Great location. Comfortable hotel. Staff was very friendly. Enjoyed our stay. Couple of notes for others- bar closes at 10 and is not open on Sunday. Coffee bar stopped at 10 AM. Just a note to be aware. Great restaurants and places close by.

The Bistro made my stay not so great....We there around 9am, only one guy working the counter, we didn't place our order until 930, then we were given a number to place on our table...sitting and waiting (maybe 3 or more couples/people came behind us and placed an order), Now it 1027...the people behind us got there hot food before us and ate and left. We're stilling sitting looking, trying to figure out how they got their food before us and then get ignored. About 5 minutes lates, we finally get our food. It took over an hour for us and my order was wrong. I was going to take it back but with the migraine I was suffering, I needed to eat and head back to Morgan State for my daughter...this incident did not start my day off right. Have multiple people working the Bistro because one person is not a good look

Hotel was modern and clean, in a great area of Baltimore. Free parking in garage next to hotel (you have to check in and get a tag to display on your dashboard first). Very walkable neighborhood with grocery store and restaurants. Within walking distance of Charm City Circulator (bus) and Harbor Connector (water taxi) stops - both free!

We had 2 cars because we were traveling. Despite numerous open parking spots they refused to give us 2 passes and tried to charge us $50 for one night of parking. Outrageous.

Room was decent especially for the price. 10 minutes or less from the inner harbor. The Shower could’ve been cleaner. It was a lot of mark on shower base and around the wall at the toilet. Would stay here again due to location.

Room was okay - bathroom floor was sticky - had to wipe it down with a facecloth. Bed had a pubic hair in it and the sink typically filled up with water before it was hot. On the plus side - convenient to parks, food and grocery store. Also, close to BWI.

Recently updated and great location for walking to grab food. Free parking is the best feature, too. My complaint is that the A/C stayed on all night even after I made the temperature higher. I am a young and tech knowledgeable person and I could not figure out how to get the a/c to turn off once it hits a certain temp in the room. Room and view from room was very nice. Updated with very comfortable bed. Bartender was friendly, fun and nice and poured a good drink. Prepaid breakfast was excellent and a great deal for the money. Literally up the road from Fort McHenry where we went to visit. Across highway from cruise ship port. Walkable to restaurants, and shopping. Garage parking (complimentary).

The trend is to build showers with half glass and no door. I never want to stay in another hotel that had designed their baths this way. At this hotel not too much water splashed out. The entire bathroom steams up. The shower head was so cheap water spewed everywhere. There is nothing private about this type of shower. In the room the TV is to the right of the bed. You cannot watch it while laying in the bed. Whoever designed the room and bath obviously had never used a bath or room designed this way.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, water pressure in the shower was so strong that the water actually stung when hitting one's skin. That is something se have never encountered in a hotel before, including when we stayed at your hotel earlier this year.

We checked in 9/26 at 2:30am and the young lady that was at the front desk was rude unprofessional and spoke so low we can barely hear what she said then walked away so we had no one to ask questions. Ice maker on 3rd floor not working, room smelled like sweat and sheets smelled like feces Overall unprofessional staff and smells like crap everywhere you are will never be staying here again.

Loved the property and mangement. We had an extra early flight (landed at 730 am)and expected to be able to drop our luggage off. they had a room availabe and let us chexk in. Above and beyond. Made the rest of our stay ejoyable.

Great location. Not too far from Baltimore harbor - 10 minutes drive. The staff is great - I had actually dropped my wallet in the parking lot and had money in it. I didn’t realize until I drove far away from the hotel. Called one of the staff members at front desk and they went and found it for me and kept it safe. So the staff is trust worthy. I forgot to get the gentleman’s name who helped me but thank you 🙏

Room was not cleaned the 3 days we were there. When we asked for cleaning we were lied to! The 1st person said that they only cleaned every other day. So I waited a day. Still no cleaning - after many complaints they came up and did the bathroom and trash cans only No bed made! The head of housekeeping lied saying we told them to come back later which was not true. Tried to get breakfast & waited 45 minutes without anything. Again when we asked we were told it was coming and 15 minutes later still nothing!! had to go out for breakfast.

The staff has been incredible. We flew into Baltimore on an overnight flight and got here very early in the morning. We thought we would head to the hotel just to see if they would keep our luggage so we could do a day trip to Washington DC without it. They checked us in super early! That meant we had a room. We could have a shower and put away our luggage before we headed out. We were just so very grateful. And not only that this is an absolutely beautiful little hotel.

The Evening Check in staff: if rudeness was her goal she would be a ten. She never met eye contact, you could see we were disturbing her nothingness. She had better things to do. evening Bistro staff (only one person handled the crowd She was efficient, friendly, lovely compared to check-in Lady.

The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful & so helpful. There were so many checking in at one time & he got everyone checked in quickly, calmly & pleasantly. He even took the time to address a request that we had messaged the hotel previously. Awesome job!

Absolutely a wonderful convenient location with multiple restaurants within walking distance. Clean and quiet and the perfect hotel to stay if you cruise. Literally across the freeway from the cruise terminal. Depending on which side of the building your room is on you can look out of your window and see the cruise ship. Walking distance. Maybe 4/10ths of a mile straight line distance. This will be my go to hotel whenever I cruise out of Baltimore.

This was an excellent stay. It was our first time staying in the McHenry Row section of Baltimore. This was an excellent decision. There were several stores and restaurants in walking distance. From the hotel it was a quick 10 minute Uber drive to the Inner Harbor. I would recommend this hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. We were in town for a Ravens game. The staff provided helpful information to arrive and exit the stadium area.

Wonderful location. Walking distance to restaurants. Hotel was clean and quiet. I was disappointed that breakfast didn’t start until 7. I had to leave for a race at 6:30. I asked for a voucher for my next trip, they said no. I asked if they had a banana or anything and she said no, they didn’t start breakfast yet. Usually hotels offer grab and go options. This would have been helpful

Great stay wonderful welcome upon arrival , large clean rooms. The breakfast is minimal but quality and Angel the lady that runs the breakfast bar is a beautiful person so caring and did a great job of our breakfast and made the best coffee we had in Baltimore. The check out process was also very pleasant. It’s with regret that I must say the overnight concierge young lady was less welcoming first thing in the morning, I had questions and she stated that she was new to the roll and had no idea was not what I wanted to be told and she certainly didn’t Instill much confidence in me . This experience was a vast contrast the rest of the staff and welcome. We thank those members.
