Hotel was a great choice for us. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. There was a variety of rooms to choose from when we were considering this hotel. The property was originally an old glass factory which they built the hotel on and we liked how they incorporated some of the original factory in the new design. They have a private dock at the back which they have a water service to Venice (for a reasonable costs). The only thing I would like to see is an option to get a water service to and from airport from there private dock. This would just enhance the experience and put this hotel on another level.

This historic once glass factory converted to a lovely boutique hotel makes it a very unique experience. Upgrade for being a Gold member. Very nice room with loft our son enjoyed. Also loved the spa and fantastic massage from Elizabeth. Grazie mille!

Intriguing architecture, being a former glassworks. Also reflected in the interior design. Great restaurant. All staff from front desk through to cleaners were friendly and professional. Boat service from private pier was excellent. We had a fabulous room overlooking the lagoon.

The hotel is beautiful and calm, the staff are helpful and it is convenient to get to it, a water taxi station is about 4 min walk and the hotel has its own water taxi drop off for private transportation.

Matteo is awesome!! Ask for Matteo for great recommendations on where to eat and visit. He was extremely kind and welcoming. He actually took the time to give us a map and explain all of his favorite spots even though they was a line of people waiting to check in behind us. We stayed in Italy for 3 weeks and this was the best hotel we stayed at. The service was great at the restaurant/bar, the gym was very clean, food was delicious, room was super clean, and the entire hotel was so nice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The only thing that was odd were random gross stains on the wall but besides that everything was amazing!

Beautiful, somewhat decentralised hotel that stretches from the channel on one side to the lagoon on the other side. Perfect if you want to watch the marshes in the sunset from the terrasse, or go for a walk in the evening when all tourists have left. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Phenomenal. Thanks to the lovely staff (extra thank you to Alice), wonderful facilities & the wonderful location. Not only are the rooms spotless but the terrace at the back looking over the lagoon even had a view of flamingos. Also at check out there was a genuine care & effort to help make my onward travel as smooth as possible.

The hotel was overall quite nice and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were well equipped and modern. We had two rooms we tried though, and the first had mould in the shower. They moved us to a new and upgraded room which was very nice. However, the second room had a lot of ants (hundreds) and a few other bugs. They attempted to clean them and spray some repellant, but it didn’t work too well Overall, still a good hotel, but there seems to be something wrong with the cleanliness.

We recently stayed at NH hotel in Murano and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience due to a persistent ant problem in our room and the way the situation was handled. From the beginning of our stay, we noticed ants around the bathtub faucet, the floor ledge, and even inside our toiletries bags. Guest relations came to our room three separate times to vacuum the ants and spray the area, but the ants returned. Despite multiple complaints, we were not offered a room change until our final night—and only at 10 PM—well after we had endured several days of the issue. The most frustrating part was learning from the manager at checkout that she had not been informed at all until that morning, even though there were “many notes” in the system. This lack of communication and failure to escalate a clear hygiene issue reflects poorly on the internal management of the hotel. In addition, we had laundry done through the hotel at a cost of €200. Unfortunately, the clothes were returned poorly ironed and stuffed into a shopping bag instead of being properly hung. Clothes were re-ironed, and ultimately removed the charge from our bill, the overall experience did not meet the standard we expected from a hotel at this price point. We appreciated the attempts by individual staff members to resolve part of these problems, but overall handling left us extremely dissatisfied. A hotel stay should feel clean, comfortable, and well-managed—unfortunately, that was not our experience.

Gutes Hotel für einen Kurztripp auf Murano. Man ist auch schnell mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsbooten in Venedig. Der Service beim Abendessen war etwas unkoordiniert. Wir mussten lange warten bis wir bestellen konnten. Das Essen selbst war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war klein, aber fein. Etwas Schimmel in der Dusche. Der Blick auf die Lagune direkt vom Zimmer hat aber alles Negative kompensiert.

