This was such a frustrating stay. The hotel is so overly crowded and poorly managed. Elevators take a long time and are almost always full when they finally arrive so you would have to squeeze in or wait another 5-10mins. The valet service takes a long time As well. The hallways always smelled very badly. The room amenities and furniture seem worn out. The Receptionist that checked us in was in a bad mood. We only tried the coffee from the lobby cafe and it was terrible. If you are looking for: Elegance Convenience Peace and relaxation Value You will NOT find it here.

The hotel is amazing as the pictures tell, very modern. Happy with the stay. Some things are quirky like the control panel that controls the room, blinds, lights and tv. Having a tv in the mirror also a first. Very nice experience at the Paramount

This hotel was perfect the only problem I had was I had an allergic reaction to whatever they used to clean their laundry, every morning I woke up with hives & red blotches everywhere. I spoke to the front desk but no one had any answers or help for me. Other than that this hotel was & is the perfect hotel & in the perfect location/area. I will definitely recommend

Hotel excelente, café da manhã maravilhoso, ótima localização e piscina super agradável. Porém, fizemos uma reserva para 4 pessoas e a sugestão era que 2 adultos e 2 crianças dormissem em 1 mesma cama. Tivemos que pagar um upgrade na hora para que a minha família conseguisse se acomodar. Minha sugestão é que se for em família avalie com muito cuidado as disponibilidades oferecidas de quarto.

Rooms are top notch, nothing to complain about. 1 person at the reception didn't acknowledge my Gold status with Hotels.com, so he refused my room upgrade perks. Later on another person from the reception realised this mistake and contacted me for the room upgrade. That person handled the situation very well so I am very pleased and impressed by the professionalism they showed. Highly recommended Hotel and I will definitely return, for a 4th time!

Overall it was a good extended stay beyond a business trip. However, there were a few disappointments - the main one being when trying to book a table for dinner: I was passed around, asked to hold, cut off for over 20 minutes...and when I finally got passed back to the operator I was informed I didn't need to book... couldn't someone have told me that in the first place, rather than pass me around for all that time? Secondly although a mini-bar was mentioned, there wasn't one.

We absolutely loved all aspects of this hotel. From all the wonderful staff to the immaculate rooms and the fun bright decor we really enjoyed our stay and it was like living in a dream. The check in was flawless and everyone was so helpful and friendly. We were very sad when it was time to check out. We hope to return in the future! Shout out to the wonderful staff on the door/ taxi rank for helping us get taxis without the stress we appreciate you!

It was a lovely hotel. I did not care for the electronic lighting system or the TV in the mirror. However, the staff was so friendly and the concierge was absolutely amazing! I worked with him everyday and he helped me plan some great events for my family…24 hour room service was a big plus! ☺️
