Walking distance from train station. Rough area. Ba nd B in a safe building but not pretty. Room was outstanding tho.

No es un hotel! Alquilan 4 habitaciones separadas con baño privado. No existe recepción, hay que llamar para que te vengan abrir la puerta a tu llegada. La entrada es un portón donde se comparten otros edificios todo muy mal cuidado Otro punto importante durante el día hay feria en la puerta por lo que llamar a un Uber o taxi debes movilizar a la esquina. El check in es a las 11 am pero antes a las 10 am te llaman x avisar cuando te vas y te sacan el equipaje de la habitación, sin permiso. Breakfast en un bar de la esquina y consiste en un bisturí y un café si queres algo más hay que pagar, Muy pobre!!!!

The hotel is clean and nice, nothing to complain about. It is very close to the train station but this is what we needed. Staff is very friendly, although we had a little hiccup at the check in. You cannot get into the hotel unless someone meets you by the entrance, and we had to wait for some time and call the staff before we were let it. They provided recommendation for a very good pizza place and we enjoyed the taste of Napoli.

While not located in best area of Naples (though being close to train station & Metro stops were very convenient), the lobby/room was clean/quiet and tucked away from the city hubbub once inside. Great for a short stay with less luggage, though there is a small lift, which you can’t find everywhere. Can’t say enough about the excellent staff worker/attendant Sofia, who was a wonderful help!

Sofia, our hostess was so attentive and showed us how everything worked to get into the building and our room. The place has a security guard during the day. The building also has security pass for the outer door into the complex after hours and again at the Il Divino entrance. It also has an elevator to your floor…a real bonus in Italy! It is only an eight minute walk from the train and/or the bus station. We are in our 70s and it was an easy walk.

Esse B&B é incrível por dentro mas a entrada eh um cortiço , eh uma porta de garagem que dá acesso a vários B&B e dentro eh a área de serviço dos prédios . Impactante , mas depois que vc entra no quarto , vc está num paraíso . Decoração excelente . Conforto de 5 estrelas . Ai vc esquece da entrada , mas pelo menos eh bom avisar

The actual property is wonderful. New and well equipped and furnished. No issues at all with the property. Shower and bathroom was the best we experienced in Italy. Owner/developer has gone over and above with this property. Location is typical downtown industrial. Located in an apartment complex with sketchy surroundings. We were not briefed or ready for that. Owner was in excellent communication with me and had an associate meet us at entrance. Dinner choices were in sketchy locations. I would recommend for men and perhaps couples. However, if it were a single or two ladies, I would have concerns. This may be a typical B&B location in Naples, however, we did not feel safe unless we were in the B&B and room.

No front door to enter without someone letting you in, and no one was available when we arrived. Had to sit in a dirty courtyard that smelled like trash and wait for staff to arrive. This was advertised as a hotel but is definitely not a hotel! It was more like abnb which is fine if you know that’s what you are paying for but is false advertising. Surrounding area did not seem safe to walk back from dinner in the dark. Staff was very friendly and helpful once she arrived. Would definitely never choose to stay there again.

Mycket trevlig boende, bra utrymme och "rymd" på rummet, en bra AC. Tyst då ialla fall mitt rum låg mot innergården. Viktigt att lämna korrekt mobilnr till boendet då all kommunikation sköts via sms på ett mycket bra och snabbt sätt. Städningen mycket bra och enligt önskemål. Gällande frukost så erhölls en kupong där man går över gatan till et café och beställer en dryck samt ett tilltugg. Funkar väldigt bra. Boendet ligger på gångavstånd från centralstation/tunnelbanan samt flygbussen avgår också därifrån, Runt hörnet ligger en mycket bra supermarket om man vill handla något i mat & dryckesväg.

This B&B is a close location by taxi to the airport and the train station and the harbor. We only needed one night for a flight the next day and this was ideal and affordable. The rooms are extremely clean and I must say the towels were the best we had in 5 weeks of travel. Carmen responded to our phone call immediately and gave us the complete tour. She was extremely sweet and helpful each time we contacted her. She arranged for a taxi the next morning and it was prompt.

