Well presented property. Very clean and in a great location with walking distance to many Auckland sites including the Viaduct Harbour and Sky City. Many cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Car parks were quite small, but we were in a big car.

Very clean, nice view overall, the beds were very comfortable. Park was difficult in the small spaces in an underground garage but I eventually got into/out of my spot. When leaving the light wouldn't turn green for me to pull out of the garage and then the door wouldn't open. Thankfully someone who lives in the building used their key for me to leave.

Great location right in the CBD. Walking distance to Sky City, shopping streets and the harbour, as well as the bus station. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy and they were happy to store luggage for free. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was also clean and well equipped. I would stay again and would recommend to others.

There was a poo left in the toilet on arrival, there was glass on the floor that hadn't been vacuumed and the were no soaps in the dispensers. Advised management but have had no response. Will not stay at the Ramada again!

The one bedroom suite was very clean. The view from the balcony was great. Could do better with toileteries ( there was the strict minimum) and you have to go to the reception to get dishwashing liquid ... The front desk staff was pleasant .

I ate my chocolate mouse, staring at the giant LED screen across the road, flashing dreams and prizes, stories untold, old men spouting 'insights'— they sold me ideas, as the bright lights creeped, seeping into my room through edges of closed curtains. Sensitive sleepers, beware, steer clear of rooms ending in five, where the glow fights your dreams, fighting to stay alive. Small room, but just right, warm showers, pleasant and bright. The bed held me tight, the clock—living in its future— we came to an agreement, on the interpretation of time, a mutual understanding, not yours, not mine. The fridge stayed quiet, not a hum, not a fight, just a silent roommate through the night. And the staff? Lovely, kind, they made my stay easy, let me check in early— life felt a little less busy.

Staff was not accommodating or very pleasant. Room was not as described or expected. No microwave, no desk, mini little table, terrible room location, 2nd floor, no view, flashing advertisement directly across from our window that was so bright, that the blackout shades couldn't block out all of the light. Room was good but disappointed that the front desk was only open from 8AM to 7PM. This sounds like the hours of a mom and pop hotel, not a Ramada. Plus, the check-in was quite confusing even with a person at the desk. The parking situation was even more confusing. We left for dinner when there was no one at the desk and got stuck for a while trying to get out of the parking garage. It did not automatically open. My wife got out of the car and finally pressed some buttons on the switchboxes on the wall and it finally opened. It did work properly the next morning when we left. I think overall instructions on how things work there should be better explained or at least have a person available at the desk.

Another fantastic stay at Ramada. Such a warm friendly greeting upon arrival, we were able to check in an hour early & they'd upgraded our room. Great view of the harbour, super comfy bed and great shower. Will be back again 😊

I liked that the property was centrally located as well as the apartment had everything that we required including a washer and dryer and fully appointed kitchen, all of which was laid out really well. What I didn't like was the after hours check-in process. We arrived late, ~11:00 PM so no one was at reception and the doors are locked for security. There is a sign to contact after hours staff to check in and you are asked to press a button on an intercom. When doing this, the line rang for 3-4 minutes and no one answered and the line went dead. I waited and tried again, same scenario. After several attempts, a man answers, I told him that I was there to check in and he asked for my booking CC# to verify which I guess is part of the process but I would rather have given him my conf number but I gave my CC#, he then gave me the lockbox instructions to get my keycard. The comms were bad and thus very difficult to hear and took several attempts, where he would sometimes answer and sometimes not, to get get instructions which were missing some details which I took some time to figure out on my own as the rep no longer answered the line. FRUSTRATING!!! I will contact Ramada as well to convey my bad experience. My advice, check-in when the staff is at the desk!

Having arrived early, we booked two rooms for the night before so we could rest after travelling from the UK. When we arrived reception was closed, the intercom machine was used and after three attempts we managed to get a key for one room! Reception was due to open at 8am so I gave the room to my mother and waited in reception. After a couple more calls - receptionist finally arrived at 8:30, couldn’t understand that we booked two rooms, finally a colleague gave me my key. This could have been avoided if two keys were left out and they linked the booking (this was the only reason why I could think of). Was never given an apology for this or explanation why. My mother also witnessed a very rude receptionist towards other guests.

Was welcomed by Raj and Daria like I had just come home. I have been a regular at Ramada Suites Victoria St West including long stay and always enjoy my stay. I feel like this is family and I am super impressed with the team here and incredible high standard. The rooms are excellent. Got upgraded to top it off. Six star recommendation

I stayed at Ramada for three nights and really liked the apartment. Great location near the SkyTower with lots of great bars, restaurants & takeaways close by. My suite on the 6th floor had great views across the harbour from the balcony. I liked the additional security ie you can only lift to the floor you are on. Bus stops within 80m. Excellent choice. I would certainly stay again.

Very close to everything and transportation. Clean and staff was helpful and friendly. The only complaint would be the air conditioner blower is directed at the sofa and extremely chilly when trying to get the room temp down.

Only two blocks from Sky Tower. Good restaurants nearby for breakfast and lunch. Had one dinner close by. Stayed after a two week cruise. Nice to see Auckland on our own and not too far from dock area and ferries to Waiheke island.

Very good apartment hotel in great location within walking distance to restaurants, shops, Sky City, etc (opposite Hertz car rental). The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, bright and spacious. Very good bedding. We would definitely come back when in the area.

The property was close to the sky drive coach station. This meant that we could catch this instead of a taxi. We had a corner suite which gave a good view of Auckland. The cooking facilities were great as we had pasta in the evening as well as washing our clothes. The only down side was the 100 dollar pre payment which we would get back eventually. The car park was ccinvenient and the staff were really helpful.
