I was there for a soccer tournament for my son: All in all very satisfied with the stay. Staff was very helpful and polite. Clean rooms, very comfy beds, hot shower, working wall mounted thermostat and quite rooms. Those are always my most important to me. Breakfast was ok with not a lot of selections but I expected that at a hotel like this. Hot coffee machine was ok and would prefer a coffee from a pot instead of pushing buttons for mediocre coffee which also can be slow especially with a lot of soccer parents needing their coffee the morning after all day soccer games and a long night. Also, I wish they had a larger parking lot for sure. If you arrived after 7 or went out to dinner and came back, there were barely any parking spaces. Why is there not a parking lot in the back? And lastly, very odd I was charged $50 on my CC for an unknown reason and after speaking with the staff the next day, she stated the do that in case of inconsequential charges? Never have a hotel charge my CC in advance then a few days later need to take it off. Just watch your cc for this charge and make sure it comes out. However, all in I give my two night stay for a busy soccer tourney stay a 4/5. They actually exceeded my expectations for a Best Western in ETown, KY

The tile floor and carpet were not clean. I THINK the front desk staff gave me wrong information on breakfast time, and I missed a breakfast, but my memory could be wrong. Other than that, it was not bad. It has a heated pool open, and I regret not having taken my bathing suit.

There was hair stuck to the shower and tub walls. The tub spout shot off and almost hit me when I initiated the shower. The bathroom had an old pee odor. The appearance of the rest of the bath was good. BUT…….

Everything was really nice. There was however, some mold in a couple of spots in the shower. Housekeeping needs to step up their game a bit. But would stay there again, friendly clean and nice stay. Awesome coffe machine in the lobby that was available 24/7.

Nice sized rooms. Sure wish the hide a bed was comfortable for older folks. Just can't do it. Room 219 has lights blasting in the window at night right in your face. Need room darkening shades.

Seems nice. Huge king room with separate living room and kitchenette. Did not know this when o booked the room. We are only staying one night, so it is overkill, but pleasantly surprised.

Room I stayed in elevated the sounds throughout the hallway. I heard almost every door to every room on floor open and close. Heard almost every conversation with every guest word for word. I would suggest better soundproofing for room 215.

Room was clean Paper thin walls, floors, and ceiling. I could hear every step above me. Also heard two different people snoring! One above and one next door. Room coffee maker was broken and zero coffee in the lobby. Desk clerk was unpleasant and uninterested in us. Most of these 10 out of 10 ratings have to be fake. There’s no way. At $186 it was criminal.

My only problem with the room was the big street light right outside. It lit the whole room and when i went to shut the curtains - guess what - they were small panels on the side that couldn't be moved. So the only thing between me and the light was the window shears. If you don't mind your room being lit up all night you'll be fine. If not for this i would've given a 5 star review.

The front desk woman was rude when we first checked in. Gave no accommodations. Booked 2 rooms and requested them be near one another. The woman at the desk stated she could not do it so one room was on the third floor and the other on the second.

Beautiful property in very good condition. Appears to be fairly new. The front desk was a bit slow at check-in. There were two people ahead of me but 15min seemed unnecessarily slow. All in all a great hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing. We missed breakfast by 30 minutes and they went out of their way to get us some muffins and juices. Best hotel in the area. Even offered to make us waffles but we were in a hurry. Staff was amazing.

I'm up this way only a couple of times a year. I've used this hotel a few times now because i feel safe there, and it's easy on and off to the interstate, and there are restaurants close by. I love being able to go to Travelocity and find where i stayed last time.

Everything worked out so well...friendly, helpful staff, food was good, beds were very comfortable, felt safe in the parking lot...conveniently located to business site & places to sight see and restaurants to eat at. We did not use the pool or fitness room.

The hotel is right off I-65, but there’s zero traffic noise. The parking lot, entrance, facilities and rooms were clean. Our room was clean and comfortable with zero odor upon entering. Nice size bathroom with plenty of towels and a huge closet…in fact, the room was very spacious. The beds were comfortable and bedding clean and crisp. BIG television and nice size mini-fridge. Nice charging station between beds! The breakfast was fresh and perfectly cooked with several options to eat and drink. The staff was super friendly and eager to help.

Clean and near restaurants for road trip. The breakfast was poor, with very few options and do not provide cream for coffee only powdered options, so coffee is undrinkable. For this reason I wouldnt stay again.

Would like to have had fresh fruit of any kind at breakfast and also yogurt or oatmeal. Something a little more healthy than waffles and gravy. Also HATE toliet roll holders. Way to easy to knock paper off and then it rolls under the cabinet

Excellent rooms - clean, comfortable, and modern! Staff was super friendly and helpful, especially the older black gentleman in the breakfast area. He was a shining gem of southern hospitality! Breakfast was very good with healthy choices as well as regular southern fare like bisuits and ssg gravy! Our third time stopping here, its midway for family visits. Oh yes, good price too! Not enough stars available lol