You can either sit and enjoy it at the café or take it to go (and they serve breakfast all day!). Do not stay here. I truly cannot understand how this place is as highly rated as it is… This hotel is completely misleading, as it’s actually a bed and breakfast…without even really having a breakfast. You get a voucher for a place ACROSS THE STREET where you get 1 mediocre baked good and 1 coffee. Nothing else. Both days we were there, the comforter was stained. Not sure with what. Hotel staff was kind, but the system is very clearly not run well. She had to take a picture of our passports rather than inputting the data into a system, which I didn’t love. The area itself is incredibly dirty and sketchy. You can’t walk anywhere without feeling unsafe or anxious, so you end up spending a ton on taxis which already don’t want to pick you up because it’s a short/cheap fair. Naples is definitely a place to spend extra and get a nice hotel in a nice area, and that is not this. While the interior was clean and updated of the specific “hotel” areas, it’s in a building with a really tiny door and super sketchy tiny lift that really cannot accommodate luggage or multiple people. We ended up just walking up and down the 3 flights of stairs with our bags because the lift was so sketchy. Again, spend the extra and stay somewhere better.

Friendly staff, good instructions, lovely hotel room.

The room was superior! Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and tv had streaming available. Carmen was very helpful. Convenient location to bus and train (Napoli Centrale). Only thing that was a bit negative is that I chose il Divino specifically bc it said there was airport transfer, and it wasn't made clear on the website that this had to be pre-arranged. We chose to take the bus which was easy to get to as opposed to paying way more for a taxi. Also, it should be noted that I wouldn’t be totally comfortable walking in the immediate neighborhood at night.

The room is nicely renovated and is a good size despite us having 2 luggages. And there are features that I really appreciate such as fluffy towels, spacious bathroom, big tv. The hosts are friendly and responsive. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much and would come back again!

This is a really nice property. The check-in was smooth. The Beds and pillows were very comfortable. I appreciate it having access to a smart tv That I could log into my personal accounts and watch movies on. The bathroom Was very nice with great linens and towels. The price point was excellent for this stay! I would definitely come back again.

Outside can be busy as they set up a small market in the mornings and dismantled in the afternoon. They are also responsive and gave us in-person instructions getting in and out of the building. Hotel is conveniently located near train station. We walked or took subway to everywhere we wanted to visit. It's safe, quiet and beautifully decorated in modern style. Room is nice, spacious and clean. Manager Luigi responded instantly to our questions and was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. There are grocery stores and restaurants right across the street. We stored our luggage there until 2pm on checkout day. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely stay there again when visiting Naples next time.

The room was fantastic they have remodeled the the facility to very modern it is beautiful. They keep you well informed on what is going on. If you have a question they WhatsApp you quickly with the answer. They bend over backwards to help you in any way you need. I don’t remember the woman that checked me in but she was very pleasant and extremely helpful also. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone staying in Naples. Thank you Luigi.

The property was really nice easy to get to from the train station. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Room was great with nice bathroom and lots of space.

The women who checked us in was rude and very pretentious. She corrected us on our Italian which we later found out from other Italians that she was incorrect. She cared more about her needs than ours. The checking process took forever because she spent 30 minutes talking down to us and then decided she wanted to make herself a coffee before starting the check in process. The rooms are very clean and modern.

