The hotel was in a great situation, very close to Waterloo station and a short walk from the river. The rooms were a good size and were spotlessly clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. We made use of the well stocked bar after our day out, which was a bonus

Ideally located close to Waterloo underground. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. The hotel was quiet, clean and did what it needed for a 1 night stay. I'd say its fairly pricey compared to others but it was chosen for convenience. They say breakfast is free but I actually think thatbthe inflated price to stay here takes into account your "free" breakfast. The breakfast was sub standard and laid out in a cafe style using red trays an no laid tables. It wasnt a pleasant experience and if I stayed here again, i'd eat out. The check in was quick and I was given a room on the 8th floor (top) with fantastic views across the city, this was a real bonus. Small gym with 3 cardio machines, a rack, matts and dumbells. Its enough to get a workout but pray that its quiet. Decent enough hotel overall.

Good buffet breakfast , lots of choices , close to Waterloo station , good location, walking distance to stores and lots of street foods nearby Monday to Friday . The dinner in Green port is good but have a to wait a long time to be served . Took an hour for a salad and soup. They have suitcase storage .

The staff at this hotel are wonderful! The reception staff are very friendly and had our room check in accelerated. The breakfast staff keep everything there running smoothly even with large morning crowds. Unfortunately for the staff one morning all three elevators stopped working. They posted people on each floor and carried luggage up and down for both arriving and departing guests. The elevators were fixed by the afternoon, but one quit the following day. I really hope they can get them fixed long term because it doesn't just impact guests. Employees shouldn't have to transport luggage for guests, and cleaning staff shouldn't have to take stairs in order to ensure rooms are clean.

Lovely clean hotel with a great dinning room used for breakfast & evening meal. Food was superb. Rooms were nice with modern bathroom. Staff were polite & welcoming. There are snacks & water available to buy in the hotel but pricey! Tesco is just up a few doors. Danny on reception was a star, had a slight hic cup with our reservation but he managed to sort the problem.

The hotel was well maintained. Umisha at the front desk was lovely and very friendly. There is NO parking anywhere, dropping off bags from our rental was a bit difficult. Waterloo station is a short walk. The beds are very firm and the complimentary breakfast was great. We would stay there again!

I really enjoyed the stay this time with the exception of the elevators. There are three elevators but two of them were out of order for the entire three days of my stay. On the last day, all three elevators were out of order. I had to walk up to 4th floor which is not a big deal, but some people had to carry their luggage up and down the stairs which was dangerous.

Lovely clean hotel and perfect location within very quick walking distance of Waterloo station. It was my friend’s 50th birthday and the hotel were very kind and had two mini bottles of Prosecco, chocolates, balloons and towel swans waiting for us on the bed which was such a lovely welcome - thank you so much! We will be back!

At checkin room was not available put into a different room. There are 3 of us we booked for family and theedding for the sofa bed was not made ( we had to do this). There was not a towel for each of us. The room and bedding we so dusty. Our son (who does not have problems breathing) had breathing problems all night and still has due to dust. There was a layer of dust over our belongings and cups of water making them undrinkable.

Basically alright, but in terms of cleanliness of the room, this hotel doesn’t deserve a good reputation. There was a used contact lens on the duvet and the glass wasn’t clean at all. Other than that, it was a fair stay.

For the budget friendly price in central London, we were pleasantly surprised and very impressed on arrival at this hotel. Service was great, our room was immaculate and the breakfast had so much choice and of good quality. I would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you!

The rooms have very bad smell and we were forced to change 3 rooms within 5 days. It was very bad experience for us. The staffs are very good( they are cooperative and very polite) and the location of the hotel is very good as well.

