It is a good concept for travelers looking to for a good price vs value deal. We choose a regular room with king-sized bed.The hotel room was on the small side, but it was clean, included a nice sized bathroom/shower, a min-frig, desk, and big screen TV. There are many works spaces to choose from in the lobby. Breakfast was included and while choices were limited the food was good. They also have a well appointed 'mini-grocery' section with more choices than more expensive hotels. The staff were friendly.

Nice lobby for sure. But not that much effort put into the rooms like that. Just a basic room for sure, it was nice & clean. Just real small in the room hard too get outside of the beds super close to the wall. Breakfast was decent.

The room was not taken care of. The soap dispenser above the sink was loose from the wall and falling off. The air conditioner rattled all night. The pool had towels laying all over, and there was potatoe chips in the pool. There was trash all over the pool area and a chair in the pool.

The room 204 had what looked like splatter on the floor.. so the floor was not mopped.. the toiliet seat was loose and dangerous... the handle on the shower door was about to fall off.. and the room had a weird musky smell.

Very disappointing!! I read good reviews and felt confident this would be a good hotel to stay at. I was far from right! The room was filthy, the bathroom was full of other people’s hair. The shelf under the mirror was about to fall off the wall. It felt like the floor had not been swept. There were dirty brown smudges all over the walls. Everything was dusty. I also found toenail clippings on the floor. I tried to call the front desk for more towels at one point, but the room phone didn’t work. I tried calling from my cell phone but the call went to voicemail and the mailbox was full! We went downstairs and not a person in site or at the desk. On the morning of check out, we didn’t even stay for breakfast or a shower as we found a bug in the bed. I felt so sick after finding that, I just wanted to leave. Also no where was it mentioned there is a $50 deposit fee. I was told it was charged up front and would be refunded at check out but I never got it back. So I payed extra for a dirty room.

No one to check us in at the front desk about a 30 minute wait Room was clean Halls on second floor were covered in dry cereal and sun flower seed shells from Sunday afternoon until we checked out on Monday. I believe you may have been under staffed as this particular location usually not our experience at your properties

The hotel was perfect for our family. The only problem was in the middle of the night. I don’t know if they do something about the air conditioning in every room. The air conditioning seemed to get really hot in the room in the middle of the night. My mother and father-in-law stayed in a separate room and they said they had the same problem. Breakfast was good and the place was quiet and clean.

Smallest, basic hotel room we have ever been in. We had a kingside bedroom for us and our two babies with pack n plays. The room was so small. We could barely walk once pack n plays were set up. Only provided us with 3 pillows, 2 towels. There was not a dresser. Ended up storing everything in the bathroom bc there was no space, and our toddler likes to grab everything. Fed the kids on the desk bc they said they didn’t have highchairs downstairs in the breakfast area No microwave, ice container or coffee maker. The hotel key would not work after first time.

The only thing that I would say is that there is no coffee machine in the room and no ice bucket for ice water Going down to the lobby to get these things when your dressed for bed or just getting up is a problem

We loved how clean and modern it was in the lobby. The room was also clean, but very small, we hit our shins on the bed frame a couple times. The bed was not comfortable at all and it only had 3 pillows for a king size; so that was disappointing. The 5th floor hallway was not air conditioned, so it was quite the change walking to the elevator. Other than those little things we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good, but weird that it didn’t start until 7, my husband had a big test at 7:30 so we were pretty rushed. (Saturday/Sunday morning) However, it was filling and I love that they had water bottles out to take. The location is convenient for getting around the city easily. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Customer service at the desk was outstanding. The young man who checked us in and out was very good at his job and made us feel comfortable. He checked us in quickly so we could get to our room and rest before an event that evening. I would definitely stay again. 5/5 stars!

It was a nice hotel which tru hotels usually are. But I did not expect to pay a deposit which was not stated by hotels.com. It’s only 50, but it’s been a week and still waiting on refund.

We always stay here when traveling to OKC it is centrally located to all of the activities we enjoy. Very clean, friendly curious staff who go out of their way to remember us from our retuned visits. My one complaint is that the light switch lights up when it’s turned off and dark, it just isn’t bright enough to see in the dark. I always have to bring a nightlight for bathroom visits in the middle of the night. Otherwise, we are very comfortable and will continue to use Tru by Hilton

The property was clean and well kept. Excellent customer service, however the breakfast was awful. I had to spit the eggs and the sausage out, I felt as if I wanted to throw up. The sausage didn't taste like food at all and I really do not know what the "eggs" are made from.