Room was very clean & enough space. Very nice to have vouchers for breakfast at a great cafe’ across the street. Bed was nice and big and pillows were great. A nice addition were the complimentary slippers found in the bathroom. However, check-in was a nightmare after having travelled almost 14 hours to get there.. bad communication. The check in person was supposed to be at reception waiting for us. The place was difficult enough to find and we got there only to find the entrance door locked and nobody there to let us in. Lucky that a young couple were returning to their room and let us in and were kind enough to call the person in charge to let her know we had arrived. Other than that, it was a nice quiet place to stay,

Sophia and Luigi are the best! Via Whatsapp, they reached out to confirm our travel/arrival times and met us at the entrance of Il Divino. Sophia was kind, professional, and thorough when explaining how to get in and out, about the area, and even sent us information about local attractions. She gave us a wonderful recommendation to Gaetano Adamo—best pizza we had in Italy! The room was beautiful and clean. The bed was firm, but not hard. There was a mini fridge/bar for convenience (drinks and snacks you have to pay for) and a kettle with a variety of teas. The bathroom was HUGE with lots of towels, shampoo and mini perfume/cologne. The vouchers for the cafe across the street were a lovely treat—the cafe was welcoming and took the vouchers without hesitation. We had cafe au lait with croissants—very good. Check out was a breeze, just leave card inside the room. There are some reviews about this area—it is Naples! It is like any other big city. Be aware of your surroundings and you will be fine. We were two women travelling and never felt unsafe—just avoid the train station itself at night. Don’t hesitate on booking this amazing hotel/B & B!

Clean, quiet, convenient…what’s not to love! Carmen was very attentive and helpful with welcoming us, ordering taxis and restaurant recommendations. We felt well cared for! Highly recommend!! Neighborhood is not upscale, but we felt very safe walking at night.

It is convenient for the railway station.

We booked this because it was close to both the train station and an easy taxi to the airport. The B&B room was nice, with a lovely modern bathroom. We didnt feel overly safe in the surrounding area with much graffiti and liter.

Nos fue muy bien en el hotel. La atención del personal es excelente y se comunican a diario con los huéspedes. Hay un contraste visual marcado entre las instalaciones del hotel y el ambiente exterior producto del ambiente propio de Nápoles. El hotel tiene una ubicación estratégica porque está cerca de la terminal de trenes, buses y del metro.

Excelente localização, muito perto da estação central. Quarto super moderno, limpo e com todas comodidades. Ar condicionado perfeito e silencioso. Banheiro bem iluminado e uma ótima ducha para banho. Cama muito confortável. Cafe da manhã e feito em uma cafeteira bem na frente do hotel. Uma observação quanto ao bairro em que ele está situado. Não tivemos coragem de sair a noite. Não recomendamos caminhar a noite. No mais tudo ótimo.

El lugar donde se encuentra no se ve muy seguro sin embargo los días que estuvimos no tuvimos ningún problema pero preferimos siempre llegar antes de que anocheciera por qué el rumbo no es muy bueno, el edificio es muy viejo, pero el bed and breakfast muy bien recién remodelados y el servicio muy bueno. También se encuentra en punto estratégico porque está cerca de la central de Napoles , además pues ir caminando al centro, claro si te gusta caminar .

Il Divino is a modern chic boutique hotel close to the Napoli central station and airport. The rooms are very modern, well designed and equipped with amenities. It was a pleasure to interact with the manager and reception staff. They were proactive in reaching out to ensure a smooth check in at the hotel, confirming our arrival time and staying up to date via WhatsApp. They guided us well about the neighborhood and dining options around. The breakfast was included and at a coffee/ pastry shop across the street. Had the best cappuccino there.

L’hôtel est propre et très confortable, très silencieux alors que les rues de Naples sont très bruyantes. Le petit dej est très bon et propose des spécialités napolitaine. Recommandé à 100%

First off, Carmen’s was an absolute gem! She had amazing communication and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. The room was impeccable, clean, great AC, easy to get to, and comfortable. They partner with Gran Caffe Novara across the street for breakfast which was amazing! The location is super central with easy access to the metro and not far from the airport at all! Highly recommend and look forward to coming back whenever in Napoli again! Napoli was such a treasure to visit with a lively atmosphere. Grazie Mille Carmen e Napoli!

We stayed one night as we were flying home from Naples. The hotel was close to the train station which was convenient. The room was updated, clean and quiet. The streets around the area were dirty and very busy with traffic. Breakfast was a disappointment and consisted of one pastry and one beverage at a nearby restaurant.
