Conveniently located directly next to the airport it was about a 2 minute walk over to the terminal. Room was small but bright and very user friendly with sufficient space for all our bags. Breakfast is unfortunately not included but there were multiple options and service began very early. The onsite restaurant books up quickly so book early if planning to dine. Food was good and the staff were very nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Parking is easy and free if you are staying. They also had the option to leave your car there if traveling for a nominal fee. Although I usually prefer local accommodations, this was a great stay with a location that can’t be beat.

Hotel was clean and modern with up to date facilities, some nice touches with a mini shop on site for any forgotten essentials, or if you fancied a snack. Breakfast had a good variety and plenty on offer. Free Parking too, which is a bonus for an airport hotel. Staff were friendly. Bar had a good range of drinks.

Excellent Hotel with easy access to teh Airport and local areas. I had both breakfast and lunch and both were a very high standard. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. A perfect stay!

As always a greet and meet at the hotel reception. Comfortable room and please T meal although the menu choice never changes. Free parking and lovely friendly staff to make ones stay more enjoyable. Only a minutes walk to Inverness airport and 5 miles from city centre.

Nice new hotel, in pristine condition. Ate in the bar, good food but quite expensive for what it was. 'Market' facility for snacks was extortionate, £2.20 for a standard Daily Milk bar. But overall, an enjoyable stay.

Super convenient location, sadly let down by the lack of cleanliness of the room. Crumbs, fluff and bits all over the floor, very dusty and dirty chair. The carpet was heavily stained but this is common in most hotel rooms these days. This was reported to the front desk and a duty manager then did come and clean my room and was very apologetic. Bed was poor and uncomfortable and sheets didn’t actually cover the bed. Aircon worked well, bathroom was great. Overall, staff did well, but such a newish hotel really shouldn’t have these problems.

Our room carpet was disgusting. There were multiple stains and it was obvious that the room had not been vacuumed. The hallway carpet was in better condition than the room. We have to request another room which was not much better. The bar and dining area was clean. The food was well prepared.

Nice staff.Hotel near the airport and free parking.Breakfast, dinner available.Our room was spacious and clean but no house keeping.Beds not made,bins not empty and tea,coffee,milk not replenished stayed for 2 nights. Everything provided but the shower pressure was not strong enough.

We booked our room in November and arrived just before 3 the day we had booked we got a room with a shared door. Our neighbors watched tv, talked loudly and their baby cried until 1230am. We had to get up at 330am. Make sure you don’t get a shared room. It was a disaster.

Room was lovely, clean, spacious. Restaurant was good, stayed open until 10pm- bonus as we got there late and were worried we wouldn’t be able to eat. Easy to walk across the parking lot to the airport, 3 minute walk- flat, easy. Super convenient, clean, very comfortable.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s fairly new, very clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We also had dinner at the hotel, and the food was excellent. The only downside was the shower pressure, which could have been better. Overall, though, a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely stay again!

2 minute walk from Inverness airport, handy for early/late evening flights. The rooms were a good size though on my first night, room struggled to stay warm, noticed thermostat kept resetting to 16C, it was -4C outside. I couldn't get warm in my room. Breakfast was self-service buffet, mix of hot and cold food.

Perfect overnight before early flight. Bathroom isn’t so private… just a heads up. Opaque glass surround with large air gap around door! 3 minute walk to terminal.

This was a strange experience staying at this hotel. We arrived at 6:30pm and were told that the room wasn't ready and asked if we could wait in the lobby. Then when it was ready they had forgotten to make the sofa bed we had. While in the lobby we went to the bar to discover they had run out of chardonnay. At breakfast the next morning (which we were told was included) the latte machine wasn't working, there was no cutlery, some of the food items had run out and there were no glasses for drinking water. After leaving for the day and returning at night we discovered they were now out of both Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Not a great look. Next morning we discovered we weren't eligible for a breakfast and we still don't know which day the hotel got it correct. It seemed clear to me that the individual employees were doing their best but that the management need a serious shake. I'd give the hotel another chance in the future but for a major name in the hotel world, not a great display of the qualities.

Easy walking distance from the airport makes this hotel a great choice for an overnight stop. Staff are very friendly and polite-special mention to the efficient and courteous young bar/restaurant team. Hotel is clean, quiet and the option to purchase a late check out was much appreciated.

