A great hotel for a short stay. Easily walkable to the main tourist locations. There is a very friendly vibe, with young staff, free drinks on arrival and a 24/7 bar. The bar/reception/restaurant area looks more like a nightclub than a hotel - and that’s exactly what we were looking for. An excellent spot, we will definitely visit again.

This is a boutique hotel but has all the main amenities including a restaurant, snack/coffee /drinks bar and small gym. Our room was very comfortable and spacious - good for 2 adults and 2 kids. WiFi was fast and reliable.

Business stay ,The hotel is in the city centre .It is in quite a busy area .It has access to private parking which is an extra charge .However, to your car once it is in the garage is inconvenient . Parking is underground and the hotel spaces are two levels down , in a poorly lit location. The lighting is spasmodic , this may be an eco feature but it means that you are left to walk back from your car in the dark . The lights also go off whilst reversing your car in and out of the space .Allocated parking spaces are not clearly signposted and we ended up in a space belonging to a resident , by mistake. We were asked to move our car but we’re not told where to put it , better signage is required , Parking for two nights cost over fifty pounds so better signage is not much to ask , The room itself was clean but very, very small ,The clothes storage area consisted of hooks . We did not take breakfast , so could not comment on the food .

Overall ok stay in a good location but staff need more training on the facilities of the hotel , e.g. how the car park works. You really should be able to reserve a car park spot as you will obviously plan your journey depending on whether you can park or not.

Great stay at the Moxy Brussels. Good position to visit the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was fantastic, highly recommend paying for the breakfast, well worth it. Only thing to mention contrary to what is written on hotels.com there isnt a car park. They have 5 spaces that's all. There is a car park near by but you'll pay an extra 16.50€ for 24hrs.

It was very good hotel, nice staff, very clean property and rooms. Only one incident which we were unhappy is that they did not clean the room one day and claim we told them that, which was not correct, other then this it was very nice stay and everything else was perfect.

Hotel room and staff were excellent however I had a noisy neighbor above me that would constantly be pacing back and forth then I had to put in earplugs to get to sleep I would recommend this place and I would stay here again but no longer than one night

Ma chambre était vraiment petite ! La salle de bain minuscule mais tout était très propre. Excellente literie. Aucune armoire de rangement, juste un porte manteau au mur avec 3 cintres, pas de coffre, c'est limite !. Coté TV, 1 chaine d'info en français qui tourne en boucle, c'est ridicule !! Dans les autres hotels du coin, il y a toutes les chaines belges et françaises. Le personnel est très sympa. Si vous voulez sortir la nuit (pas de TV), le quartier commence à craindre à partir de 21:00, pas très sécurisant...

The room was small and had only the necessary amenities. There is no mini bar, closet or coffee maker in the room. The view was an adjacent house, where we could look directly into peoples livingrooms. The bed was comfy and the shower great. The advertised free parking was nowhere to be found. Streetside parking is almost impossible as this is a very busy part of town. The hotels garage parking would have needed to been booked in advance, is not free and of course there was no space left. Parked in a parking garage 2 blocks away (not ideal if you travel with suitcases) for about 20 Euro/day. The location of the hotel is right next to several restaurants and it is easy to walk downtown.

The staff at Moxy Brussels are always friendly and helpful. The balcony rooms are lovely, with very good light in the afternoon in summer. Location is good. A bus stop steps away from the hotel. Porte de Namur is a ten minute walk, but it is a slightly chaotic stretch of road. St Boniface area had lots of lovely restaurants, bakeries & cafes. There are some roadworks which make the area less aesthetically pleasing but there is no noise, so it’s fine. My only negative with the hotel itself is a common problem with other Moxy locations that it wasn’t possible to connect my device to the TV, though I was offered a room change if I wished.

