C Central Hotel and Resort The Palm

Although the hotel is very clean and tidy the facilities lack for a resort. The spa, steam room was out of action for the whole duration of our stay. There is no entertainment as expected for a resort. The rooms are very small. If you want a late check out this hotel doesn’t offer one unless you pay for half a day, otherwise not available. The view from the room is stunning as the whole palm is viewable with attractive sites like The Atlantis and Burj al Arab. The beach is very accommodating for lounging around all day.

We had a lovely stay and I would recommend, but for a 5* hotel the sunbeds by the pool and beach were terrible - probably the worst I’ve ever experienced and screamed cheap and tacky. Otherwise the room, buffet, staff etc were all wonderful and we had a fantastic stay. It was a shame there were so many children around screaming but this is of no fault of the hotel and parents should be warned about this behaviour being unacceptable in a 5* hotel

Good hotel but currently next to loud building site

Hotel and the service was quite good. There were a couple of minor items not working in the room like one electric socket. Also one down side is the next door construction, which was very noisy in the day time. Some times it was difficult to find an umbrella at the beach. We were told many of them broke during the recent wind, but not fixed yet. Overall the staff was polite and helpful, pool bar was good, although slightly slow during high demand.

Super varm pool

Small/medium size hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Food is decent quality. Good medium size pool. Can get quite lively with poolside DJ. Direct access to the beach for one of the Palm canals. A few fish in the water but not enough for snorkling enthusiasts. You can walk to the Atlantis waterpark in 20 minutes if so inclined. Great place to relax and stay for 2-3 nights if you don't want to leave the hotel. If you are planning for several days of lazy 'all inclusive' style, don't go anywhere else, with a family then you might be a little bored after a few days. Not much going on in the evening.

Excellent service, facilities clean. Breakfast buffet had multiple choices from continental to traditional food. Private beach was amazing. Will certainly return.

stay was very good -room size little cozy ,steam and jaccuzi was not working ,massage /spa little expensive and being a pure vegetarian there was less choices but thanks to chef he arranged what we requested in breakfast overall we enjoyed our stay. water sport are very very expensive -even we can not try

The all inclusive package had an excellent selection of food (including plenty of veggie options) which changed each day. The drinks were named brands not cheaper alternatives which was much appreciated. We had massages when there and they were top notch! We were able to get a late check out and because we had checked in after lunch on our first day we were given this (without even asking) it was very kind. The pool is nice and the beach is great and clean. 11/10 would come back!

The bits I liked about the property were the good selection on offer for the buffet - although some of the items appeared on the menu for breakfast that were on the menu for dinner - but all in all the selections were good - Staff in the restaurant and housekeeping were great ( too many to name ) The free shuttle service to the Malls - a great bonus . The negatives - The hotel is situated on a building site - I paid for a deluxe double with sea views and balcony - I could not use this as it overlooked the building sites to the front and side . The noise started from 06.00am in the morning till 6.00pm . The bin lorry coming at 04.30am on Sunday and Friday mornings was bad enough making all the noise. On check in I had been up 24 hours and had to wait an hour and a half to get into a room , but was told I was lucky as check in was 3.00pm and made to feel that I should be grateful. there were other things like the sun loungers on the beach were cheap and really uncomfortable to lay on , the TV channels did not work as it was cloudy !!! Room cleans were after 4.00pm on a couple of days ( but this was soon altered when I spoke to housekeeping ) All in all I would not recommend this hotel at all

Totally not a 5 star hotel. You cannot charge anything to your room, not even a water!!! So make sure that you carry your wallet when u are swimming :) cheap ! Rooms are not cleaned everyday!

The cleaness is not up to standard. There were pee stains around the toilet seat when we first checked in. Staff are very nice and helpful. Food is good. Price is very reasonable.

Facility did not have hot water. Lots of construction and noisy early in the morning. Gnats in the room. Drainage issue in the bathroom that had to be addressed multiple times. I would not go back there and you should not recommend this on your travel site.