At first I was concerned that accessing Venice from Murano would be difficult but the boat taxis are so regular and affordable. I was lucky enough to be in a room facing the lagoon. The view of the water and boats going by was very soothing. The room was stylish and comfortable. I would definitely return on my next visit to Venice.

Hotel is beautifully designed and appointed. However our suite was too warm. Reception said air conditioning was fixed not to go below 19c, although public areas and restaurant were much cooler. Think this was to save money, but we were uncomfortable at night and would not return for this reason.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. The restaurant staff prepared an exceptional cappuccino which was welcome after our travel. We were accommodated in a spacious and immaculately clean park-view room. Breakfast was available in the hotel, which was a pleasant experience with a wide selection. We opted not to have breakfast on subsequent days to allow for an early departure to explore Venice. Thank you to all the staff for making our visit a memorable experience

Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel room was sufficient, loved the exposed brick in the room and the glass sculptures throughout the property. Murano is a quiet island after the daytripers leave. We liked it but it’s not for everyone.

Pros: *Sewing kit not advertized *Three bed pillows of varying firmness *Very friendly staff *Blackout curtains in room *Very good water pressure in the shower (if you shower on off-hours). Regular water pressure in the morning. Cons: *Air conditioner only goes down to 19°C and periodically resets itself to 22°C *The bed only has a duvet which is soft but very warm (not conducive to sleep at 22°C (even if you set the AC to 19°C it will eventually change to 22°C during the night)). No thinner alternatives available *King bed is two twin beds together with a king sheet, you can feel the ridges on the mattresses in the middle, they also had an least a centemerer difference in height Notes: *Breakfast is buffet and there is a great variety of delicious food. Highly recommend breakfast at least one morning *Blowdrier in bathroom not advertised *Photos of room selection included a bathtub, our room had a walk in shower instead (preferable difference for us). This hotel is clean and the facilities are nice. It’s not too far from where the water taxi stops. However, I have mix feelings about the staff. Upon checking in one of the ladies at the front desk seemed a bit annoyed. Like she didn’t want to help. The other lady saw it and jumped in and took time to answer questions about the area. We were a family of 6 from New York. and we rented two rooms. WiFi was not working and one of the doors to our room didn’t close properly. When we told the front desk they tried to fix it. One gentleman was really trying. But never got it to work. WiFi was horrible for our stay. That made it difficult as we are not from Italy. As for the neighborhood, there’s a pizzeria right next to the hotel. When we went in to order the people there totally ignore us for about two to three minutes until we asserted ourselves. We noticed that when others walked in they were greeted immediately. It felt weird. Something was not right there. The hotel is clean and facilities are nice. Hope this helps in your decision.

Ein absolutes Wohlfühlhotel. Zustand ist top. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind gross. Alles entspricht den Aufnahmen. Großes Bett mit Kissenauswahl, großer Schrank, viele Ablagemöglichkeiten; auch im Bad. Wir hatten ein Parkview-Zimmer und man schaut dort wirklich ins Grüne. Man sollte aber wissen, dass dort auch ein kleiner Spielplatz ist und das bei geöffneten Fenster durchaus mal kleine Mücken reinkommen. Aber bei geschlossenem Fenster, dank guter Klimaanlage alles kein Thema. Die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr ruhig. Frühstück ist auch gut und umfangreich. Und wir haben es genossen, unseren letzten Kaffee am Morgen immer auf der kleinen Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer zu uns zu nehmen. Übrigens auch ein guter Platz, um am Nachmittag mal lesend zu chillen.

The staff is awesome. When we arrived the gentleman asked if he could assist with any plans for our visit. He called and set us up with a fantastic glass maker visit, no charge for the tour, though we did end up buying some souvenirs. I prefer staying in Murano over Venus, and this place in particular.

Our stay was amazing and the property is beautiful. Very easy to get to and from Venice using the water taxis, and Elisabetta answered all our questions prior to arrival. Mateo at the front desk was also super friendly and gave excellent recommendations in Murano and Venice. 10/10 would recommend!

