Excellent facilities, great decor, brilliant staff. Would stay again however for a hotel of this standard a couple of very minor annoyances. Insufficient milk in room for making coffee or tea and items advertised on menu not available, eg Cider and Prosecco.

This gorgeous hotel is just outside Ho Chi Minh and is a stunning place to stay on the Saigon River. Beautiful suite, lovely spa with excellent treatments. Staff are fantastic. Pool area dreamy. We loved it. Thank you

magnificent colonial style hotel for me in a remote position 30 minutes from city and more in case of rain with nothing around you always need to call a Grab or taxi and wait for it better for corporate customers or short stay swimming pool is amazing , room was great but too quiet for me

Wonderful Staff, absolute pleasure staying there. A bit far from the city but they offer a boat to district 1 almost 5 times a day. Rooms are pristine and nothing bad to say about the hotel at all

Ruhige Lage am Fluss - per kostenlosem Bootstransfer ist das Zentrum in 15-20 Minuten erreichbar, ansonsten per Taxi für ca. 10,- EUR in 20 Minuten. Schöner Kontrast zur hektischen Stadt: Ruhe und Pool und große Balkone (Rauchen erlaubt!!). Housekeeping und Rezeption sehr, sehr gut, Frühstücks-Optionen etwas mager für den Preis, Pool-Service lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Very beautiful hotel and very beautiful suite , the pool and food were great the staff were friendly , the service needs work we were never asked if we need anything while at the pool and also the room service menu is 5 items after 930pm which is not that great , we had to take our luggage down when we left because they were too busy to take it for us but definitely a beautiful hotel

This is the place if you wish to stay in a quiet place outside the centre of HCMC, we loved if and it’s cheap and easy to get a Grab to the center, takes only half an hour. Unfortunately they are not allowed to use the boat shuttle any longer due to some government regulations. We had a Luxury Room with river view, number 803 in the last floor. We stayed for two nights and had diner at the river restaurant both nights and again, service and food great. Breakfast outstanding with lots of a la carts choices, superb! Don’t muss to get a sundowner on the roof terrace with view on the skyline of the city. The room is chic and elegant and you have all amenities you can think off. The staff is super friendly and always ready to assist you.

Could not fault this hotel. The service, food and facilities were1st class, the staff were so friendly. So well located with boat shuttle to the city. Pool and dining area by the water were like a little oasis. Brilliant. Will be coming back.

結論から申し上げると非常に良いホテルでした。 ホーチミンに旅行される多くの方は市内でのホテルを中心に探されると思いますが、このホテルは市内中心部から少し離れていますが、サイゴン川に面した喧騒から離れたリゾートホテルのような感じです。しかし市内中心部までタクシーで15-20分程度で行ける為、不便さはありませんしGrab等のタクシー配車サービスを利用すれば片道600円程度でした。 まだ営業開始し4年程度と非常に新しく、また開業直後にコロナ禍に当たってしまったこと、またメンテナンスも十分にされており施設のコンディションは非常に良いです。またリネン等も室料にみあった物でした。またサービス及びホスピタリティもホテルのグレードに見合った物でした。 しかしながら下記2点に関しては改善が必要と感じました。 ①部屋がコネクティングルームの場合、室内ドアの防音性が低い。最初割り当てられたお部屋がこのコネクティングルームで、隣の部屋の会話が非常に良く聞こえ(韓国の方でした)最終的には部屋を変えて頂きました。この件についてはホテル側で何らかな対策を取るようなので今後は改善されるかもしれません ②Wi-Fiのスピードが非常に遅くトラフィックが<1Mbps以下でした。これは早急に改善要です 色々書かせて頂きましたが、再度ホーチミンに旅行する際には同じホテルに滞在すると思います。

川沿いの景観が良くて予約しましたが宿泊が２階で景色がイマイチ。ホテル全体的に普通です。中心部から外れているので高層階でなければ値打ち無し、と感じました。朝食ビュッフェは美味しかったです。エステも普通。お部屋のタオルもふかふか度合は普通。枕は嫌な臭いがしました。

객실은 깨끗했고 하우스키핑 담당이 무척 청결했습니다. 다만 3박동안 웰컴 프룻은 한번만 제공되었습니다. 체크인하며 방을 설명해주는 직원이 구두를 신은채로 방에 들어가서 깜깍 놀랐습니다. 개선이 필요할 것 같습니다. 아침식사는 알차고 맛있었어요. 수영장이 놀기 좋습니다.

