Park Hyatt Kyoto is truly a special place. The location is perfect, surrounded by the beautiful old streets of Higashiyama with a wonderful view of Yasaka Pagoda. The staff were warm and attentive, the housekeeping was excellent, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. A wonderful place to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary.

the service is fantastic and the location is super but the only pity is the room is smaller than i expected and my room has no view, seeing against the wall.

Staff was extremely helpful. Jacobo at the concierge made our stay so enjoyable he made superb itineraries recommendations. He also recommended restaurants and cafés to go and he made the reservations for us. I highly recommend this facility.
