Lovely cafe on ground floor and helpful 24/7 reception staff. Very clean and modern room and great bathroom and kitchen. We used the gym and laundry facilities a few times which was fantastic. Location 10/10 next to St Paul’s cathedral, we walked everywhere.

Was a bit different walking in when you are used to staying at Hiltons, however, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and well kept, they even had free washer/dryers. Location was great right by the River and rooms were quiet.

Great stay here. Perfect for a week long business trip. Fair warning there’s no included housekeeping (they only do it every 5 days during a stay), otherwise it is 40 pounds. We didn’t opt for a cleaning, but it worked out fine since they provided fresh towels upon request request. Gym was good and I used it daily, but wish they had a regular treadmill instead of the assault one. Also at least one bar bell and a set of weights to go with would enhance the gym immensely. Because it’s right on the river, we experienced a few times where cars couldn’t get to us because of traffic on the highway that runs parallel between the hotel and the “main” part of London. We had to cross over the pedestrian bridge to get to a car a few times, but that was fine for us (but I imagine would be a problem for anyone who’s got certain disabilities). Their cafe is also great and is a great choice for light food in a pinch. Overall, we really liked our stay and would stay again.

Great for short stay. No bedside tables and plugs near the middle of the bed make no sense but friendly staff and great location. Nice coffee from the coffee shop. No bar, not as well kitted out as other Locke hotels we have stayed in but great for a couple of days if you’ve got things to do in central London.

I really enjoyed staying at this location. It was very centrally located and offered good amenities like a cafe and restaurant as well as a gym and laundry facilities. The only negative experience was that the soaps and common areas are heavily scented and I have an issue with strong smells. Other than that, I really loved my stay here. The restaurant was wonderful, great staff, food and drinks!

We stayed at Locke Hotel, Broken Wharf London. It's a very centrally based hotel for visiting London. St Paul's, covent garden & theatre area, millennium bridge, tate modern ect. The hotel room was super clean & very well equipped. Small kitchen area with utensils, tea + coffee making facilities, iron + small ironing board, hair dryer, large bath towels and very nice toiletries, comfortable bed with super comfy pillows for a good nights sleep 😴 💤 The hotel also had a café serving a verity of drinks plus a food menu with some delicious looking cakes, maybe some glutenfree items could be added to the menu. Very friendly staff & attention to service.

Amazing hotel in a great location. It was so convenient being near the tube and central London while also being set aside and quite perfect for walking the river in the evenings. Service at the hotel was excellent and the hotel restaurant was incredible. We were so pleased with our stay. The room was smaller than hotels.com pictured but the property went of the way to make sure we were comfortable. Be sure to call them ahead of time when booking to make sure you’re getting the room hotels.com pictures. We found that it would have been a better deal to book directly through the property to make sure we got what we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Locke, the hotel itself is so clean and pretty with an absolutely lovely the staff! Nate checked us in and was so sweet and informative, we met Omar who works the overnight shift and he was also so kind. The Frequency cafe located in the lobby is 10/10. The room was perfectly prepped for us and so comfortable. The amenities and the staff made this location well worth the stay.

Absolutely fantastic aparthotel. Plenty space, staff extremely helpful and are able to look after your bags after check out. Plenty amenities in hotel, small but practical gym, laundry room. In the room there's all the items you need to cook if you want to, toiletries in the hotel are good quality also so no need to bring your own. Wee cafe down the stairs, fair prices and good food! Great transport links with many underground stations around. Would defo come and stay again when next in London!

Enjoyed our stay at Locke at Broken Wharf. It was very quiet and well soundproofed, despite there being major building works next door. The property was spotless and our micro studio was well equipped. Location was excellent, not in a busy area but walkable to most attractions and nearby to supermarkets and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms- Yes, rooms as in multiple rooms. The first room assigned to us, there was a thiiicckk layer of dust underneath the drawers and under the bed. This could not have accumulated overnight but over months of not cleaning under it. I started sneezing and my son was coughing when we stayed in the room. When my husband complained about the disgusting state, they offered a different room. When my husband checked the first room that was offered, there still was a thick layer of dust underneath the drawers to which the staff even looked under and was apologetic. The second room was better so we agreed to move to a different room. The towel rack did not work and temperature cannot be changed in the room. We have raised the concern of the towel rack and room temperature 3 times but nothing has been done. The staff were amazing and accommodating and tried to do their best with the situation.

Stayed in the hotel over 20 times and this time around the bedding was not neatly done and creases everywhere. Long black Hair found Round the sofa. Cloth to dry the dishes had Staines which is a shame because its an oasis of a hotel. The second thing is people lying and sleeping in the reception with their feet full body stretch, which is not ideal for the boutique statues it represents as a hotel chain. I love the hotel; however, it needs cleaning and changes in how it structures policies around the coffee shop and seating areas.

