Highly recommend this property. It was so clean, the communication was prompt. It is super close to the Salzburg main train station. My only complaint is the self serve laundry is lacking. There are not enough machines for the entire property. Everything else was +5 stars

Room was very compact. Not much space. The washer and dryer- only three pairs between two apt buildings. Only one dryer was working that also not properly. It took me whole night to get my cloths washed and dry but they were still wet after 5 hours in the dryer( had to change dryer- very busy due to too many people and too few working machines) . I am very disappointed since that was the main reason we chose to stay in apt !!

We absolutely loved everything about Master Mirabell. It is perfectly located to walk from the train station as well to the Old Town. It is less than 2 blocks from where many tours gather across from Mirabell Gardens. We appreciated the amenities of free laundry and detergent in the basement, lockers for luggage storage for early and late arrivals, starter coffee and tea for kitchenette facilities. We don't need someone to clean our room everyday. The room was quiet; the bed was comfortable; the bathroom was spacious with rainshower; the towels were large and soft. This was our favorite hotel on our travels through multiple cities this trip. We would absolutely choose this hotel again and have already thought about returning to this beautiful city for another week or two. While in Salzburg, one of our favorite activities was the Edelweiss Cooking School evening class with music. We enjoyed the Fortress and concert, the Old Town Walking Tour, and the Tour to Halstatt. But there is still so much more we did not get to experience. Salzburg is truly special, and for us Master Mirabell exceeded our expectations.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay at Master Mirabel. It was near a bus stop, near mirabelplatz and 5 mins walk to a supermarket. The rooms were modern and well equipped. There is also a luggage storage area in the basement with lockers, which we used on the last day. Very enjoyable stay.

비앤비같은 아파트 일줄 알았는데 그건 아니고 무료짐보관함(대형캐리어.백팩)이 지하에 있었고 총괄책임자로보이는 분 한분이 상주해계셨어요. 숙소에도착했을때 비가와서 짐두고 쉴곳이 필요했는데 다행히 A동이 열려있어서 중요한짐은 사물함에 넣고 큰짐은보관할데가없어서 숙소옆계단에캐리어 묶어놓고 나중에들어와서 체크인했습니다.얼리체크인이 안된건 좀 아쉬웠어요.핀번호미리받아도 3시체크인타임부터 작동되더라구요. 전체적으로 깔끔했고 히터작동가능하며 빨래도 잘마르고 따뜻한곳이었습니다. 물도제공되고, 냉장고 포트 식기가 갖춰져있어서 뭐 차려먹기는편리했어요. 오다가다 1층에 마련되어있는 초콜렛도 주워먹었는데 맛있었습니다.깔끔하고좋은 호텔같았어요.조식이없고 수건을 매일바꿔주지않는점만 호텔과차이났습니다. 저는 수건안바꿔주는곳을 못본터라 체인지요청했는데 바로가져다주셔서 감사했어요. 눈치껏 최소량만사용하고 안쓴수건들은 잘두고왔구요. 호스트가 메세지를 받으면 그때그때빠른답변으로 응대해주셔서 편했습니다

미라벨 정원 바로 근처에 있고 버스정류소도 가까워요. 아파트 형태이고 들어가면 가벽처럼 문이 있어서 침실과 거실이 나뉜 구조였습니다 화장실은 개인적으로는 욕조가 없어서 좋았어요. 리셉션은 없지만 예약한 어플을 통해 문의하면 빠른 답변이 와서 괜찮았습니다. 잠시 짐을 보관하는 곳은 지하에 공용공간인것 같은데 누구나 드나들수 있다고 했고 필요하면 중앙역에 짐을 맡기라고 해서 저는 3시간 정도 중앙역에 돈을 내고 맡겼습니다. 리셉션이 없고 아파트 형이라 퇴실까지 청소가 없는줄 알았는데 있어서 일반 호텔과 같았습니다.

Our stay got off to a bit of bad start due to some issues with the room cleanliness and maintenance on arrival. However the staff were there in minutes as soon as we reported the problems and largely resolved them quickly. So top marks for that. The main issue remaining was a strong smell of curry, which persisted for several days. We suspected either previous residents or neighbours. Apart from that we had a great stay. The apartments are in a great location, near Mirabell palace and gardens. Bus stops are nearby as are plenty of eating places and supermarkets. A short bus ride to larger supermarkets. Staff are friendly and helpful. We were a bit nervous about the Check-in and entry process, as the reception is only manned part time. But all worked very well, no issues at all. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Salzburg and the surrounding area are beautiful.

