We loved this hotel! The onsen is so beautiful, relaxing and clean. It has everything you would want for a great onsen experience. It is kid friendly and still quiet. The staff is very kind and helpful! We enjoyed the breakfast buffet all our days here and it had so many delicious options, Western and Japanese. The room was clean and spacious. Great location to get on the subway easily, yet you don’t hear it or notice in the day to day. I would definitely come back here!

Hotel was as described, clean spacious. Unable to use amenities due to tattoos. Hotel location not convenient not a lot of food options around the hotel need to travel to Kyoto station about 15 min away to get to any of the sites