The interior and amenities of the room were excellent. Especially the amenities, whose packaging was so cute that it felt almost wasteful to use them. Of course, the hotel facilities were impressive as well; right after entering, you could see a spacious pool and the Saigon River straight ahead, which alone provided a sense of openness. I was able to take a long, relaxing bath in the bathtub, which helped soothe the weariness of a long journey. I definitely want to stay at this hotel again next time.

Really beautiful hotel, rooms are quiet with lovely views and it’s a real escape from the hustle and bustle of HCMC. The breakfast, pool, rooftop bar and spa all 10/10. Our only complaint would be that we couldn’t use the milk frother in the room without having to pay for fresh milk which felt a bit odd. Saigon-opoly in our room was a nice touch!

One of the best boutique hotels I've stayed at. The staff were incredible, and gave such a personalised service (and helped entertain our kids so we could enjoy a sunset drink in peace!). The breakfast was exceptional - a mix of buffet and a la carte, with both Vietnamese and Western options (including a make your own pho station). Every small thing was thought about here, and the hotel itself was beautiful. A very peaceful location, overlooking the river. Highly recommend.

The pictures don't lie - Mia Saigon is amazing! The staff are incredibly friendly and engaging, and they go the extra mile; it was our 20th wedding anniversary and we arrived to cake, flowers and a 'happy anniversary' sign and card. Special mention goes to Cam for making it so special. The rooms and balconies are spacious, and the bathroom just fantastic. The free boat into the centre of the city is a great service and worth doing just for a different perspective. Our only regret is that we weren't there for longer!

There was no hot water in the shower in our room. After swimming in the pool, I went up to our room to shower, and even after 10 minutes of running the water, it never got hot. I even switched the direction of the handle, and nope, the water only switched between freezing cold and cold. I called the front desk, and housekeeping went up to the room, but said "it will take too long to fix, we'll do it tomorrow." the next day, I checked out, and the employee was Thuy, who never smiled or asked how my stay was. When I brought up the hot water issue, she just repeatedly asked if we had informed them. No apology, no customer service. Later, I was told by an employee that the handle was turned the wrong way, as if I wasn't intelligent enough to know how to use the shower. I informed him that I tried the handle both ways, and it never got hot (again, even after 10-15 minutes). Terrible customer service, and don't even get me started on the awful spa. Super rude customer service there as well, constantly pressuring me to change the type of massage I booked, and very lackluster massage. I absolutely cannot recommend this place.

I loved being far away from the main downtown . After all day in the traffic, honking etc. It was nice to be back somewhere quiet and not to busy. The staff were so great as im travelling on my own. Kendall right from the start helped me with so much. From watching for my credit card everyday, to speaking to the cabs when i wasnt managing it well. Also the girls at the desk organized for me to get my nails done. They are perfect ! My room was exquisite! So clean and modern with a classic historic touch. Completely fell in love with Vietnam thanks to Mia Saigon

Thank you to Mark on the front desk for his extra effort in helping us sled a package to the UK and for helping with an airline reservation . Nhung in the dining room was welcoming and attentive . However this hotel isn’t as polished as it was . A Mistake with wine at dinner was eventually recognised but not before they tried 10% discount and then 20% which we accepted rather than argue but said it was still wrong that we should pay extra for their mistake … they did eventually , the following day , put it right and re- charge us the correct price . Coffees were a long time coming , very expensive and luke warm . We couldn’t have or coffee outside at one of the many empty tables because they were all reserved for a group who never showed up ; over the next hour anyway . The replacement coffee was not that hot either . Milk at breakfast was off , split and curdled , poached eggs translucent, Little things but just not quite right like it had been on our previous visits ….

