I stayed for three nights as part of a larger group, check in was smooth enough. The hotel has no obvious driveway in front so my taxi driver be had to drop me down the street and walk back to the hotel. The hotel is located near Masreq metro station but this still remains closed due to the recent flooding.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, checking with me every other day to see if I needed anything. The included breakfast was huge and varied, with good labels on the food, and many vegetarian and vegan options. There is a gym, and rooftop pool plus another rooftop area to relax, do yoga, etc. It was located within a few minutes walk of the Metro, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. It takes about 50 minutes to get to the airport via Metro. Very convenient location! I would highly recommend, and would stay there again.

This Hilton was unloved compared to my cisit to the Al Seef branch of the Hilton. Plus it had no garden/grounds. Ive been told that theyll be updating this hotel. The receptionist was lovely and friendly (definitely more so than the other branch) and was quick checking me in eben though i arrived the next morning. But i managed to take advantage of the excellent breakfast buffet. Wide range of hot savory dishes, salad (liked the hummus), different breads, cereals etc. The room is a little dated but functional. I did go down to the pool but it was closed at 5.30pm! The hotel is located close to the station and was pretty quiet at night despite being close to the highway.

Good area, close to metro and walking distance to the Mall of Emirates. Unfortunately pool is only open till 7 pm, when people come back from the daily activities. It should be open till 9 pm

This was a great little hotel, I would recommend and stay again. I did have one issue when using the pool, we could not move umbrellas or beds to stay in the shade the pool guys were great but somebody had clearly dictated some odd rules the guys had to work to. They were very polite and helpful, clearly not their fault.

All the staff at the front desk were lovely. Super kind at check in, and we arrived early hours of the morning but felt looked after. The gentleman behind the bar was very nice too and so polite and sweet. Room was clean and comfortable and there’s a cute sheltered little pool on the roof. We got a late check out which was very kind and again the staff on the desk when we were departing were very kind!

The location for this hotel is excellent with the metro station only a 3 min walk, also a mass variety of delicious tasty food places on the door step. However the hotel room aren’t the best to say it’s a Hilton i was really disappointed the room was small, the bathroom had dirty with mouldy tiles, the shower gel and had wash dispensers where broken, the room chair was broken the mattress is super super firm (hard) and the breakfast is a big disappointment for a Hilton! The staff are lovely and very helpful the roof top pool is good and again the location it perfect. Will i stay again? Not if they don’t make changes no! Sorry

Inte så rent som det borde vara. mycket fläckar på heltäckningsmattan, sängkläder var nästan konstant fläckig en dag tom så jag var tvungen att ringa och be om byte. en dag fick vi handduk som var extremt sliten med hål i. badrumsmatta fanns sporadiskt typ varannan dag. Skulle behöva grundligt rengöring, iallafall rummet vi fick. Annars så var personalen trevlig bra placerat när till metro etc..Gymmet var sådär hade varit bra med lite tyngre hantlar. det fanns max 14kg, några mer tillbehör till kabelmaskinen också som rep o liknande.gillar du att vara själv i baren så är den perfekt annars så slösa inte inte din tid då det är inga kunder där.. Frukost var okej för priset inte mer. Takvåning med pool var liten men bra! vad ni än gör beställ inte milkshaken! 27AED för en kaffemugg med milkshake!

Carpets are heavily soiled and need replacing. There is also a damp smell they can’t get rid of so if you are sensitive to strong smells I would not recommend. If it’s your first time in Dubai you’d benefit from staying closer to the centre otherwise you’ll have to pay ridiculous prices for taxis all the time.

Very close to insurance market metro stop, so very convenient for the red line, about 40 minutes from terminal 3, staff at the hotel in all areas were all excellent, had a very comfortable stay, would definitely recommend as a base to explore, good breakfast, very clean, nice large room

Good central location 5 mins from Mesheq Metro Station. Hotel was clean with very comfortable beds, although twin room was a bit small with limited wardrobe space. Useful filtered water machine in the wardrobe for tea/coffee..never seen this before. Breakfast choice was good but scrambled eggs were always bland. Coffee machines provided good coffee. Didn't get a chance to use the rooftop pool but did go and see it it and water and area looked nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and professional. Overall positive experience at this hotel.

It’s a 5 minute walk to the metro trains or about a 15 minute walk to the Mall of the Emirates. The hotel room was nice and the bed was awesome. Breakfast had a great variety of items however the scrambled eggs were a little runny for my liking. Would definitely recommend this hotel

WiFi was a little on the slow side. Hotel was a close walk to the station but a long way to pretty much everything else. Even the nearby Emirates mall took a bit of walking to get to around all the construction work.

We stayed only one night. Arriving at Dubai airport at 0145, we reached the hotel at around 0400. Hotel was very quiet understandably. Reception was efficient. Room was comfortable and very clean. Shower was nothing more than a trickle (we duly reported this when we left next morning). Breakfast was fine and adequate for our needs. All in all, a reasonable hotel.

Unfortunately the WI-fi was not working for 2 days which put a damper on the trip. But the hotel was gracious enough to compensate when meal vouchers & late check out. The hotel was close & walking distance to the metro so very convenient. Additionally, the room was quite comfortable. Really liked the addition of the drinking water machines within the room.

Breakfast includes a lot of variations too choose from with some daily variations on some of the options. The location of this hotel is super with Mall of the Emirates in walking distance, easy access fo freeway if using car/taxi.

