It was really good clean modern and met the expectations except for the extra charge per luggage to kept in storage - £3 per bag.

Incidentals that you get for free in normal hotels - like baggage storage, borrowing an umbrella and checking in when the room is ready - are charged at this hotel. I would rather pay a small amount more and get a hotel that offers essential services without surprise charges

Basic but functional. Clean, quiet, efficient. Excellent breakfast buffet. No bar or restaurant. No mini-bar/fridge in room. Rooms are on the SMALL side… Still, would book it again, as it was clean, and did the job for us. If you have more than one suitcase, you will have to be creative. NO SPACE, to unpack anything.

Great location, close to large Tesco grocery store, earls court tube station (easy access to central London or Heathrow). Rooms are modern and renovated but small (typical for London). Wish they had a small fridge or access to fridge and microwave. Also complementary tea and coffee would be a nice touch. 9/10 will be back, excellent value!

Great location no parking the room is really small no microwave or refrigerator but the hotel itself is nice

The hotel was within walking distance to the train station. We were surprised they do charge you for storing luggage for early check in and also again upon checking out. Hotel was clean and overall a good stay. About an 8 min walking distance from earls court train station.

Nice room but be mindful there is no kettle! Good location, reasonably quiet. Breakfast was good. If you get a room on the lower ground double check it’s not next to the smoking area as the smell comes through the windows.

Metro- type hotel, with old type furniture in reception areas, modern rooms in old buildings. Lift, accessible if required, smallish room and bathroom but functional. LED lighting and good climate control. Hot shower, small step, good lighting in bathroom. An exhaust fan would be good, but may not be possible. Large open space at foot of bed/s which could be great for luggage if a bench shelf went from side to side. Could double as seating too. Otherwise it's luggage on the floor which is a pain. Can't comment on breakfast. Very little hot water in the basin taps. This has been reported. It is on a busy road but we didn't hear much traffic at night, and did not hear neighboring rooms either. No fridge or tea making in rooms which for us was a nuisance, however hot water is available via staff and is free. Be sure to ask for x2 cups each cos the water is scalding hot. I feel it is far less safe walking back to rooms with a hot cup of water than a small electric jug in rooms. But space is limited. There are little cubby holes to put things in your room, and some hanging spaces on walls. Plenty of power points which was great.

I'm giving this five stars for the outstanding customer service from everyone we interacted with from reception staff to the domestic staff, they we e all great ambassadors for this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean if a little basic. I would recommend taking a travel kettle or its a visit to reception for hot water for tea and coffee.

The position was not bad, but all the rest wasn't good. For a 3 stars hotel I found the room was too small, very hot because the first night the air conditioned didn't work and the room was dirty (I found also a sock on the floor). Moreover the personnel wasn't very collaborative to solve these issues. I won't come back

small rooms but super clean and quiet. No window but had a skylight and that was enough. Really impressed with the cleanliness so the other stuff seems minor.

The property was all good but the linens were a little stained. I stayed for 3 nights and no cleaning was included in our stay. Lighting and bathroom was a nice touch. Would recommend if you need somewhere cheap and convenient to travel around London.

My room was improperly, cleaned, there were still poop stains on the toilet seat. There was a lot of dust surrounding the bed. There was also here both around the bed and in the bathroom. The walls are super thin – heard the people upstairs going at it all night long. Looks like the staff who are supposed to be cleaning the rooms Do not do their job properly. Would not recommend staying here, not even for a one night stay. The front staff were amazing.

Good location for my stay. Disappointed with cleanliness of shower with too much black mould for my liking. Trendy light switches which were problematic at working correctly. Not a deal breaker but unlikely to stay again

The hotel was in walking distance from the metro station and close to a big variety of fast food and coffee facilities. Foyer was really nice and breakfast was delicious. Rooms are a little small but enough space for the amount of time you spend there. Overall the room was clean but on our last day we noticed some mold on the air conditioning and on multiple places in the bathroom there was a lot limescale. We would stay there again for sure but we would check things like mold the moment we can go into our room.

Overall it is a good hotel. What I like: good breakfast, but absolutely the same each day, good staff, wifi works okay, good location, close to Olympia and subway station. What I dislike: Extremely small room (at the photo they used tricks to hide that it was so small), cleaning once per 3-day (if you have smell from garbage you need to ask to remove it), during 7 days stay my the bed linen was not changed.

