Clean property with helpful and attentive staff. The area is very close to transportation. The cafe inside is convenient but small. There is no onsite food service otherwise. There are restaurants within steps of the door which helps.

Nice hotel, but lacks on amenities. Very small lobby, no gym offering, but nice staff and nice rooms. A good option if you want to be by the core river or Trafalgar square.

A fabulous location and a very well run hotel with excellent value for the amenities. The roof top bar was an added bonus. The staff were amazing.

The front desk staff were very helpful with storing our luggage until check-in. They were always kind and happy to assist. The hotel was in a great spot, central to shopping, restaurants, and theaters yet the interior of the hotel was so quiet and peaceful. The room was a good size and very clean with a beautiful bathroom. The little coffee shop in the lobby offered delicious pastries, coffee, and tea. I would absolutely stay here again.

A very cosy and sophisticated hotel set just a street from the national gallery and on the edge of soho this was a great base to explore London and the west end shows! Room was generous for a double, everything you need! Staff helpful and the immediate outdoor area felt safe even when we returned back late with children. The hotel coffee bar is wonderful but small and by 8.30am all the tables were taken. The breakfast offering was nice and low key but again if you are staying at the hotel you might struggle to get a table! Overall a perfect luxury and stylist hotel in a great location - thank you

This is a very good hotel. Provided you’re not looking for full service F&B. No restaurant and breakfast is super limited / virtually non-existent. Lovely staff great rooms (small but normal for location). If you don’t need the F&B and you don’t need to park, this is a good alternative to the true 5 star places in town. Note it’s trendy, not luxury…

Super convenient, easy walk to Leicester Square Tube station, Chinatown, Covent Garden. Tiny lobby, but a coffee place right in the lobby, and lots of food options nearby, from grab-and-go to high-end eateries. Surprisingly quiet for the location.

Really great central location and a clean and smart contemporary style hotel. It has a coffee shop but not a bar or restaurant and was quite expensive so that’s just why I’ve not given a top rating.

Modern, clean and comfortable hotel with excellent service just off Trafalgar Square (you can see Nelson’s column from the room we stayed in). There’s no lounge bar or breakfast service, just a ground floor cafe but with so much on your doorstep (including a large Pret next door) it’s the perfect location from which to explore the area.

Page8 is in a great location, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean overall but could use a bit of an upgrade at this point. Seems a bit worn.

This was a great hotel! The location was close to everything. The hotel was very clean. We loved the coffee shop downstairs! That was our go-to breakfast place, it was delicious! All of the staff is friendly and helpful.

Spotless room

The hotel is within walkable distance to major attractions. However, housekeeping may be lacking a bit of attention in details, like refilling essential amenities in the bathroom and a big piece of feather from the duster inside the folded bath towel.

Very nice hotel. Clean, daily room service. The staff is professional, polite, helpful. The room was small but quite. Location is excellent. Tourist attractions, theatres, restaurants are within walking distance. I would come back and highly recommend it to anyone.

The location is fantastic, next door to Trafalgar Square and a short walk to Covent Garden. I had an opened drink from the previous guest left in the fridge, the hotel corrected this swiftly and dealt with it well by replacing the drink and providing extra complimentary drinks. Staff are polite.

Wonderful location and staff; also a great bathroom and TV. Only reason we’re not 5s across the board is because of a lack of storage space in the room.

Superb location. Room is clean. Staff members are friendly and helpful. One thing to note that the walls are quite thin, and one could hear the neighbours if they are loud. Luckily, in my case, the arguments between the couple next door did subside after a while.

The property is very centrally located. It’s new, clean and well appointed. The temperature was hard to regulate, especially at night. The windows opened hut being central it’s pretty loud. The only major drawback was a serious lack of hot water. We tried showering at various times and the water was like warm to tepid at the best of time. If they can fix that, this place would be great!

Newer hotel, very conveniently located. Small rooms but clean. Friendly staff. Our room had a problem with a water leak from the ceiling and we were moved to a different room as soon as we identified the leak. Essentially, if you want a centrally located hotel, where the rooms are small, but clean, this is a good choice.

I have stayed at Page 8 before and it's still as good as before. Ideal location for theatre, shopping and The Mall, Trafalgar Square.stayed in twin room this occasion.. cosy room for 2 people..very hot in room 1st night but was also very humid. a/c wasn't great so left it on constant for rest of trip just to cool the room down..will be staying here again

The front desk staff were so friendly, professional, helpful and accommodating- answering all of my questions, sharing restaurant suggestions, actually showing me where places were. Manager Afife and front desk specialist Salmon went above and beyond, and my stay at Page 8 totally exceeded my expectations.

For a hotel that I had to pay alot for a night, sure they are stingy with waters. We asked for the water on the way out in the morning, and the front desk girl named Natalia told us we can buy one at the cafe since we got one the other day in such a condescending tone. I was so shocked at how we were treated and I just stood there for like couple seconds not knowing how to respond. We book this hotel because the youtuber highly recommended it for the location and service. I’d have to say I will gladly look for some place else even if I have to pay a little bit more. During March, it’s pretty cold in London and their heating system doesn't work that well either. We had a room that had a blocked view. We booked it as a vip access via hotels.com but other than good smelling shampoo, can’t really say much good things about them

Page8 is extremely well located for easy access to all the sightseeing and a ton of great restaurants. Would absolutely stay there again. We also got in very early (9am) and were planning to just drop our bags, but we were actually able to check-in and get the room that early, which was really nice after flying for 9 hours. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful too.

I would highly recommend this hotel. We flew in to the UK from the states and arrived at 6:30a.m. with jet lag. Our room was ready for us even though check-in wasn't until 3pm. They saved the first day of our vacation!

