Everything about the stay was great. Best hotel experience we’ve had. First time in Kansas City and we picked a good place to stay. Valet, gym, pool and concierge all top notch. Gym has the biggest variety of equipment I’ve ever seen. Room was CLEAN. Literally our only issue was with our neighbors on the last night that brought a loud stereo.

Fantastic experience! The hotel interior spaces are beautiful and luxe, the gym pool area are excellent well-maintained, and service was consistently friendly. Location also felt incredibly central, with so much within walking distance. I would happily return and highly recommend to anyone exploring Kansas City.

Love the pool and hot tub and the views from the rooms! The bar downstairs and on the rooftop are phenomenal and the coffee shop downstairs also is great! Great coffee and great breakfast food! You can also grab a beer to go if you want. Would definitely stay here again!

The service was great and the property was extremely clean. I had no complaints other than the fact that the parking was absolutely horrendous. Its one thing that they charge your for self parking (and even more for valet) but its another thing that the garage was always booked and there was no spots for parking..and the only other spots avaliable were either for valet or COMPACT parking which made absolutely no sense because most vehicles do not fit in compact parking. Considering what we paid for the price of the hotel, complimentary parking should be complimentary. Also, I'll give the hotel a good 1 mile radius of cleanliness, anything outside of that is just trash. Alot of homelessness and construction. Traffic is terrible and the people are unforgiving. Definitely recommend staying in Overland Park or some place with a nicer community than KC.

We got a free upgrade to the top floor and the view was amazing! Friendly staff, incredible fitness center, nice pool, and comfortable bed. We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was a very pleasant experience. We’d stay here again!

Overall a great property. Clean, spacious and super quiet. We also appreciated the incredible gym and amenities like the pool and hot tub. The cafe in the morning for a quick breakfast was really nice as well.

The hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly and the check-in and out process was very efficient. The gym and pool areas are very nice. The hotel is centrally located making it easy to walk to shopping and dining areas. It is also close to the trolley stop making accessing other areas of the city quite easy and at no cost. It is attached to the convention center making attending meetings and events easy and efficient.

The location and staff were great, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, it was a busy weekend with an event at the convention center, which caused some issues. Parking was difficult, and navigating the hotel was slower than I’d prefer. My lower-level corner room was also very noisy, even with earplugs. Loud vehicles and frequent police sirens were common, and the stairwell next to my room was used by many accessing the ground-level smoking area, making it difficult to sleep. Despite these issues, I appreciated that the hotel didn’t charge me for parking after a conversation at check-out.

Stayed in a high priced suite. Could hear the elevator, the guests at the bar, and the people above me all night long. I feel like if you’re spending the money to stay at a place like this, you shouldn’t hear a thing in your room. Especially the elevator all night long

This stay was a little different than other times. I went to check in around 2:30-2:45 and was told our room wasn’t done, which I get because check in isn’t till 4pm but as we sat there I realized those individuals were who had arrived after us were getting their rooms before us. So at about 3:45pm I went back up to see if the room was ready and I was told know. I did ask if it was going to be ready by 4pm the time of check in and was told they would try. I was asked when did I get here

I loved this Lowes KC Hotel! Everyone was very friendly. After an early morning flight we were even allowed to check-in really early. Which allowed us to rest up and prepare for my niece's college graduation! Thx David...

Beautiful hotel, great bar/ atmosphere, comfortable and clean hotel room, and easy walk to T-Mobile/ P&L District. Don’t pass on the Espresso Martini at the hotel bar! Check-in at 4pm only had 2 employees working the front desk and the line/ wait to check in was unlike I have ever experienced. A 3rd employee eventually arrived to help. The Stilwell restaurant inside the hotel was okay, but did not have a large selection on the menu, and we heard the chef getting all over the employees throughout our meal. Upon checking out of hotel we stopped in the coffee shop for a coffee and breakfast, and thankfully we were not in a hurry. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would choose to stay again.

The property itself was beautiful and in a great location, close to everything we wanted to do. Unfortunately, my whole stay at this location was soured at check-in. The young blonde who was working the desk couldn't have been any more of a snob and rude while I was checking in. Rolling her eyes and talking down to me. Couldn't even be bothered to look at me while talking.

My Husband and I LOVED our stay at Loews in KC. We had immaculate customer service from everyone in the place that we talked to especially the front desk workers. They made us feel welcome, made sure we had everything we needed everyday they\'d check in and even sent a little goodbye text that\'s "live" and actual people you text. We both agreed we will forsure be staying here again with our next visit. Thank you Loews and thank you KC for the welcoming stay. -Mr. And Mrs. Richards.

The Loews Kansas City hotel was immaculate. The check-in process was quick and trouble-free even though we were checking in three hours early. The location is great and very close to the kc street car Kauffman stop, turning the entire downtown area from the City Market to the WWI park and Boulevard Beer into no car needed destinations.

I came here for a seminar and it’s a great venue for conferences, weddings, you name it. The staff was really nice, and the entire facility was clean. The beds are very comfortable. The Stilwell restaurant within the hotel had great good…everything I ordered was excellent. I would come again for pleasure next time.

The rooms are nice and clean. Staff is friendly. My husband and I paid over 100.00 for the worst dinner we’ve ever had at The Stillwell. The food isn’t fresh, overcooked, and under seasoned. Reminded me of a grade school or hospital cafeteria.

The property is in a great location- we stayed here to attend a concert at T-Mobile Center and enjoyed being within walking distance. However, this property does not have any markets or corner stores that most hotels have now in the lobby- just Red Wheat that closes at 3 and has a limited selection. We discovered after returning from our concert that room service and the bar stopped serving food at 11, and most restaurants around us closed at 10. We ended up having food delivered, which was expensive. There was not a microwave in the room, either. I would recommend bringing snacks or something you can eat cold if you're going out later than 10.

This hotel was one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve been too, especially for the price. The lobby, bar and restaurant were aesthetically gorgeous. The terrace bar had an amazing view of the city and sunset with fun vibes, drinks, and games for kids and adults. Our room was classy and nice with great views of KC. I highly recommend staying here and I hope to be back.

Good place to stay when coming to KC. Comfortable beds, clean and beautiful hotel. Restaurant on site is good, and it has breakfast buffet for $22/person and à la carte options as well. Expensive overnight parking. I will never understand how hotels can charge for parking when the avg nightly cost is >$400. If you want to avoid that, there is plenty of free (nights and weekends) street parking about 2 blocks away.
