Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum an einer Hauptstraße. Die Haltestelle der Bahn ins Zentrum ist genau vor dem Hotel. Durch die Lage an der Hauptstraße ist es in den Zimmer sehr laut. Man hört die Autos und die Bahn sehr deutlich. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage under dem Gebäude.

10min tram from Florence SM station, the stay is right next to the tram station. There is Lidl and groceries store nearby. The room is spotless clean, without even one hair. Whatsapp onsite support is responsive and prompt.

Check-in reception is not in the property so it could be a little hard to find. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth and checkout was self-serviced (rooms have code locks). I believe check-in reception is only open until 7pm. The standard double room is spacious with a kitchen with fridge which is really handy. There is a supermarket about 5min walk away. There are some good dining options around but not as many as in the old town.

Property was generally fine. Staff were friendly. Location is not central, but I knew this going in and it was convenient to airport and city tram (and outside limited-traffic zone). The aircon, a feature advertised, was "not yet turned on for the season". It was quite warm in the evenings so this was a serious defect from our perspective.

Biggest issue: Left behind a Very expensive Ōura smart ring charging in the bathroom (worth $300!). Called one hour after check once realized. Woman who answered showed little interest. Kept saying no one has brought anything up yet. Had to call back and recheck 6 times over next 2 days. Yes, it was my bad for leaving it behind, but cleaning people who did not turn it in were thieves! Impossible to not see it plugged in bathroom for them. Clean enough, not a great location, AC was not strong and no way to change it. My granddaughter also left behind really nice larger bottles of shampoo and conditioner, they never found those either.

Perfecte plek om Florance te bezoeken en met een keuken heb je alles bij de hand! Enige minpunt is het zeer luide verkeer aan de voorkant. Voordeur en ramen lijken zeer slecht geïsoleerd. Verder top.

Vraiment incroyable comme chambre non loin du centre via le tram t2 juste en bas de l’immeuble. Pour ceux qui veulent cuisiner la cuisine est un gros plus. Le seul bémol est l’insonorisation qui est assez moyen la rue très bruyante (avec le tram en plus…) ne nous permet pas de laisser la fenêtre ouverte. C’est le seul point négatif, le reste était parfait.

This is a nice place with easy access and is clean and modern. The room is very basic, absolutely no frills. Just a refrigerator and a TV. The room is a converted apartment with lots of space. The bed was a little hard and the pillows as well. It also had a balcony. We stayed on the 3rd floor. The people at the check in were very helpful and communicated well via Whatsapp.

The hotel is like an apartment. The front desk lady was nice. The room was nice, but you can’t request more towels because you have to pay extra. Bring toilet paper, because once you run out they don’t bring more.

This was a convenient, clean and comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately we were not provided with the code before our arrival, and so in order to check-in we had to walk to another place, which was a bit confusing. The lady was very friendly and welcoming though.

Very convenient as, although it is outside central Florence, it is an easy 15 minute tram ride straight to all of the sights. Very easy as the tram is right outside the apartments and goes direct to and from the centre. Perfect.
