Washing machine and dryer took forever as the washer wouldn’t spin the clothes out so they were saturated going into the dryer and the Room wasn’t vacuumed. Staff were friendly and helpful, good location.

The room was very small. The gym was off site (Anytime Fitness) and I had to walk about 500 meters to get there. A nice walk, but I would prefer on site

Despite the advertised parking, there was none. When we arrived at the hotel, there was a sign saying there were no available parking spaces. We needed to park our rental car in city center of Queenstown . We specifically chose this hotel because of the parking, which was crucial for our stay. I would not recommend this hotel because its advertising is misleading.
