The manager was/is fantastic, and the pool is great. The check-in was easy and the place had everything we needed. The mattresses were a little firm, and could use replacing, but it didn't keep us from sleeping. This is a great place if you can't afford to be right by the beach during high-demand times like spring training / spring break.

Easy to get to, in a quiet area, very clean. We Uber to and from beach strip for beach, for happy hour and dinners for cheap considering the off setting of $3,50/hr parking. Only down side, out of owner’s control, pool to hot! :-). Need to start business of pool cooling solutions!

It was very nice. I wanted a place close to where my son lives. I was quite pleased to see clean beautiful pool and was happy I had a chance to swim for a while. I loved the bright colorful paint on the buildings and the area between the buildings with table and chairs set up.

Very convenient location, really cute courtyard and pool area, staff was friendly and helpful, room was very comfortable, hope to stay there again next time we’re in Clearwater. Something to know that I did not catch before booking; $10 parking fee. Rates were good enough though that it didn’t really matter.

On a scale of 1 to 10 We give them a one (1). That is being generous. Unwashed linens and towels. Big wad of hair on the bathroom floor. Air conditioning does not work. Refrigerator never cooled off to be of use. We paid for two nights and left after one night stay without refund for second night. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Unwelcoming smell in the office and rooms. Staff was not polite and charged additional cost upon arrival. Buckets outside of every room underneath the AC to catch dripping water. Stains on bed sheets. Staff watching you as you enter and leave. Very eerie vibe. Two junkies out back, who were guest at the hotel, doing drugs.

Cute old Florida style. We stayed in a weekday and it was quiet and very clean. There’s a lot of room options when booking, staff is very friendly. Had an issue with the booking and was charged for two nights instead of one, they were able to refund the extra after explaining and showing them the reservation I had on my phone.

Nice little hotel and in pretty good condition. Our AC was kinda noisy but other than that it was adequate for the price. Great location and nice pool with some decent restaurants nearby. They should consider having someone at the front desk during business hours and were really only there for check in. They did have a few numbers available you could call if there was an issue. Overall, very happy with our stay and would do it again.

Very clean, safe renovated, the smell in the room was of a clean room, no carpeting. Great shower, great mattress. I only missed a coffee maker and a book with guest instructions, or at least the wi-fi password.

We loved the outside vibe of this motel. And the front desk guy was friendly. We found the room incredibly awkward and a bit uncomfortable. The beds and bedding were fine, but convenience was definitely missing. There were no places to hang or lay wet towels. There were no tissues/Kleenex in the room. There was very low light. The shower had nowhere to set or hang a wash cloth. The whole bathroom section of the room just felt incredibly inconvenient and awkward. And the maid service never came. For the price, it was okay. But I really wanted to like it since the outside was fun and quaint and the location was fantastic.

So as other reviews I have read and stated they have put money into the property. Rooms have fresh paint new furniture and are clean. Our room needs caulk in the shower and the vinyl floor was coming up in many areas as if water damage occurred. Outside common area is nice and quant courtyard. Room lacked a coffee maker. I was bummed. The best Wi-Fi access was only in the courtyard per the front desk. Would recommend more Wi-Fi extenders. Made it very hard to watch my congregations service since I was out of town. I would go again but plan accordingly.

For the price this place was great. The room was clean (with the exception of the floor. They were hard floors and clearly no one mops on the regular.) The area was around was nice and quite. It was a cute little motel. That being said, it was definitely a $75/night hotel. No extras in the room. No extra blankets, bare minimum pillows, no coffee maker. The safety lock on our door didn't work. All in all it was a a good stay. But a coffe maker in the room would be really nice.

This place is a little diamond in the rough in Clearwater. Just over the causeway from the beach hotels and half the price, I’d stay again when going up to visit friends who are up there. Less than a $15 Uber ride to the beach. Room had a little efficiency kitchen which was great. Just an fyi they don’t have blow dryers or a full length mirror, but rooms are set up well!

Easy check in. Stayed here since it was super close to the Baycare sound. The property was super cute and clean. Room was a nice size, clean, cold ac and a comfy bed. Would definitely stay again if I need a hotel for a concert!

Convenient location. I didn't care for the add'l "Resort Fee", which covered parking? Along with realizing their final price was a bit more than what was quoted on Hotels.com? Finally, while preparing to leave/checkout(30mins prior to checkout), they(he) knocked on our door to ask "if we are staying an additional day"??? Kind of rude.

We stayed here to attend Old Dominion concert at Baycare Sound. Chose it for distance to the venue. We rode the public bus to the show which was clean, cheap and convenient due to the bus stop being just steps from the motel. We walked back after the show and it wasn't bad. Took about 20 minutes and beat the 45 minute wait for an Uber. Ended up walking behind another couple that was staying here too.

We did not stay at this property. The photographs were not accurate at all and the community that it was located in was very poorly kept. The buildings next door were boarded up and filthy.