Good location, easy transport. Room was clean, but sink was leaking as well as not properly draining. Quite the small room but I expected that for the price. Also loud banging noises in the morning which was unpleasant. Otherwise, it was an average stay and decent for the price.

The rooms were tiny, but we knew that beforehand. The problem is though, that they were really dusty and the air conditioning / heating blew so much dust into the room, you could see it. Also the air from the air conditioning smelled really bad, kind of musty. The shower was moldy. You only get one towel per person and a bathroom rug, no additional towels for your face or hands. Room cleaning services are only provided after three nights. If you arrive earlier than 3 p.m and want to leave your luggage in the hotel they charge you 3 £ per bag, no matter the size. The lobby, which also serves as the breakfast room, is quite nice. The continental breakfast, however, does not really offer vegan or lactose-free options even though they say they do.

I got what I booked, but hadn't thought the room wud be That small. Continental bf is simple, fairly ok. Venue located at major road - room was to the backyard and quiet - no complains

It was noisy outside in the night so they need to do something about sound insulation. Also the rooms feel very very small. Like there is no chair to sit down and eat in the room.

Like many modern hotels, the room was very small with only one bedside table and no dresser. We had to walk sideways at the foot of the bed to get around it. The location was brilliant. We walked to dinner and Earl's Court Station.The room was very quiet despite facing a major road.

The air conditioning not good. It’s not cooling. On complaint they changed our room but that room also not cooling as needed.

It was central to london, but way too tiny for 2 people.Couldn't fit luggage anywhere.And only one person could be in a bathroom at a time or walking to the bed at a time

The rooms are too small

The location was incredibly convenient to walk to shopping and transit. The hotel was nice enough however the room was impossibly small. The room is the size of the bed, some luggage pieces can fit under the bed and there was an unused corner where my checked bag went (medium sized checked bag). The room needs some attention as there was water damage in the bathroom and damage to the wall by the window. Location truly is key if you're booking this hotel. Knowing the size will be small also helps so there are no surprises (we knew it would be small when we booked). Price was great considering the location. Overall good stay.

Hotel does not offer hand towels and washcloths. Excellent breakfast. Make sure it is included in pricing. Rooms are very small, like most European hotels, so not great if staying more than a week. Get the larger rooms if you can. 15 minute walk to Earl's Court tube station, a definite plus!

Staff were lovely but room was dirty, had been smoked in and the shower dripped all night which made it hard to sleep. We also booked 2 rooms and at 9:30pm they called my son and cancelled my his room (he hadn’t check in in yet as was playing a professional football match and we had to go straight to dinner from there). That meant he had to stay in another hotel which was an hour away from this one walking or 45 mins by train. That really messed up our morning as it meant we couldn’t see him and had to send his birthday gifts over to the other hotel by Uber in the morning. Although the staff obliged and were lovely, it was a poor effort on behalf of Point A. Cancelling that late in the evening when you are already out is not good. How do you double book a room? He had already paid for it. We almost always use Point A hotels when going to London. Not sure we will use this one again.

The BEST thing about this hotel is their staff. I arrived at the hotel early on a Thursday morning and the gentlemen working the front desk was extremely welcoming and friendly, he shortly was coming off his shift and the young lady was also very friendly and welcoming. I arrived earlier than my check in time and they made sure my bags were safe and that I was comfortable in their lobby awaiting for my room. The young women also working the breakfast station was very sweet. The next day I woke up late after breakfast hours and I inquired about getting a coffee… She had already cleaned and seemed like she was getting off her shift but she took the time to make me a coffee. All three of these employees are amazing and I very much hope they are appreciated. I could tell right away they work hard and they care about their job and the guests. Thank you to the 3 of you! The hotel was also very very clean and a great location. The tube is just down the street and I was able to get to any tourist attraction or shopping 15 min. I will definitely be booking again next time in London.

Fabulous boutique hotel. All the basics very good. Great vibe. Friendly staff. Price to location could not be better.

On a very busy road. No tea in the room. Had a basement level room. So tiny had to climb in on one side only. Reception not helpful.