Staff were very helpful, hotel very clean and views were amazing! A very small hotel compared to the more well known ones, but it did the job for us for 3 nights. Not sure its a placestay longer than that if you don’t venture

The room and amenities were good and clean. The balcony views were ok, privacy was an issue, with my neighbours underwear and empty wine bottles all over the place

The location is beautiful and the breakfast and dinner buffet fantastic; The fridge in my room was not working and the staff and service not what I expected. I would recommend for the location but not for the service

Hôtel plutôt bien situé dans la Palm. Le personnel est serviable et attentionné. Cependant, nous avons eu la grande surprise de découvrir de nombreux travaux autour de notre hôtels qui généraient du bruit… les travaux commencent tôt dans la mâtiné et se poursuivent tard le soir. Notre chambre était spacieuse et bien décorée or l’insonorisation laisse à désirer pour un hôtel de ce standing! Nous entendions toutes les conversations de la chambre d’à côté… Pour conclure, nous nous attendions à un hôtel de plus grand standing au vu du prix payé. Nous remercions l’équipe de l’hôtel qui s’efforcent de donner à sa clientèle le meilleur des services.

Decent and new, with helpful staff. Noisy: Construction outisde the room, and neighbors flushes loudly heard in the middle of the night. There was no hot water in my room.

Very bad experience with this hotel the staff is good but the room is on first floor no pracvacy all the pool side people can see your room very bad experience here never go there again

Very good although I had mosquitoes in my room. Ended up with 4 bites……Hotel did clean and spray the room, but I found another mosquitoes 2 days later. I’m not sure how they are getting in as there are no opening windows.

I travel a LOT and this hotel has without a doubt struck gold when it comes to their staff. Everyone is friendly enough without it feeling forced in any way. From the fantastic concierge who are very personable and welcoming to the restaurant and bar stuff they’d remember your orders and you never have to mention anything more than once. A special shout out to the chefs who prefer great meals every day which is certainly a nice change from other all inclusive places I’ve stayed at which almost torture you with the same meal options everyday. The variety and extensive mess of the buffet was perfect. I’ve worked in hospitality for years and your front desk staff were consistently charming and friendly, so easy to approach. The amenities were also top notch with an extra blanket and a pillow in the wardrobe which was a great surprise. Being on the palm is a bit out of the way but I wouldn’t mind staying here again. I do wish the fitness centre was a bit bigger with some more leg machine options but the steam room was a great size and so was the pool. It’s a shame the indoor bar area was under utilised but tbh it suits the mood of a hotel which leans more into being a resort for sure.

The staff were so welcoming, everyone was very friendly and very caring. They went out of their way to keep us happy. This is a smaller hotel, but it definitely was preferred as it was quieter in terms of location, but the staff and facilities were impeccable. The food was good on a daily basis and they did make some items specifically for us. Room with balcony was good and clean, beach and pool area was also very clean. Loki, Rose, Eric, Suresh, Marcelo, Nilema, Naveen and the chefs made our stay so great. Ruma and Mum.

Hotel was clean, beds were very huge and very comfortable, liked the amenities that were provided. Will definitely stay here again and recommend

Lovely hotel, quite small compared to many others but that suited us nicely as nothing was too busy. Rooms were excellent. Everything was well maintained and very clean. Staff were very friendly - couldn’t be happier with my stay!

Stayed for 3 days and we really enjoyed our stay. Great modern facilities and lovely location. Friendly helpful staff especially of note Collin and Samuel.

