This Ibis hotel is terrible!! Check in was chaotic. I called earlier in the day to see if it would be possible to check in earlier and they said no, check in is 2pm. At no point did they mention rooms would not be ready on time. So I arrived at 2:30pm and it was manic. 6 people were standing around asking when their rooms would be ready. I finally got my room key and left. I got to the room to find there was 1 towel, no water, no hangers, hair dryer was not working and some lights did not work. The next day, before I left the hotel for the day, I requested my room be cleaned. I arrived back to find my room had not been cleaned. To make up for all the inconvenience, the manager offered me a complimentary buffet dinner. I went down for dinner at 8:30pm and there was literally no food left at the buffet. When I asked if the buffet would be replenished, none of the staff knew. I left and went to reception and told them there was no food but many people standing around waiting. I was told it was just replenished. So I went back and they had replenished 2 dishes but a big rush to try and get at the dishes. I left as I did not feel like fighting for food. This is the worst hotel, I would not recommend!!

Location is good, staff is okay, but please clean it up !!! Renewal of bathroom is required!
