Room was clean, spacious and clean. Towels need some upgrade. Had a damp smell. Hotel is in good location 10mins max to the airport. Easy access to Wafi Mall and taxis were available within 1-5mins.

Waited 4 hours for my room to be ready after telling the hotel when I was due. However i do appreciate this was before check in. Kept getting told - 5 more minutes after already waiting 4 hrs First got told there was a delay due to cleaning the hot tub and re filling it, then apparently that wasn't the issue, it was an issue with the TV. Got to the room and the hot tub wasn't filled up. When they did come to fill it, it was boiling hot so couldnt use it, then went stone cold the next day and wouldnt warm up. Towels smelt like smoke.

Really friendly staff Daphne who works in the restaurant was amazing with my 5 year old daughter and helped getting food for her that she liked.