Everyone was so welcoming from the Receptionists, waiters, masseuses and etc. Food was exceptional and I wanted to add out of the 5 hotels (including Park Hyatt & Vinpearl Landmark 81) in Vietnam we stayed on this trip. The dessert, breads and pastries were the best out of all of them! Plus the surprised gifts of the Mr. & Mrs. linen robes when we checked out, was much appreciated. Will Definitely be coming back when we visit Vietnam again. Who knows, maybe next year for my 50th :) Thank you for making our holiday very memorable.

Very beautiful hotel and very beautiful suite , the pool and food were great the staff were friendly , the service needs work we were never asked if we need anything while at the pool and also the room service menu is 5 items after 930pm which is not that great , we had to take our luggage down when we left because they were too busy to take it for us but definitely a beautiful hotel

An absolutely stunning hotel! It is a boutique hotel so staff provide individualised attention to each guest. Check-in was very professional with Jimmy who made us feel very welcome. We were also provided with a delicious cake to help celebrate our special occasion. The river shuttle boat to the city was fun and convenient. The only thing is, there is not much in the immediate vicinity so you need to book transport to go out to eat (but easy to do if you have the Grab app). Eating at the hotel is convenient but very expensive. The hotel is so beautiful that it does attract Instagramers. Some are respectful of the other guests. Unfortunately we encountered a member of one influencer's entourage who had little idea of personal space: I had placed my towel and belongings on a sun lounger but came out of the pool to find it occupied by the influencer's lackey. The common areas and rooms are very tastefully decorated - the most beautiful we encountered on our travels. Rooms have a peaceful view of the river.

Staff and facilities were clean and well kept. The location was a little away from shops and restaurants but accessible by Grab vehicles. We started in District 1 for the first part of our trip do this was a nice escape from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the massage was amazing. This is the place if you wish to stay in a quiet place outside the centre of HCMC, we loved if and it’s cheap and easy to get a Grab to the center, takes only half an hour. Unfortunately they are not allowed to use the boat shuttle any longer due to some government regulations. We had a Luxury Room with river view, number 803 in the last floor. We stayed for two nights and had diner at the river restaurant both nights and again, service and food great. Breakfast outstanding with lots of a la carts choices, superb! Don’t muss to get a sundowner on the roof terrace with view on the skyline of the city. The room is chic and elegant and you have all amenities you can think off. The staff is super friendly and always ready to assist you.

깨끗하고 넓습니다. 수영장도 깨끗하고 이용객이 많지않아 편리하게 잘 놀았습니다. 주변에 먹거리가 없어서 셔틀 매일 이용해 시내로 나가 먹구 맛사지 받구 그랩타고 들어왔습니다. 조식은 별로 변화가 없어서 3일에는 살짝 물리는 느낌..첫날 저녁 레스토랑 이용했는데 피자는 먹을만했는데 다른건 쏘쏘...호캉스로 길게 묵으며 즐기기엔 먹거리가 조금 부족했습니다.

One of the best boutique hotels I've stayed at. The staff were incredible, and gave such a personalised service (and helped entertain our kids so we could enjoy a sunset drink in peace!). The breakfast was exceptional - a mix of buffet and a la carte, with both Vietnamese and Western options (including a make your own pho station). Beautiful hotel to stay in. Amazing, friendly helpful staff. A breakfast buffet to die for. The only room for improvement would be to include a few more meat or chicken dishes on the menu, very seafood oriented

My first time in Saigon, and I have such wonderful memories. This hotel is beyond compare. Fantastic amenities, impeccable rooms, first class service. But the best part were the people.
