The only complaint we had while staying here was that they must have used too much chlorine in the pool and hot tub. As soon as we walked into the pool room our eyes immediately began burning, even other people staying there were complaining of their eyes burning in there. I got into the hot tub and once someone turned the jets on, the chlorine was so sting I couldn’t open my eyes because they burned so bad. Other than that the property was amazing, we will stay again! Just hope there’s not as much chlorine next time lol

This was a very clean newer hotel. We had two issues- the chlorine concentration at the indoor pool was so strong it made your eyes burn, the continental breakfast had very limited choices compared to other hotels.

Clean and comfortable place to stay with kiddos. The only draw back was the pool/hot tub was a lot smaller than we thought it would be. Otherwise great stay!

The hotel was mostly fine. Our issue was that the shower was not cleaned. There were multiple people’s hairs in the shower. We kindly asked the front desk if they could send someone to clean it and they never did. We stayed up waiting as long as we could, but fell asleep. If they told us they couldn’t send someone that would be different, but they said that they would.

We stayed at the hotel and our sheets had dried blood and the towel service was not to our expectation 3hr wait for towel service. The sheets smelled damp and we told the staff about the issues and nothing was done to accommodate the situation.

Nice hotel with basics. I liked the location, the beds we’re comfortable, and I liked the Dove products in bathroom/shower. It was clean. Breakfast was good. Very frustrated that remote and/or tv didn’t work right. We asked for a replacement remote, but I think we just got the same one back. We had to turn tv on manually, and we could not adjust volume or mute it. The only thing we could do was change channels. It was like front desk didn’t believe me. So after a very long day of travel and the fact that this place is newer, I was frustrated that a basic service couldn’t be provided.

It was an ok hotel for my family.Simple,with decent breakfast.Newly renovated amenities with clean and spacious rooms.Their pool area was overwhelming with chlorine and my eyes stringed .The only thing I wasn’t comfortable with is the amount of noise I heard due to the thin walls.

Air conditioning didn't work. Thermostat at 66 but temperature at 73. Air conditioner sounded like a jet plane all night. Bathroom sink took 30 minutes to drain. Water pressure in shower was nonexistent. Breakfast was by far the worst we have experienced. Eggs were not edible. Very few choices. Breakfast area dirty and most items were empty.

WOW Our room was awesome! New! HUGE! Our room had a large bathroom with a great shower. The room also had a coffee station, a king sized bed, a work area with a desk and a living room area! The room was so big it had 2 TVs I was surprised by the dog fee, I thought all LaQuinta hotels allowed dogs to stay free??? That said, the room more than made up for the additional cost

Arrived 2 pm to try for early checkin. Told to come back at 3:30. We came back at 3:30 and were told the room we requested was not ready. We had requested a room either on the first floor, or near elevator, due to minor mobility issue. Told the only room available was on the 4th floor, and it was at the end of the hallway. No other option was given. Not happy with how this was handled.

Amazing place to stay. Beds are comfortable. Check in easy and all employees friendly. Took our dog and it was the best experience. Kids loved the piol and hot tub. Close to shopping and food.

It was a nice clean quiet hotel until my neighbor checked in with a dog and left the dog alone in the room at 8 in the morning and the dog kept myself my wife and our 2 young kids up for the next 3 hours. Liam at the desk was the kind of guy that likes to show he doesn't give a damn, there was no manager on duty and nobody had the authority to help us. At 10am we were offered to be moved to another room for 1 hour, which was ridiculous to be nice, stupid to be honest.

We were here with our kids- received a complaint that our kids were loud and we were hearing the same noises- it was NOT us that was making noise- we were kept up with this noise . Sent my kids to get a soda as we were kept up- the staff yelled at our 18 year old son- telling him he was not allowed to be in lobby- lobby was closed and proceeded to disrespect the kids- I called down to question why this occurred and was disrespected and hung up on . I am completely disgusted with the behavior of the staff and will be filing a formal complaint about the situation

Left after the first night and booked for two. Location of the hotel is not that great located off of the main road . It is challenging to get out of parking lot as the traffic was heavy. Room was clean and fairly new however bed mattresses were very uncomfortable and air conditioning didn’t let me sleep all night ( it was that loud)

The hotel looks clean and staff is great but I think that there is room for improvement when it comes to few things. One example is offering a better breakfast. The eggs are dried and overcooked, I saw many people throw them away, what a waste!

I didn't like the same breakfast food day after day. Scrambled eggs, sausages. Same breakfast rolls 3 days in a row. NO protein yogurt. Same fresh fruit for 4 days. (Old apples). Can't cut the apples because of the plastic knives. They have a plastic ridge on top so you can't cut through anything. The "happy hour" was funny. Only 2 options were 2 kinds of 3.2 beer. REALLY...

Great breakfast! Real scrambled eggs, tasty sausage and they even had a Belgian waffle maker. Yay! Most hotels have stopped using them and I miss that. They also had a nice selection of muffins and other foods. Our room was up-to-date, spacious, clean, and comfortable.

The warm welcome was noticed. Everything advertised was on point. Would recommend to change up the breakfast if all possible a little. But there was plenty of it to eat. Love the waffles.
