We liked the quiet location and the good walking pavements to the shops and nearby eateries. The King bed was very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you might need.....stovetop, fridge and freezer, oven and microwave and is well equipped with cutlery and cookware. Our third stay!!

It was a family trip so we had a studio and a one bedder interconnecting which worked beautifully. The units are well equipped and in a great location. Cleanliness was great except the bathroom which still had hairs and stuff from previous guests... eww!! (give the cleaners a little more time and it would probably be fine!) The location is good. Parking is OK ($10/night) and there's a laundry if you need it.

Really enjoyed staying here, the apt was spacious, clean and comfortable. Close to eating areas and supermarkets in the next block were a bonus. There is undercover parking which is easy to access for $10 a night.

Quest Goulburn is fantastic however it was somewhat disturbing that after I booked & paid, through Wotif, I was contacted by Quest to say I had to offer an additional $100 bond & that parking would be $10. This was not mentioned on the Wotif website…& most definitely should be.

Wonderful accommodation, probably the best in terms of amenities, cleanliness and newness in Goulburn. Overnight gated parking at only $10 a night is a win.

Very disappointed, bed wasn’t made up for us the next day, no body wash refills, bathroom bins not emptied and fridge freezer hadn’t been emptied or cleaned with food still in freezer from previous tenant. No real apologise from reception as we booked on Expedia so she told us.

It is the second time in two weeks that I have not had someone clean the apartment during my stay. Last time I complained twice about the range hood not working and had to leave the food open for ventilation during a freezing winter night. I also asked for the room to be cleaned during the last stay and twice for the range hood to be fixed but this was not done and no one ever got back to me as to why . So 3 times room was not cleaned

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The property though quite new seemed to have very poor sound insulation. I could hear my immediate neighbours TV etc. and every noise out in the hallway (including some very loud near neighbours several doors down). It made for a restless night. The room fitout was also poor. No lounge chair...just a bed and desk chair and strange long bench chair underneath the TV. Plenty of room for a chair...but instead you are left sitting on your bed. For the price point I thought the product was lacking.

Always enjoy my stay. Only thing is that I could hear the people next door talking all night through the due to the connecting door which was not in use. Very loud and not comfortable. Stayed here many times this happening was not very good though. I hope I don’t get a room with a door next time.

Everything wss clean. The issue was the noise! The pub on the corner had music. There is no double glazing. So the music could be heatd, word for word with the windows closed. How the property was built without double glazing is beyond me.

The staff were lovely and the property was very clean. Our first issue was we were provided 2 keys. One we used to open the door and place into the key holder to put the lights on. The other we took with us to attend a family outing. When we returned at 2am our second key didn't work and we had to contact after hours to have someone attend and let us into our room. This was approximately a 15 minute wait which we weren't very happy about. The second issue we had was a pungent sewage smell in our room that, on a scale of 1 to 10, was a 9. We covered the drain and closed the bathroom door however could still smell this throughout the night to the point of making us both feel sick. The staff member who let us in at 2am confirmed the smell. We believe there is a drainage issue that needs rectifying immediately.

Unfortunately whilst we stayed at this hotel the power went out. We were informed by other guests however all lifts, lights, electricity and ability to go down stairs to our cars caused a chaotic night for us. No word from management. With a 8 mth old baby on our return from dinner, next door, which had electricity, we had to carry our pram up the 3 flights of stairs. We had no direction or help from the reception staff. There was one torch provided to ALL guests. We had no belongings as they were down stairs in the car park. We acknowledge that the power went out however how can a new building not have a back up generator? After being provided entry into the garage by the receptionist we were able to get a few things. Enough for the baby, however us as adults could not get clothes, phone chargers or toiletries. The next morning we asked for an 11am check out considering the time we had no power and our phones went flat. The receptions spun a story regarding the entire street being out of electricity which as educated individuals we found this extremely hard to believe considering the Tatts pub next door and petrol station over the road had full power. I’d suggest just being honest regarding the lack of emergency power and emergency plans that your business had. The place was clean, and new. We were happy with the bedding and size of the rooms.

Reception Staff were super friendly and helpful. We got in reasonably late (travelling from QLD to VIC) and were able to do a 'pre-checkin' which saved a lot of time. Recommendations were given for dinner, however, we arrived at the recommended bistro and were informed by bar staff that the kitchenn was open for another 1/2hr (we got there just after *8pm) Unfortunately, in the 15 mins it took to get drinks and decide what we wanted the kitchen was already closed. Very disappointing as were definetly looking forward to the recommended steak!! We settled for dominos as it was about the only place open. Hotel was clean, spacious and comfy. One of the better Quests we have stayed at.