When we arrived early we were allowed to check in. Staff are lovely. Room with a view is amazing and the room is really cool. Literally. Since arriving we have had no heating and despite asking at reception a couple of times nothing has happened. Sitting in a scarf looking at that view! The place is clean but some surfaces like shelves above bed are very dusty. Shame because these really small things could be sorted and the room would be perfect.

An OK apartment hotel for the price. Friendly and helpful staff, with a nice café in the reception area serving good food. The reception area is pleasant, with good facilities for working on a computer. The room was OK, with a decent size and amenities. The bathroom was nice, but unfortunately, there were insects in our room. It seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned often or thoroughly. There was no way to regulate the temperature in the room, as the AC required a filter cleaning. The location is decent but somewhat inconvenient. An overall OK hotel, but not one we would choose for our next trip to London.

I was a bit disappointed by this stay based on what I was expecting. I paid extra for a river view but wish I hadn’t because the room layout was not very good. I had my bed next to the door and would constantly hear whenever someone’s door slammed. The kitchen and small couch were next to the river view, and my window was a glass door, which again made it so that if anyone was talking loudly outside I would hear them. I was on the first floor so I felt very close to everything happening outside. I would not want to stay here for longer than a week so I’m a bit surprised that it’s advertised as a long term stay option. I was also a bit disappointed by the TV, as it was old and didn’t have many options for viewing. I chose to use Chromecast, but it was very finicky. It was also very dark in the rooms even with the lights, and many lights were flickering or already out. Lastly, they only will clean once a week (any more is an additional charge) and since I stayed for 6 nights my small trash was overflowing which wasn’t very pleasant. I did appreciate the free gym and laundry in the basement and the staff was very nice.

A brilliant location and with such good soundproofing a quiet place too. A great night’s sleep. Lots of great places including tube stations are only a short walk away. First rate.

Had to convince them I’d paid for the room. I asked to pay late check out (£30) and they instead charged me £96 as they said they were still owed money (they weren’t). Didn’t really get an explanation but it took a lot of time to sort out. The windows are shocking and let a lot of noise in. Good location though and comfy bed

This hotel is centrally located and right on the river Thames! It's super close to the Tate and Globe. Just be careful about the studio suites if you need a window you can see out. We could not see out so upgraded to a better room, but it was 50 pounds extra a night

Really loved our rooms, having a kitchen, a couch, etc. That said, I highly recommend you choose the larger room — and if you can swing it, get the room with windows. It’s better to have the windows!

Rooms- Yes, rooms as in multiple rooms. The first room assigned to us, there was a thiiicckk layer of dust underneath the drawers and under the bed. This could not have accumulated overnight but over months of not cleaning under it. I started sneezing and my son was coughing when we stayed in the room. When my husband complained about the disgusting state, they offered a different room. When my husband checked the first room that was offered, there still was a thick layer of dust underneath the drawers to which the staff even looked under and was apologetic. The second room was better so we agreed to move to a different room. The towel rack did not work and temperature cannot be changed in the room. We have raised the concern of the towel rack and room temperature 3 times but nothing has been done. The staff were amazing and accommodating and tried to do their best with the situation.

The Locke ticked all the boxes of what we were looking for on our London trip. We had a toddler so it was very beneficial to have a kitchen in our room. The location was Central so easy to walk around London spots. The staff were very helpful. The welcome gift and card was lovely and had a personal touch. This is the place where we would stay over and over again.

This property is amazing. The location is close to the tube and many restaurants. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Love the views of the Thames and being able to enjoy the properties available in the building. Would highly recommend.

Booked this hotel for a base whilst in London. Was not advised prior to booking their would be no daily cleaning. While this is understandable, it would deter some people from booking. Even more, was incredibly difficult to get fresh towels. I had to leave one night earlier; absolutely no help or assistance from front desk. Check out process was also awful; rude service and assistant was too busy talking to colleague to address queue of people waiting .

Location is amazing. It’s clean and functional. It’s above a delicious coffee shop. It’s certainly not the hotels fault, but there is currently loud construction just outside many of the windows. It woke us up daily.

This property was “off the beaten path” mainly, but still very close to anything you wanted. We walked to and from this property for almost everything, even if it was just to catch the Underground. The property was right on the River Thames and you were on the Thames walking path as soon as you walked out the lobby door.

