. The complementary breakfast is very good and there is all the food you may want to have for breakfast. We were extremely pleased by the smoothies the manager offered to us. Great job, guys!

This experience wasn’t very pleasant. When I got to the hotel it was an area that had very few amenities and seemed quite run down. When I entered the hotel the receptionist wasn’t friendly at all and asked me from my card even though I explained booking site already ran the card and charged me again. Then I was told this was authorization but this did not make sense as they said their online on one of the FAQ that the damage deposit was $100 and this was the whole amount of my stay. She wasn’t even allowing me to show her the double charge on my banking app. The next morning I woke up to an itchy bite on my hand. I quickly dressed and hoped to get to another receptionist to sort out the matter from the previous night. She said the same thing about the payment and did not ask about my stay whatsoever so I just gave my cards in and rather than try to discuss anything further and wait to see if this amount comes back to my card account. The first receptionist said when I checked out I would have it returned and the second one 3-5 days so I will have to keep an eye on it and didn’t feel their communication was consistent. This hotel came highly recommended on the booking sites but this was not a positive experience. The hotel room and breakfast were basic but the room was quite so that is one positive aspect.

Property is well maintained, rooms are small but has everything you need. Complimentary breakfast was basic but very nice, especially the waffles! Area is ok though not much to do around, however you can get the R train which is just a 5 min walk to metro station, which get ms you around Brooklyn and Manhattan. All in all a good and would stay to here again.

This place offered everything I needed. The rooms are small with a large comfortable king size bed with lots of pillows. Tv with a wide variety of channels, mini fridge, coffee maker. Maid service every day offering fresh towels and cleaning service daily. Next to subway and near a lot of restaurants and bars. Highly recommend.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel 😊. Our room was clean and modern. Train station within walking distance as well as Industry City to shop. Hotel on clean street, however surrounding streets can be dirty and smelly. My only gripe is the young lady at reception could be a bit more welcoming and smile! The older lady (sorry didn’t get her name) saved the day and was friendly as well as the lady who offered us chocolates. I will definitely stay here again.

We arrived early and got to check in early which was really nice. The breakfast was 10/10 my only issue is it can get a little cramped with other people running around to get their meal as well but the food was amazing good options. The room was very clean on the smaller side but it was okay for the two of us. We went with a double just because it was one of the cheaper options. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The Bonus was the parking in the back even though it was an additional cost. We will more than likely book here again in the future.

The hotel room was small, but very clean. Everything worked well and we were comfortable in our room. We had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. There was maid service every day, which I didn’t expect. The morning breakfast was very basic, but it was okay for us. The breakfast room was a little small and was a little crowded a couple of days, but we took advantage of the breakfast everyday.

Great friendly staff, and hotel was safe. Bathrooms are well appointed (we appreciated the nightlight). My only complaint is the breakfast area - there were never enough seats and as hard as the employees worked, the food was not replenished very well.