Location can’t be any better and the hotel is really nice. The room was nicely appointed and elegant. There was a big group of us that rented several rooms and we all had good things to say about the rooms and location. Regarding staff and service, I rated them 4 out of 5 stars. Two issues: we did not have an iron in the room, so I called reception and was told they would bring me one up right away. After ten minutes, no one showed up so I called again and they told me they were bring one up right away. Again, no one showed up. I finally went downstairs and had to ask for it and they gave me one. I don’t have a problem going downstairs and getting an item myself, what I didn’t like was being lied to and told it was being sent up, when it wasn’t. Just be honest. If irons are not allowed in the rooms, then a great alternative is handheld steamers for clothes. I’ve seen and used them at several nice hotels in Europe. The second issue we had was when the staff denied us entry to the hotel lounge with some takeaway food we had purchased at a nearby restaurant. This was late at night and decided we would enjoy our food in the lounge where the tables to eat are located. The front desk staff told us we had to eat outside of the hotel or in rooms. This was just wild; we couldn’t in our own hotel that has tables and chairs for their guest to eat at. It’s not fun and or convenient eating food in hotel rooms. It was too cold to wat outside. Fix these couple of issues to make it 5/5

Page8 was perfect for our 8 night trip to London. The central location was great for walking around central London, and the train station is very close for getting to destinations further away. The coffee shop in the hotel is great. I caution anyone who wants to take advantage of the laundry service as it’s done by an outside company. We sent some clothing to LaundryHeap and had a horrible experience with them keeping the clothes for days longer than anticipated and not having a legit phone number to get in touch with them. The hotel staff resolved our issue before we departed London. I will definitely return to Page8!

Great location and staff were outstanding

Exceptional staff, accommodations, and location. Adjacent to Trafalgar Square and in the heart of the West End shows. The staff/security made us feel very welcome and safe from all the surrounding excitement.

Great hotel in a great location. Quiet at night, even though it's on busy Charing Cross Road. Very good coffee shop in the lobby, which also serves breakfast sandwiches and pastries. Friendly and helpful staff. Short walk to Leicester Square underground (5 min), Covent Garden neighborhood (5 min), Big Ben/Parliament & Westminster Abbey (10 min), and British Museum (15 min). Long walk to Buckingham Palace. Plenty of food within walking distance. Chinatown 10 minutes away by foot, along with many theatres. Highly recommend.

Very happy. We stayed here for 3 nights in March 2025. The room was very clean and surprisingly spacious. Location was excellent, right on Trafalgar Square and within easy walking distance of many of the big attractions. Front desk staff were very cheerful and helpful. Will be back!

Fantastic location next to Tralfagar Square, can walk to lots of London attractions including Westminster Abbey, the Embankment area, and the London Eye. The hotel is surrounded by pubs, restaurants, and shopping. Rooms were a good size, clean, well appointed and snacks and beverages were included. Very quiet for being in such a prime location. Would absolutely stay here again.

The location can’t be beat, right on Trafalgar Square and close to so much including several transit lines. This was our 2nd time staying and will stay again in the future!

Page 8, a lovely hotel, benefits greatly from location. It’s next to the National Portrait Gallery, St. Martins-in-the-Fields, and Trafalgar Square. Leicester Square, Covent Garden, and Charing Cross Station are all a 5 minute walk away. There are many shopping and restaurant opportunities nearby, along with theatres. It’s a busy area, but the rooms are still quiet. It has a cozy coffee shop in the lobby, and a Pret A Manger steps away in the same building. I’ve stayed here a couple times, and was able to check in by midday without waiting on both occasions. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Great hotel!

A 2 night, weekend stay. A great location directly opposite the National Portrait Gallery. Incredibly easy to get anywhere, either by foot, bus or tube. Staff were enthusiastic, telling us that the new bar was opening (it wasn’t as it turned out). The room was clean and quiet although smaller than photos showed. Firm mattress and soft pillows ensured good sleep. The room was overlooked, so having the blinds up ensures that the pub kitchen opposite has an unrestricted view into the room, so beware. The tea and coffee in the room was poor quality and meagre in amount. It seemed cheap by other hotels standards. Shower adequate. We had breakfast in the cafe to use the 20% off voucher. The coffee was bitter, the tea undrinkable and the food basically inedible. We would recommend having breakfast at the National Portrait Gallery Audrey Green cafe opposite. Same price, and considerably better quality. The best thing about this hotel is its location. There are definite signs of budget restrictions making it appear a bit cheap. Staffing is friendly, avoid the cafe.

Highly recommend London Page8 hotel. Located close and central to the sites, bus/train routes, and walkable to Trafalgar Square, The National Gallery (great free art museum), Pic Circus, Soho, Covent Garden, Chinatown, shopping, and dining. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean. Room was spotless, nice decor, had room-darken shades, and quiet (heard no hotel neighbors or street traffic). Nice environment-friendly touches in room/hotel. Very good breakfast on site. Felt safe in room. Back from traveling three countries and staying in multiple hotels with my daughter. I tend to not write reviews -- but I read a lot of reviews in booking my travel so taking the time now to share positive words. Page8 was our favorite hotel.

Perfectly located for theatres, Covent Garden and access to the tube. Beautiful classic modern elegance - very new feel. Good double glazing and quiet for London - you are right on Trafalgar Square so will experience muffled sirens and loud exhausts. Staff were very friendly and food in the new kitty hawk roof top restaurant was exceptional.

I loved this place SO much! Location, rooftop restaurant had incredible food (with DJ!!!), location, breakfast, customer service, blackout shades, location, great shower and not stingy with the towels, lattes, did I mention the location? 😀 nothing not to love!!! Thank you for a phenomenal stay Page 8!!!!
