All was great except for the shuttle bus to Dubai Mall. I went 10 mins before bus time kept waiting for 30 mins and everytime I ask when is it coming they tell me 10 mins. Then they informed me the bus was already full so it didn't stop at the hotel and another bus is coming. Had to wait 25 mins more then the guy from the concierge told me no bus is coming and had to take a taxi.

Vi brugte ikke hoteller til andet end at sove og spise morgenmad, da vi kun var 2 dage i Dubai og derfor var på farten hele dagen for at få mest muligt ud af besøget. Men hotellet lå meget centralt - det var nemt at komme med hotellets shuttlebusser - enten til Dubai Mall eller stranden - og de kørte flere gange dagligt. Morgenmaden var indbydende og lækker, personalet var søde og imødekommende. Alt i alt en super go’ oplevelse hos Radisson Blu Canal View! Vi kommer gerne igen!

Excelente hotel, excelentes atenciones en el front desk. Lo único malo es que nexesitas taxi para salir de ahí. No hay manera de moverte si no es con taxi. El shuttle es muy bueno, pero tiene muy pocos horarios. Si lo ampliaran más en la mañana y también en la tarde estaría perfecto.

Loved the pool area and the staff there! The staff at the pool were so friendly and helpful and made you feel welcome!! The check in was great, we were given an upgrade which was very much appreciated! The only issues we had were small things but worth mentioning in case they can be fixed. The shower changed water temperature a lot any time we used it. Also there are no convenient plug ins for our devices, only one plug and it was not in a good location. Overall we had a nice stay and would use this hotel again!

There are many hotels in Dubai but I picked this one due to its location right on the Dubai Canal which offered amazing morning run path. Also it is within walking distance to the Dubai Mall which is great as well. These are the reasons that I chose this hotel. But after arriving to the hotel, I realized that there is so much offered within the building itself... The pool, the bakery, the spa (which includes complimentary sauna), and Bai Restaurant were some of the offerings that I enjoyed the most. Thanks for a great stay. If I am ever back in Dubai, I would be really happy to stay here again.

Very nice hotel. The staff (front desk and maintenance staff) were very friendly and helpful. They loaned me adaptors for my US chargers. The gym was very good. The morning breakfast was unbelievable: so much variety (the usual eggs, pancakes, pastries, breads. But also hummus, baba ganoush, an indian food entree, noodles. And the best cold watermelon drink). 24 hr room service. Loved it. Would definitely go back.

Delightful staff that cant do enough for you. Excellent housekeeping team that are helpful, friendly and take such good care of the rooms and guests. Housekeeping really went above and beyond to clean and organise and it made our trip so much more enjoyable by their attention to detail. They deserve a lot of recognition for the wonderful work they did during our stay. We stayed for a week in a family suite and the rooms were big and spacious and perfect for our little family. Really enjoyed the facilities and the cleanliness of this hotel and would defo recommend to anyone.

Disappointed with my experience here. We arrived at the hotel at 8am and were made to wait in the reception area for 4 hours with my two babies both under the age of 3. I called the hotel 3 weeks before and was told my room would be ready upon arrival regardless of the time. My kids needed milk and food warmed up regularly like 4-5 times a day this wasn’t difficult to get done and staff were difficult to deal with. Not a 5 star at all. My family and I visit Dubai every year and this was disappointing. Rooms are dusty, towels were dirty, often had to chase staff for things. Rooftop pool was ice cold, my kids were cold, construction outside the hotel so views are awful. I will not book here again. 3/4 star hotel

Room was clean and spacious yet had a major flaw. Not a single power plug near or around the bed. Plugs were behind the chairs and lamp and behind the water kettle. I had to iron in the non lit area of the room because that's where the only available wall plug was.

The customer service is third grade at best. I made a reservation on Expedia. Right after making it, I realized I actually had accidentally booked for one extra night. I contacted the hotel right away and also called Expedia and had them contact the hotel to make the correction. After a lot of back and forth the hotel refused to make the correction and charged me the extra night. Their customer service is unprofessional and do not care about the customers. I do not recommend doing business with them.

Nachdem ich zuerst in einem anderen Radisson Blu gefahren wurde (Waterfront) war man an der Rezeption sehr bemüht die Unannehmlichkeit wieder gut zu machen. Ich bekam ein Upgrade in eine Suite und 2 Voucher für die Bar. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist absolut spitze!!! Sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit!

Service was perfect. Only issue is that we were given a room that is part of a suite and the other room had children. They were very loud, especially running in the hallway and screaming. Staff changed our room which was perfect. Appreciate staff working hard to keep us satisfied. Will consider next time for sure

I had an incredible stay at the Radisson Blu Canal and Marasi View! The hotel has a beautiful ambiance that immediately makes you feel welcome and relaxed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to room 308, which offered a fantastic view. The hotel's location is also ideal, being so close to the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Hotel had very reasonable prices for area compared to other very expensive hotels, great location, very close to the dubai mall. Friendly staff, parking, spacious rooms and especially bathroom. Did not take the breakfast so can't comment on that!