Stayed here for a weekend away and had a great time, all the staff were so welcoming especially Divine who looked after us and really made our stay special. Would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a nice quiet place to stay just outside of the busy hustle and bustle of the centre

A nice simple hotel which served it's purpose. Staff were extremely kind and helpful and the lobby was a great place to work for the day. The room though a little small was designed to utilise all the space very well and was clean and modern. Check in and check out were seamless and the location is very convenient.

The receptionists were all polite, helpful and lovely girls, nothing I asked for was too much trouble I would recommend this Hotel and will certainly come again.

It was amazing! We were greeted by two lovely ladies (I didn’t catch their names but they were on the desk around 8:00 on the friday evening) and they were amazing! The rooms were extremely comfortable and cozy, and located only a few mins away from the tube which was very ideal. The breakfast was lovely, the rooms were very clean and all the members of staff were very accommodating and kind. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip back to London!! xxx

Easy place to stay . Only concern is your windows facing the street are very thin, so you constantly are hearing traffic on a pretty busy street.

This hotel is very close to subway and it is very convenient. It is clean and quiet.

The room was lovely — small, but nicely decorated. It had a clean, almost clinical feel to it. The building itself is beautiful, and Kensington is a charming area to stay in. However, the location isn’t the most convenient. There’s no Underground station nearby, so you’ll likely end up walking quite a bit or relying on Uber to get around. The bed was comfortable but very small — if you’re sharing with a tall or larger partner, a standard double might feel too tight. Unfortunately, the sink was also blocked during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient. The carpet in the hallway could definitely use some TLC, as it’s starting to look a little worn. That said, I still had a pleasant stay overall. Thank you to the team for the hospitality!

I needed to spend three nights in London before my flight and this hotel's proximity to Earls Court Station clinched the deal. Having to schlepp your bags up and down the front steps is a bit of a bummer but the inside more than makes up for this. The lobby is stylish and this continues into the rooms. This is one of the smallest rooms I’ve stayed in outside of the ferry I arrived on, but they tried their best to give bang for your buck. The bed is a good size and comfortable with bedside tables and a cabinet for your things. There’s a tiny fold-away desk/console, air-conditioning, TV, free WiFi, a divided bin for rubbish and recycling - which I personally saw all goes in the same bag - a hairdryer... and that’s it. There’s no kettle or tea & coffee, fridge or even a chair/stool to use the desk. Sadly, the only place to put your luggage is under the bed or on the floor under the console, which I chose, and I managed to avoid tripping over it during the night! The washroom was very nice with everything you need in a compact space. There was a nice, neighbourhood view out the window. Breakfast is available onsite, however, I chose to eat out. It was fine for a short stay, but I would choose a bigger room if possible next time.

Good out of the bustle of Downtown London. Staff was friendly and attentive and room was clean and neat. 5 min walk to train, food and shopping.

Great location, Metro station is nearby. Fun fact: Freddie Mercury's house is basically behind the hotel. It was clean, friendly staff, breakfast had all we needed. Would definitely recommend.

The room was very small, no closet so you would have to live out of your suitcase. But the bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Check in and out was fast. The breakfast was good,Staff were very friendly and helpful. If in London again would definitely stay here again. Great location.

The room was cosy, clean. Yes small but it was fine. The lack of space to hang clothes was a pain but we lived out our suitcases. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Looked after our luggage and didn’t over charge us as we had more than 3 "bags". They allowed us to hang around My only issue was breakfast. As we booked through hotel.com we needed to pay £13 each. So that was £26. It really isn’t worth it. Pastries, cereals, fruit, hot pastries (wasn't any left when we came in) teas, coffee ect. Overall would stay again just wouldn't pay for breakfast.

air conditioning works. I visited at the end of June and beginning of July in the middle of a heatwave. Everything was clean and staff were friendly. I arrived early and they held my bags while I began my vacation. Another great point about this hotel was the wonderful breakfast. I paid extra for it and wow they have a great healthy selection. Hard boiled eggs, ham and cheese. Choice of yogurts and cereals and all presented I. A neat elegant fashion. Pay extra for the breakfast. It’s worth it.

The only thing I wish was that we would have gotten free coffee or something. We didn’t get anything for food or drink.