The Locke at Broken Wharf is an ideal location for exploring London. Situated on the Thames opposite Tate Modern and close to various forms of transportation; just roll out the door and start your adventures. Our apartment was small but had everything we needed for two people. There is a large Marks and Spencer’s food hall nearby for all your food and drinks needs. The washer/dryer is a great asset. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at the Locke and would definitely recommend it to fellow travelers.

Great stay here. Perfect for a week long business trip. Fair warning there’s no included housekeeping (they only do it every 5 days during a stay), otherwise it is 40 pounds. We didn’t opt for a cleaning, but it worked out fine since they provided fresh towels upon request request. Gym was good and I used it daily, but wish they had a regular treadmill instead of the assault one. Also at least one bar bell and a set of weights to go with would enhance the gym immensely. Because it’s right on the river, we experienced a few times where cars couldn’t get to us because of traffic on the highway that runs parallel between the hotel and the “main” part of London. We had to cross over the pedestrian bridge to get to a car a few times, but that was fine for us (but I imagine would be a problem for anyone who’s got certain disabilities). Their cafe is also great and is a great choice for light food in a pinch. Overall, we really liked our stay and would stay again.

This is probably one of the best places I’ve stayed at Central London. It was a few steps from the Thames, a short walk to St Paul’s. My room was very cozy, I especially liked the living area divided and away from the bed which made it easy to relax and have tea.

We very much enjoyed this hotel for our six-day stay in London. The room was clean and comfortable (small bathroom sink is the only minor quibble, but the shower was very good, and it was nice to have a separate kitchen and sitting area), and we were especially pleased that the cafe (Shaman) and restaurant (Solstice) were both so good, with delicious (and very generous) small plates at the latter.

I really enjoyed staying at this location. It was very centrally located and offered good amenities like a cafe and restaurant as well as a gym and laundry facilities. The only negative experience was that the soaps and common areas are heavily scented and I have an issue with strong smells. Other than that, I really loved my stay here. The restaurant was wonderful, great staff, food and drinks!

We stayed at Locke Hotel, Broken Wharf London. It's a very centrally based hotel for visiting London. St Paul's, covent garden & theatre area, millennium bridge, tate modern ect. The hotel room was super clean & very well equipped. Small kitchen area with utensils, tea + coffee making facilities, iron + small ironing board, hair dryer, large bath towels and very nice toiletries, comfortable bed with super comfy pillows for a good nights sleep 😴 💤 The hotel also had a café serving a verity of drinks plus a food menu with some delicious looking cakes, maybe some glutenfree items could be added to the menu. Very friendly staff & attention to service.

Amazing hotel in a great location. It was so convenient being near the tube and central London while also being set aside and quite perfect for walking the river in the evenings. Service at the hotel was excellent and the hotel restaurant was incredible. We were so pleased with our stay. The room was smaller than hotels.com pictured but the property went of the way to make sure we were comfortable. Be sure to call them ahead of time when booking to make sure you’re getting the room hotels.com pictures. We found that it would have been a better deal to book directly through the property to make sure we got what we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Locke, the hotel itself is so clean and pretty with an absolutely lovely the staff! Nate checked us in and was so sweet and informative, we met Omar who works the overnight shift and he was also so kind. The Frequency cafe located in the lobby is 10/10. The room was perfectly prepped for us and so comfortable. The amenities and the staff made this location well worth the stay.

I had high hopes for this one night stay having driven for 7hrs to London and at £145 a night. The positives were the decor with its scandi vibe and plane, calm sage green walls. The walk in shower and bathroom were nice and the bed comfy. I loved the kitchenette with induction hob, fridge, oven, kettle, hairdryer cutlery and crockery, + iron too. If I'd been staying longer that would have been really useful. However the negatives were that the TV didn't switch on despite trying everything. I went to alert reception staff who said they'd get maintenance to sort it but we waited a while and that killed being able to relax, so we headed out even though we were knackered. We got back at nearly midnight and the TV hadn't been looked at at all so couldn't watch a movie which as a couple on our first city break away together was disappointing. The other thing for me (female) was there was no well lit mirror with which to do my makeup anywhere in the room, bathroom or hotel. The lighting was ambient everywhere with one side light next to the mirror with an orange glow. I had to sit and do my makeup in the foray in the morning using my compact mirror! This stressed me out and being AuDHD wasn't great for our first day exploring the big city and having to check out at the same time. The water was supposed to be filtered too but was too warm to drink. And the air con didn't work and the room was set at 25.5oC. Finally our view was of a concrete bridge and road so not great.

This stressed me out and being AuDHD wasn't great for our first day exploring the big city and having to check out at the same time. The water was supposed to be filtered too but was too warm to drink. And the air con didn't work and the room was set at 25.5oC. Finally our view was of a concrete bridge and road so not great.
