Absolutely stunning hotel to stay in. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room itself was gorgeous with beautiful views over Bellagio itself. Such a romantic getaway for my husband and I. The breakfast was all fresh and tasty - would recommend the fruit Jam tart (all made in the property itself!). The self serve wine bar in the bar area was very handy! 10/10. Wish we had booked a longer stay. Thank you for the most perfect stay!

Beautiful and easy walkable to Bellagio town and ferries.

Wonderfully spacious rooms with amazing views

The good: beautiful views, very clean and spacious, breakfast service is very good The bad: the main reasons for not getting 5 stars are—(1) half the mini blinds are broken, so even though we had a view of the lake, you only see through half a window; (2) no skin lotions or replacing of coffee/tea in the room; (3) the walk down to Bellagio is close, but very dangerous. There is no walking path on the first 100 meters of the main road, then a small shoulder with car driving about half an arms length from you. Make sure to bring a light at night so cars can see you. You can opt to walk through the Melzi gardens, which means you only walk about 100m of treacherous road, but then you get the amazing garden (at 10 euros a person to walk through!)