Wonderful stay & only a 10min walk to Old Town! Seamless check in AND our room was available prior to check in time which was fantastic after a long travel day. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of space. The bathroom was clean as well and the shower had good water pressure.

These apartments are in a good location, not too far from the station and right near Mirabella gardens ( which has a fancy indoor pool). The old city is only 10 mins walk away. The apartments are well kitted out with kitchen equipment normally not provided, paper towels etc. There is a nespresso machine. We had a room on the busy street and the windows were quite soundproofed. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom functional. We had a compact one bedroom which is meant to be able to sleep 4. Let me tell you it would be very uncomfortable with four, we were three people (parents and child) and once the sofa bed is extended there is no floor space left for luggage or a table/chairs. So although there is quite a functional kitchen there is nowhere to sit and eat hot food. They provide only a small coffee table. Also they have a weird WhatsApp system that is the only way you can get your access/room code. For us this didn't work at all resulting in us having to wait on the street, and then wait inside while the maintenance person emailled headquarters to get the code, which was wrong and needed to be set again. If you arrived after hours and couldn't get the code or forgot it you'd be locked out on the street. Note to management if you are going to persist with this stupid system - the WhatsApp people really need to check that customers have received their code, i.e if no response then send a message through alternative channel e.g. booking app or via email

The communication with the aparthotel management was good. The check in was flexible and very easy. The locality itself is excellent with lots of parking options, public transport options as well as restaurants and cafes. The apartment itself was okayish, for three people it was a bit small, the condition of the apartment was however quite good.

Self Check In funktioniert laut Personal seit Wochen nicht mehr richtig. Musste eine Stunde auf eine Zimmerkarte warten, die dann am nächsten Tag nicht mehr ging, wieder warten auf die Zimmerkarte. Das inkompetente Personal war dann auch noch äußerst frech. Zumindest der nette Hausmeister konnte mich reinlassen und auch den Abfluss wieder frei machen. Personal muss bei Problemen immer erst von einem anderen Hotel kommen und kennt sich vor Ort nicht aus. Das Ignorieren der Probleme mit dem Check In Automaten grenzt für mich an Vorsatz. Nie wieder!!!

Arrival was not nice at all, no reception desk, only communication via what'sapp. Although messaged the day before to let them know we would arrive early afternoon, the code to open the door did not work until past 3 PM, after exchange of messages. Then our apartment had not been cleaned, had to sit in the stairs for half an hour for cleaning. After that all went well, apartment is nice and well furnished

Perfect location within 10 minute walk from Salzburg Hbf train station. Transport links were brilliant with nearby stop for many of the buses that took you right across Salzburg - recommend the Salzburg card. Staff were super nice and managed to get us an early check-in but note that this is not always possible. We liaised directly with them through Whatsapp and they responded within minutes. Air con inside the room was great given we had a couple of really hot days. Not great to leave your window open at night for fresh air because its a really busy road. Air con helped with that perfectly. Ample room in the one bed apartment for me, wife and child. Some basic cooking facilities such as microwave, toaster and a hot plate. Kettle as standard. Get on to the under floor heating in the bathroom too! We dried our clothes on there with our first day being incredibly rainy non-stop. :) If you want that bit more room and more facilities to save having to spend on the local restaurants every day, this place is literally perfect. Also, it is right by the Pandora tour operator that does the Sound of Music Tour..........thats why you are here.......right??? Full marks. Well done Master Mirabell team.

Clean and pretty apartment quite central in a seemingly calm area. Nice with AC due to hot weather. Bed linen were missing for the bed sofa so we had to go get them ourselves in the equipment room. We booked shortly before arrival so we had some troubles checking in. All communication went through whatsapp which felt really unpersonal but they answered our questions within 5 minutes. Service wise, it had been so much more welcoming and wonderful if they had staff on site.

