Breakfast was choices for all tastes, nothing was too much trouble, all staff was amazing and extremely friendly, there was building work all around the area, but you wouldn’t know it! Excellent!!

Stay was ok. The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is a bit disapointing as the options are limited. The main concern is about the swimming pool area with a lot of construction work (that obviously nobody mentioned during booking or checkin) and thus associated dust and noise during the day! With a huge close area, the number of available sunbeds around the pool is ridiculously low. Customer service is also not as per Dubai Standards. We lost Fins and board at the pool and despite multiple calls and requests for update there was no profesionnal response or follow-up like they never really checked. I'm still waiting for promised callback but it looks like this is not a concern to them that items mysteriously "disapeared". Really disapointed and i'm not recommending.

Corner room with balcony is a good option. A nice hotel but we felt overpriced unless there’s an offer on by Hyatt off. Dining area needs a revamp. Don’t bother with the buffet evening meal as it’s not particularly good & is expensive for the quality provided. There are a number of decent beach facing restaurants facing the beach too the right of the Andaz. Overall our stay was good but not great.