With a 4AM wake up we went to bed early. About two hours later the fire alarm went off. Get dressed, go outside and hang around. No one seems to know what's going on other than there may be a fire!! However staff did say this happened a few days ago and it was a false alarm. After asking staff what the procedure was we were told we had to wait for the fire brigade to arrive and check out the building. Until that time no one was allowed back in. 20 minutes later still no sign of the fire department. Another 5 or 10 minutes went by, the alarm stopped and everyone went back inside. No search by the fire department, in fact I don't believe they ever turned up. I realise system errors occur, but twice in a few days at an not too cheap hotel is unacceptable. We never did receive the wake up call we booked. Not a very impressive performance.

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect situation for early flight. Unfortunately we had to wait an hour for our dinner. Don’t know if the order didn’t go into the kitchen but we had to chase it up. Food was lovely when we did get it.

Really close to the airport. The only issue was the man at check in was really rude to us for literally no reason. As far as convenience to airport I would recommend it, but I doubt I’d stay again based on their employees. It was so weird because literally everyone else we met in Scotland was SO EXTREMELY NICE so a bit taken aback. Also if you rent a car be aware the closest gas station is like 15 mins away.

Excellent location adjacent to the airport, reasonable value, big rooms, very modern, but inefficient staff management in the restaurant. Danielle showed us to our seat and gave us menus, then served other customers food and drink, returning to the bar past our table for 15 minutes before asking what we wanted, by which time we were gasping! Simply, she could have used any of the return journeys to the bar to ask what we’d like. She apologised, but I would suggest training is needed.

Pretty sraight forward airport hotel. We stayed here because it is right across from the Inverness airport and we had an early flight the next day. Not convienetly located in terms of the airport rails statio (about 10 mi ute walk). Kitchen and bar were okay. 11 quid for continental breakfast, but you book this for the convenience,not because it's a good value.

This is the perfect location for a traveler - within walking distance to the Inverness airport and train station. Lovely accomodations, wonderful staff. And a 1/2 mile paved trail from the bus station. Plus, you can walk/run the trail from the hotel into a number of villages above the train station.

This hotel is perfectly located across the street from Inverness Airport, which was our plan for catching an early flight. We can easily walk to the airport. Yet it is very quiet and the surrounding area is pretty, green farmland, We are close to Culloden Battlefield and the Inverness City Centre is a short drive away. The hotel is literally walking distance to the airport, so if that’s what you need it’s great. The hotel itself is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean and the beds were comfortable. My only issue which was that it’s about 15 min or so from the town. This was my fault for not researching more, but we had to take a taxi to get to the few places we needed to go, which created quite a hefty price tag just for taxiing. But overall not a bad stay and proximity to the airport can’t be beat.

Extremely convenient location linking hire cars, train station and airport together. An overnight stay put us in a great position to catch an otherwise unfortably early flight. Pleasantly surprised by the range of food available with a Scottish flair at the restaurant.

Literally right next to Inverness Airport, two minute walk. Large room. Newer seeming although carpet already with some small stains. I wish they had put in laminate/wood floors. Expensive dining for mostly mediocre food. Paid more to eat here than on most of my 2+ weeks traveling in Scotland. No other options nearby so they kind of gotcha.

bad experience at he restaurant I ordered a pizza and found it over burnt at the bottom of the bread; tried to eat portion but literraly had to scrap off the bottom up of the bread, could only palate the filling; when I complianed to the staff; was told it was normal and either eat it or leave it. At the end, I did not eat reamianing portion (more than 3/4. No service recovery offered. ( I paid the bill and left). Terribel. I won't eat there again.

Great location - 3 minutes walk away from Inverness Airport. A few frustrations: There is no info about the on site restaurant on the website. I called to find out if they were open and a general cost of dishes. The person "helping me" (the person who answered the phone) gave little info just that they closed at 10. They neglected to say that a reservation was required. We waited for an hour for dinner. Once we were seated, the food was quickly served, hot, and tasty. Our booking was for 3 people. The couch/bed was made for us but only 2 coffee cups and 2 towels were provided. The shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel containers were all empty.