The hotel was in a good location near Salzburg's Old Town in a walking distance to all the attractions. The hotel itself, however, was disappointing. No staff at front desk, like ever! The sign said it should be occupied 8am-4pm but the only time we saw someone there was the first day when we got there at 2pm. The staff let us leave our luggage there but said we had to come back at 3pm to check-in. We came back at 3:05pm but they were gone. We followed the instruction to do self-check in at the machine but it failed to give us the room keys and said to call the emergency number. We called and the lady said someone would be coming to help in 5-10 minutes. There was another couple who tried to do the same so we had to stand outside waiting in the cold due to limited space. Eventually a lady showed up 20 minutes later. She went to sit at the front desk for another 10 minutes, while we were STILL standing outside in the cold, before coming to ask if we needed help. Eventually we got the key to our room so bad first impression already. The room was ok with kitchen and 2 TVs, however, all English shows were dubbed in German excepts a BBC news channel so no use for the TVs. Shower design was terrible. You got a square of 1ft x 1ft with a depth of ~2 inches as the drain pan. The drain was super slow so bathroom was flooded every time we took a shower. We messaged the hotel through but never received help or response. Terrible experience.

There are not enough words of gratefulness for the management and staff of Master Mirabell. My husband ended up in the hospital and the few important requests I asked for were granted as it’s difficult to be everywhere at once. I would give the 10 stars if I could. Thank you again for helping a tourist turned temporary resident. Master Mirabell is safe, clean, and centrally located for sightseeing! All the best and blessings to you all!!

I am so glad we booked Master Mirabel for our short stay in Salzburg. It definitely contributed to our amazing experince. First, I want to mention great communication from the support team via Whatsapp. I had to add another person to our reservation the last minute and the team was very responsive and walked me through the process. They were also very prompt at communicating the check-in process because the apartments do not have a manned front desk per se. Once we checked in into our room, I discovered that the hair dryer was not working. Again, the whatsapp team responded promptly and sent an employee within 15 minutes to deliver a new hairdryer. The room itself was perfect, newly remodeled, with a great shower and a wonderful mattress. The little kitchenette was very helpful for preparing small meals. The location was perfect- an easy walk from the train station and another short pleasant walk to the Altstadt. Overall, I I'd say that this place one of the best places I have ever stayed at. Highly recommend.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with the self check-in, but I was pleasantly surprised. All communication was prompt and clear. The room was spacious and clean. Good value for what I paid. It’s a short distance to old town and literally just next to the Mirabel Gardens. I arrived by plane and left by train. Both were super simple. A quick bus ride on the #2 bus from the airport brought me directly to the hotel. Then just a short 10-minute walk to the train station when I left.

masterMirabell is close to Mirabell Gardens and there are restaurants and a grocery nearby. If you want to take a hop on hop off bus tour the starting point is an easy walk down the road. Old town is also nearby (across the river).

Hotel is in a good location, about 10mins walk from the train station with Mirabell Palace a couple of minutes away. From there it's an easy walk down to the river and the old town with the Fortress and other sights. The hotel doesn't have a front desk but they message you the access code for your room when it's ready. There are staff on site however and all were very friendly. Room itself was very well appointed with kitchen area; microwave, fridge, dishwasher and all the cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment. Very clean modern room with aircon and nice bathroom.

잘츠부르크 중앙역에서 도보로 5분~7분 정도 거리인데 쭉 직진해서 내려오면 되기때문에 헤맬 일 없이 잘 찾아올 수 있었어요. 비대면체크인이라 미리 이메일로 출입코드 등의 정보 잘 확인한다면 무리없이 숙박시설 들어올 수 있고, 식기세척기 전자렌지 간단한 식기들 있어 간식 챙겨먹기 좋았고요 지하에 세탁 건조 다 가능한 런더리 공간 있어서 정말 좋았어요. 출입코드로 건물 드나드는거라 보안도 언심되고 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙소였습니다-!

The location of this property was perfect for eating out, shopping, walking, sightseeing, and spending time experiencing local culture. We had a wonderful stay here. The property location is excellent, within 10 minutes to old town in one direction and the train station in the other. Nearest bus stop is 3 minutes away. Communication with management is via WhatsApp in a timely manner. The suite's kitchen is equipped with everything you will need. The whole suite is well laid out and very clean.
