Best Western Plus Elizabethtown Inn & Suites

This B/W is conveniently located off of I-65, offering plenty of parking (free). Staff is accommodating & courteous, much appreciated after being on the road several hours. Lobby & room very clean, bed comfortable. Satisfying breakfast.Would stay here again.

I’d give this hotel a 10 if it weren’t for being double charged. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in a long time. Very clean. unfortunately, I was charged by Hotels.com and by Best Western. I had to call and speak to a manager to get the charges taken off.

I needed a handicap accessible room. I booked online but was under the impression that included a walk in shower. While the 2 rooms I saw the "friendly" and you could get a wheelchair in, I would not call them accessible. The room we ended up in was spacious but my son would never have been able to use the restroom if I weren’t there as the bathroom door was heavy and closed by itself. I had a shower chair that fit in the tub but transferring him over the edge of the tub was precarious and somewhat dangerous. The ONE room that was completely accessible was given to someone without a disability. That is extremely frustrating. All in all the staff was good and worked hard to meet my needs. I will say, what I signed for the stay on my second day and what I was charged did not match.

Nice sized rooms. Sure wish the hide a bed was comfortable for older folks. Just can't do it. Room 219 has lights blasting in the window at night right in your face. Need room darkening shades.