Everything about this hotel was just fabulous! From the staff treating us like royalty to the phenomenal spread of food, we couldn’t have asked for anything more! All members of staff were always at hand to help, nothing was ever too much for them! Both breakfast and dinner was superb! The variety of foods and the freshness of it was truly outstanding. It didn’t matter what time we went to dine, there was always fresh food available. Despite the alcoholic beverages being on the pricier side, there was still ample of options. The room was always cleaned to its best and they went above and beyond when we hung the wrong sign on the door, asking them to collect dirty laundry, when we wanted our room cleaned. Oops! When I had left my phone on a shuttle bus, the concierge resolved the issue immediately and it was retrieved within 20 minutes! Enough said! Overall, I would highly recommend C Central Resort to anyone, singles, couples, friends and families - it’s definitely an all rounder! You will not be disappointed!

They say the best things come in small packages and C Central is a prime example of this set in the most beautiful of settings on the Palm with the most attentive staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting on a holiday. The staff give this hotel that personal touch which makes you feel that little bit special. Wonderful experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to go back in a heartbeat 💓 well done 👏 all of you xx

Skønt hotel, venlig personale, rent og pænt. God morgenmad. Skønne værelser Ulempe kun det ligger helt ude på palmen hvor der nærmest er umuligt med transport udover taxi, der kommer du til at ligge mange af dine penge. Vi brugte Kareem App meget når vi bestilte mad, det var billigere end hotellets mad og mange flere muligheder, samt når vi bookede kørsel var det også nogle af gangene igennem dem. Ellers Uber App.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the Palm Islands. Beautiful private beach access and outdoor pools just nest to the beach. The room had a balcony with a view of the beach. Also, it's within 2 mins walking distance from the boardwalk, a great spot to view the Dubai skyline. I had booked for 2 queens but they have upgraded my room to king size for free. Great service. Beautiful room. Also big and delicious breakfast buffet spread. A total value for money. Strongly recommend

Place is good , clean and shuttle bus available., near to many attractions

Vi hade det helt magisk. Hotellet är vackert, fina rum, god frukost. Personalen extremt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Rummet var fint städat och höll en väldigt lyxig nivå. Poolen och stranden var fem av fem! Det enda som möjligen är ett mindre problem är avståndet in till centrala Dubai. Men Bolt samt gratis buss till olika köpcentrum finns att tillgå. Vi återkommer mer än gärna.

There was no ice cream even though we had all inclusive.

The room, toilet was clean the bed was comfortable. The restaurant was good however could have had some more Asian choices in the buffet

Very average. More beach umbrellas needed. All inclusive menu very limited and we saw all cocktails watered down. Better options on the Palm.

Absolutely great hotel with fantastic service, good cleanliness, beautiful pool/beach and amazing staff…let down by terrible evening dining. While breakfasts were fantastic, particularly the gentleman making fresh eggs, the evening food was genuinely awful. On our first night, they had a Mexican theme. I love Mexican food and was extremely excited but the food was cold, dry, bland and not at all what I’d call Mexican (besides the taco shells). We arrived 30 minutes after the restaurant opened but the desserts were obliterated with no replacement for the only ones that sounded appetising. The main courses were cold, dry and seriously lacking in any flavour at all. The next day for regular dining was awful. Again, we arrived within 30 minutes of the restaurant opening but a lot of the food was almost stale, lukewarm and flavourless. On our last night, even though we’d paid for hotel dining, we decided to just get food delivered from outside instead. It’s a shame because the front of house dining staff were so helpful and courteous, as were the porters, cleaning team and front desk. The hotel itself is phenomenal, the location is beautiful, everywhere was spotless, the beach and pool areas were gorgeous. The tech in the room was a lovely touch and the team made sure to congratulate my wife and I on our honeymoon and we’re so great. In terms of the spa, the steam room was great once it was turned on, though the hot tub was very cold but could be forgiven for the views.

Die Beschreibung und die Bilder stimmen nicht überein. Es waren viele kleine Kinder dort, obwohl angegeben ist, dass der Eintritt erst ab 18 erlaubt ist. Rechts und links war eine Baustelle. Das Essen war sehr fettig, und glutenfreie Optionen gab es keine.