Lovely modern hotel, different way of doing things from a traditional hotel, and it works! Great staff, clean room, fabulous breakfast. Only downside, not much furniture in the rooms means you are literally living out of your suitcase.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights as I had to attend my sister's wedding in Brussels. Everything is great in this hotel. The room size is good, the rooms are clean. It is in walking distance from the center and next to public transport. My fligh arrived early in the morning and the receptionist did not hesitate to give me a room at 10am though the check-in is at 3pm. Thank you for making my stay in Brussels a memorable one.

The room at Moxy was large and the bed comfortable, The hotel itself has a lovely vibe - active and social without being too noisy. The area around has lots of restaurants but is away from the tourist crush around the Grand Place (which is about 20-25 mins walk away). It's also 4 stops from Gare du Midi so very easy for those who are on the train, in and out of Brussels. Would recommend.

The staff at Moxy Brussels are always friendly and helpful. The balcony rooms are lovely, with very good light in the afternoon in summer. Location is good. A bus stop steps away from the hotel. Porte de Namur is a ten minute walk, but it is a slightly chaotic stretch of road. St Boniface area had lots of lovely restaurants, bakeries & cafes. There are some roadworks which make the area less aesthetically pleasing but there is no noise, so it’s fine. My only negative with the hotel itself is a common problem with other Moxy locations that it wasn’t possible to connect my device to the TV, though I was offered a room change if I wished.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Location is perfect, lots of bars and restaurants locally plus a bus right outside and a tube station about a 7 minute walk away. The breakfast was very good and had everything you could wish for. It initially seems excessive at €18 each but we found Brussels to be quite expensive, so eating elsewhere isn’t really any cheaper. The rooms were really spacious and the shower was great. Only a couple of small niggles….we could have done with extra pillow (there is only 1 each). Also, if you prefer to have the window open rather than the AC on, you struggle overnight as the bed has an automatic light which detects movement. Therefore if the curtains are open to let air in, any movement outside this keeps tripping the light. All in all though, we really liked the hotel and the staff really can’t do enough for you. They were fantastic. As were the free welcome drinks!

On out little trip around europe, we booked Moxy Frankfurt, then onto Moxy Brussels, we paid for Breakfast in both, it stated Breakfast starts at 6.30am, which was perfect for us, as we had early trains to catch, No issues with the frankfurt accommodation, but when we went down at 6.30 at Moxy Brussels, we got told due to it being a weekend Breakfast starts at 7am. I mentioned we had to leave hotel at 6.50 and had paid for breakfast. Reply back was it opens at 7am, so nothing they can do. No alternative was offered like muffins, or even a refund.

I really enjoyed my stay at Moxy Brussels! The location is great—just a 20-minute walk or a short Uber ride from the city's main tourist spots (Magritte Museum, Grand Place, etc.), but in an area with plenty of great restaurants frequented by locals. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a nice bar and restaurant, and the breakfast was good and worth the price. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Brussels!

Travelled with my family (two adults and two children aged 13 and 11) - five stars from all of us! Very friendly staff, lovely clean and spacious room, massive shower. Son (11) says that you get to make your own waffles in the morning and they are amazing! Welcome drinks were a lovely touch and we really enjoyed playing cards in the lobby bar. We also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. Convenient location and quiet. Also very convenient to be able to rent umbrellas for the day! Overall, the staff are exceptional and this place has a really fun vibe. We had a great stay!

This is a great hotel which is about 20 minutes walk from the central station. Staff is friendly, they give you a free welcome drink and the breakfast buffet is fabulous with lots of options. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel.

The hotel was nice and had a great atmosphere. I found the staff were really helpful, friendly, and attentive. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent and had all the essentials that you would expect. The location is good and it is only a 20 minute walk to the centre with plenty of places to eat very close to the hotel. There's also a bus stop right outside the hotel and a metro station close by. The only slight downside is the surrounding area can feel a bit shady depending on the time of day as I was approached by beggars on numerous occasions, however, this is not the fault of the hotel and was not the only place in Brussels where this happened. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would definitely stay again if in the area.