We really enjoyed the quiet luxury of the NH Hotel, the serene, tasteful, modern design and spacious indoor and outdoor guest areas, the comfortable room and the thoughtful, attentive customer service. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the hotel arranged for a band to perform during the cocktail hour one evening that added greatly to the fun. A special thanks to three staff members who went above and beyond in ensuring we felt welcomed Matteo, Patryvja and Gianmarco. Murano is an ideal location and the hotel the perfect respite from the busyness of Venice. We hope to stay again.

Murano is a lovely escape from the masses in Venice. NH is a new hotel a couple of minutes walk from the vaporetti stop Navagero. The hotel also has a private pier n is a great place for photos at sunset. Lots of shops n cafes around. Receptionist Sophia was especially helpful.

The premises are very neat, artsy. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Staff is very polite and friendly. The hotels is acessible bia vaporettos. Getting to Murano from central Venice can take between 10 - 30 minutes, depending on the vaporetto port you’re boarding. Strolling around Murano can be a bit of an adventure if you’re with small kids. As most shops and restaurants close at 6 pm. If you’d prefer some peace it’s a good choice.

The hotel is beautiful, modern. The only thing I wish that the hotel can do better is to give us a detailed description on how to get to hotel by water bus. We took 4.1 water bus from train station as the hotel suggested , however we got off the water bus at the very first stop of Murano. We had to drag four suitcases over uneven road to hotel , plus carry suitcases over two bridges. We are in shape to do these, what if some older people do this ? The hotel can simply give us the name of stop in the suggestion to avoid it, but they didn’t. Overall we love the hotel , and wish they can do better to help guest to get to easier as most of guest come to Venice in the first time.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The staff were friendly and the room was cosy with a nice, comfortable bed. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent but the portions were quite small. The hotel is just 3 minutes from the Murano Navagero water bus station that takes you to Venice within 15 minutes. We would like to stay again at this hotel in the future.

The property is beautifully designed, that’s the only positive about this property. We checked in late, by the time our plane landed and getting into the island and water taxi, it was 9:30. We wanted to grab dinner at 9:40 on the property restaurant, they told us the restaurant close at 10 so they’re not seating anyone or serving, but can order from the bar menu. Bar menu was limited to ham toast sandwich or diced ham, That’s it! We went to front desk asking if we can do room service she too said same thing, they stop serving. There was 4 other check in a bit before and after us as well. They told us to try a place on the island but everyone closed early and are closed on Sundays through Tuesdays. We arrived at the only restaurant next to the hotel few steps away they too said they’re closed. Went back to the hotel hungry. Not cool! Never heard of a higher end hotel not have room service available at the later hours. In addition when we returned to the restaurant and decided fine we’ll order from the bar, we witnessed the servers and chef in an argument. ( took video of it) so not professional. NH Collection is partners with American Express Platnuim that was one of the reason we chose this hotel thinking it will have great service. Such a let down. The location is a distance from St Marks square. Its probably great for Honey moon couples. But have to arrive early to enjoy dinner.

Overall very nice hotel, transportation could be a little challenging since it’s Venice. Had a bad experience at dinner in hotel’s restaurant, waited about 2 hours for our food to arrive on a pretty slow Saturday night. Maybe they were short staffed, but the food were ok, good portions. We had a good experience.

Gutes Hotel für einen Kurztripp auf Murano. Man ist auch schnell mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsbooten in Venedig. Der Service beim Abendessen war etwas unkoordiniert. On our frequent trips to Venice we always choose to stay on Murano, as the island is so much quieter in the evenings, making it the perfect base from which to explore the city. This was our first time staying at the NH Collection, and it certainly will not be our last. The hotel is beautifully stylish, housed in a converted glass factory and showcasing some of the finest glass artwork created by Murano’s master glass artists. The design perfectly blends history with contemporary comfort, creating a truly memorable setting. The restaurant deserves particular praise. The food is of a very high standard, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The waiting staff go above and beyond to ensure every guest has an excellent culinary experience, making dining here a real highlight of our stay. NH Collection Murano exceeded our expectations in every way and we look forward to returning on future visits.