The room is avarage, drawers are falling apart and in bad shape. Breakfast is less than average I arrived at 14:30 and receptionist said that check in is at 1500 PM and I have to wait so I waited and they didnt give me the room untill 15:45. The second receptionist that came was rude. For the offered price there are plenty of hotels in the area with better service

Extremely disappointing stay – Expedia helped after a terrible experience My experience at Hampton by Hilton Al Barsha was distressing from start to finish. I had booked a non-smoking room with two beds, but they gave me a smoking room with only one bed. When I asked for the correct room, they kept me waiting in the lobby for over three hours with rude and dismissive behavior. I eventually left the hotel in frustration, taking a taxi and stopping at four different hotels trying to find a place to stay that night — all at my own expense. Only later did Expedia step in and help by relocating me to another hotel in the same area, covering the difference in price after I had already paid for the new booking. The hotel manager later sent a formal apology and confirmed a refund, but I still haven’t received it until now. It was a stressful and exhausting experience that I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through. Thankfully, Expedia’s support was the only bright side in this ordeal.

Note positive: il costo: di molto inferiore ad altre zone più blasonate la colazione: buona, completa, saletta carina. camere: normalissime, buon insonorizzazione. Note negative: posizione: causa forti temporali la zona era ancora un po’ allagata e la metro davanti all’hotel chiusa (il problema è che ha dato l’impressione che non riaprirà molto presto), reperire un taxi vista la zona poco turistica, quasi impossibile. Se chiedi te lo chiamino, escono e alzano il braccio.. cosa che non riesce a loro esattamente come non riesce a te. Pulizia relativa, non pessima, ma poco attenta. Un vassoio con del cibo è rimasto fuori nel corridoio per 3 giorni. Staff: corciege poco efficiente, visto che la metro non andava chiediamo come arrivare al Mall of Emirates (10/15 minuti a piedi) ci risponde con il taxi essendo la strada allagata, peccato invece che ci fosse modo di raggiungerlo tranquillamente a piedi senza affogare… se non conosci neanche i 2 km intorno a te, figurati il resto.. The staff went above and beyond from beginning to end. I would return to this hotel with the staff as the number one reason. Also, the value we received for what we paid was excellent. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

All the staff at the front desk were lovely. Super kind at check in, and we arrived early hours of the morning but felt looked after. The gentleman behind the bar was very nice too and so polite and sweet. Room was clean and comfortable and there’s a cute sheltered little pool on the roof. We got a late check out which was very kind and again the staff on the desk when we were departing were very kind!

After a huge delay to check in (and be placed in a different room than the reservation and be asked to change to the proper room in the following day), things were very good. Good breakfast and room, very close to the metro station, wich helps a lot (specially on summer!). Other miss is that everyday they forgot something when cleaning the room (hand towel, body towel or something else), despite the minor issues, I recommend the hotel.

I stayed for three nights as part of a larger group, check in was smooth enough. The hotel has no obvious driveway in front so my taxi driver be had to drop me down the street and walk back to the hotel. The hotel is located near Masreq metro station but this still remains closed due to the recent flooding.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, 6 min zu Fuß zur Metro. Von dort aus kann man alles sehr gut erreichen. Das Frühstück was sehr lecker und umfangreich. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Alles in allem, ein gutes solides Hotel für einen Städtetrip.

WiFi was a little on the slow side. Hotel was a close walk to the station but a long way to pretty much everything else. Even the nearby Emirates mall took a bit of walking to get to around all the construction work.

Very close to insurance market metro stop, so very convenient for the red line, about 40 minutes from terminal 3, staff at the hotel in all areas were all excellent, had a very comfortable stay, would definitely recommend as a base to explore, good breakfast, very clean, nice large room

The location for this hotel is excellent with the metro station only a 3 min walk, also a mass variety of delicious tasty food places on the door step. However the hotel room aren’t the best to say it’s a Hilton i was really disappointed the room was small, the bathroom had dirty with mouldy tiles, the shower gel and had wash dispensers where broken, the room chair was broken the mattress is super super firm (hard) and the breakfast is a big disappointment for a Hilton! The staff are lovely and very helpful the roof top pool is good and again the location it perfect. Will i stay again? Not if they don’t make changes no! Sorry

It’s a 5 minute walk to the metro trains or about a 15 minute walk to the Mall of the Emirates. The hotel room was nice and the bed was awesome. Breakfast had a great variety of items however the scrambled eggs were a little runny for my liking. Would definitely recommend this hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful, checking with me every other day to see if I needed anything. The included breakfast was huge and varied, with good labels on the food, and many vegetarian and vegan options. There is a gym, and rooftop pool plus another rooftop area to relax, do yoga, etc. It was located within a few minutes walk of the Metro, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. It takes about 50 minutes to get to the airport via Metro. Very convenient location! I would highly recommend, and would stay there again.

This hotel is very close to everything you will need to make your stay comfortable. Seconds away from very decent and wide variety of restaurants, 5 mins to metro station, taxis readily available at the doorstep of the hotel, 10 mins walk to Mall of the Emirates and 15 mins to downtown. Twin room was small but well presented and clean. Room was made up each day with fresh towels in the bathroom. Hotel was quiet, small rooftop swimming pool with adequate sunbeds and chairs. Excellent buffet breakfast with plenty of hot and cold choices. Excellent location 15 min walk to Mall of the Emirates, 5 min walk to Dubai Metro Station number 33 Insurance Market. Our second nights stay saw the start of the US-Iran conflict. The staff at the hotel were marvelous, special thanks to Joanna for sorting out our extended stay, even telephoning the room directly with information on repatriation flights. Excellent budget hotel, would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.*****