Having stayed for two nights over Marathon weekend I paid £514 which I thought was too much given the hotel is basic.ni expected more for my money given it bears the Hilton name but I would take a Premier Inn over this every time. The room was a little tired with a chunk taken out of the unit housing the safe where someone had clearly tried to prise the safe door open. Marks up the wall and a bed that smelled like a wet dog was not great either. Minimal storage space and air con that would not go below 19 degrees. I called reception about the air con and had to leave aessage which was never answered. The staff seem disengaged - when I checked out I was not asked anything about my stay, there was no "thank you for staying with us", just a press of a button on the computer and a grunt. There is a good selection for breakfast but the coffee is either instant Nescafé or from a machine which tasted burned. I'd say shop around as there are nicer hotels for the same or less money.

The hotel is clean and cheerful. The staff is mostly very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is adequate. Their restaurant is nice. Good selection and quality. Staff Great! Our queensize room was comfortable but a little tight with no storage space. Though there are two bedside tables, there's only one tiny set of two drawers. There is nowhere in the bathroom to set or hang anything except the small counter by the sink. The TVs are apparently old with very little selection. When you do choose a channel, our screen automatically went many shades darker.

We stayed for six nights and managed to reach almost everything we wanted to see by foot. We basically only needed to take public transport when our feet were hurting too much from walking around all day. Waterloo station is very close, so that wasn't an issue at all. Staff was very friendly. Loved the fresh waffles for breakfast. You do hear sirens regularly since there is an ambulance station right across the street, but the rooms are sound proofed so it wasn't too loud. I could sleep through the nights without ear plugs, although people who are sensitive to sounds might need some.

We got a room with absolutely no view (straight into a brick wall), but we didn't spend that much time staring out of the window anyway. Great breakfast selection, and good service. Only negative part was low water pressure in the showers. Great location, short walk to Waterloo station, and within walking distance to London Eye.

It was ok. Bed was comfortable. Desk had a big crack in it, sink had a big crack, poor water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was horrible, the 'hot breakfast' was luke warm, we actually went around fhe corner and got breakfast from somewhere else. Staff were friendly.

was ok but a few things: hairdryer in the room didnt work, breakfast, really good, but slot was max 30 mins per room.... and the reception wouldnt order a taxi for us "no, sir, we only order cabs destined for airports",,really ? never ever been told that from a hotel receotion before.

Chris was the most helpful and made sure we were taken care of during our entire stay. Chris was off the morning of our departure, and he still ensured our taxi was waiting for us at 5AM! The breakfast was perfect and all of the staff were happy and courteous. Definitely returning to this location on our next visit!

booked hotel a year ago. twin rooms. turned up and were given tiny double room. spoke to reception, who told me they were full and my room was an upgrade and we were lucky that the new room had a sofa bed (a few blocks of hard cushion). after much stonewalling, the staff miraculously either built 2 x new twin rooms in super quick time or managed to give me the rooms we’d booked. strangely the twin rooms were twice the size of the magical upgrade,

The staff here were absolutely amazing from check-in to check-out. We were a group traveling back from a short term mission trip in another country. We encountered a flight change that allowed for a 25 hour layover. This hotel provided everything necessary to make the most of our 25 hours, including a late check out. A gentleman, I believe his name was Chris, went above and beyond to arrange a XL taxi to the airport for us. We would definitely stay here again should the opportunity present itself.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and well located, great breakfast too. Shame about the attitude of the staff on front desk though. Had a problem with the key card for our room so that EVERY time we left the room, we couldn’t get back in. Staff either thought this was absolutely hilarious or didn’t even speak to us when we walked down to reception yet again to ask for a new card, just swapped it over and stared at us when we pointed out how many times this had happened. Absolutely no effort made to find out why this kept happening or resolve the issue, but according to the young lady on reception who laughed when I suggested an apology might be nice, at least we were getting plenty of exercise going up and down the stairs. All in front of a manager who stood there giggling along with her. Maybe it’s just me who doesn’t really understand why being locked out of your room every time you return the hotel is so funny ….

VALUE! Rooms are small however location and breakfast make it so worth it!! Waterloo station, London Eye, Big Ben. We kept coming back! Breakfast will fill you for day!!

Very clean and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of options. . Great location close to Waterloo station and buses stopped in front of hotel. Short walk to restaurants in the area, however the dining room in the hotel had a variety of items and the food was good.
