Mini bar has 2 waters that they didn’t refill. Good luck if you forget toothpaste and theirs is a bar of soap that you have to grind down. TV’s have 3 channels and you cannot stream onto it from a Smart device (it was opened in 2023) even though they have TV’s with said compatibility. If gymming is what you’re after… hope you like running outside as their running and cycling machines don’t work and if there’s more than one person in the with you then good luck in the wrestling match over the 1 single bench you may use. Great stay.

Un ensemble de problèmes que je ne relaterai pas entièrement ont émaillé le séjour, mais le personnel a été adorable et vivement réactif à chaquee fois. Parmi ces problèmes deux gros bémols qui empêchent une note maximale : 1 - On a été obligé de changer de chambre à 00h00 (20e etage, chambre 2004) car la soirée en rooftop émettait une musique bien trop fortement chargée en basses. On nous a annoncé qu'elle devait s'achever à 2h00 du matin. Problème ici : soit les soirées de terminent plus tôt, soit on ne met pas des gens dans des étages aussi proches du bruit. La chambre qui nous a été ensuite proposée après minuit était d'une catégorie supérieure mais n'avait pas le charme de la catégorie initialement souhaitée, réservée. 2 - par ailleurs, à aucun moment il n'a été stipulé lors de la réservation avec Expedia que le rooftop ne serait pas disponible ce soir là, qu'il y avait ce jour là une privatisation. C'est vraiment décevant .

Stock) gelegenen Räumen über Brüssel. Nettes, gut frequentiertes Cafe im Erdgeschoss. Umgebung ist ok und ÖPNV-Anschluss super. Parkmöglichkeiten sind dagegen rar (und teuer).

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were attentive and friendly. There is a fun vibe in the hotel. The decor was funky in a good way. The only negatives were the surrounding area and the parking. There wasn't anything in the way of food nearby but the downtown area wasn't too far. The parking was a little strange, detached from the hotel and hard to navigate. If driving, I would highly recommend a Fiat et al. The parking garage was super tight. All that aside, I would gladly return. Very nice place to stay.

Mein Zimmer roch am zweiten Tag nach Fäkalien - es wurde zwar gesprüht aber lüften geht ja heute in den meisten Fällen nicht - dann hab ich ne Stunde gewartet- aber in der Zeit hat man mir weder einen Drink noch irgendeine Kompensation angeboten - bei einem Preis von über 200€ geht das garnicht. Das Hotel ist außerdem in einem Gebiet das sich nicht gerade sicher anfühlt- man muss immer durch eine Unterführung und da sind viele Obdachlose - aber auch Drogendealer - nicht gerade das was man erwartet… für mich persönlich war‘s eine Katastrophe.

Wonderful welcome by the reception team. We had a corner room on the 14th floor which had large windows with magnificent views over the city. We had lunch at a private function in the top floor restaurant. Again, excellent views and great service. We loved this hotel and will use again.

Our room only had luke warm water both at night and the morning after. (Aka cold shower). The room was only dimly lit. Area around the hotel was somewhat sketchy (smell of urine, smashed car window, etc). TV didn't have streaming or on-demand options....cable only. Room decor was nice and it was clean.

We had a wonderful stay at The Hoxton with our friends while visiting! The rooms were extremely spacious, and the entire hotel has such a beautiful charm. We were on the top floor and the views were fantastic. The location was great, and the staff were absolutely incredible throughout our stay. Be sure to check out the rooftop bar for great food and drinks. Highly recommended!

Quick check in, polite Staff & we appreciated the midday check out time. The Coffee bar is also a nice touch and the coffee is great! Unfortunately, the fact the air con resets automatically to eco mode even when repeatedly turned down, means the Hotel loses a star. We stayed on the 17th Floor - heat rises, so our room was far too hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. We asked at Reception how to fix this and followed their instructions but the air con still reset every time we manually turned it down. I appreciate that the Hotel is conscious about being as eco friendly as possible but the air con should never be locked at a certain temperature - this isn’t fair for your guests. Also, there were no face cloths provided in the bathroom… something we have never come across before in any other Hotel and this is an inconvenience.

The Hoxton is next to the Botanic Gardens, with a 20 minute walk into central Brussels and the tourist areas. Just scored down slightly for the lack of storage space for a stay of a few nights, but the roomy rooms are roomy! If the weather is good, make sure you book the roof terrace bar a few days in advance.

The room was very comfortable but I struggled to sleep due to constant sirens all night. Hard to do much about that but worth noting if you're a light sleeper like me. I'd thought the area was okay but when going to Nord station early in the morning for work meetings, it was very dirty and I didn't feel particularly safe as a young woman on my own. The hotel staff were great. The breakfast 'bag' could have been explained to me so I knew I could have a cheap breakfast to take on the go. I also paid a steep price per night and the costs of food, coffee etc was quite high at The Hoxton. If that's not a problem for you, it's a trendy and comfortable hotel with hip amenities and helpful staff.

Walking distance to the train station. This is my favorite hotel in Brussels . Front desk staff is absolutely wonderful! Restaurants have delicious food and drinks ! Rooms are beautiful

Staff was kind but service in all areas was quite non existent or lacking. The rooftop was difficult to have a reservation and the front desk can’t really help as they ask you to call the rooftop. Room was not cleaned when they said it would be.

The lobby, entrance, and welcome are all very nice. The location, general condition of the hotel, and cleanliness are excellent. I have only a couple of caveats. First, the reception desk is directing guests without checking check-out dates. Second, one or two of the lobby floor dinner staff are unfriendly. Third, the tables are inadequately monitored at breakfast and dinner. But I'm sure they'll improve these with reminders. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is amazing! Extremely well done and the ambience is top notch. Our room was clean and the front desk staff was friendly. Unfortunately the staff in the restaurant was very rude and we witnessed multiple other guests complaining to the staff while we were there. It definitely impacted our experience dining at the Hoxton.

Isabell at check in was incredible, we have travelled the whole world and never been made to feel so welcome. What an amazing hotel and a real team dynamic, the values of one big family really shine through and it felt like we were staying with family. A beautiful hotel with gorgeous rooms and service. The Hoxton Brussels was truly amazing. From when we arrived, the staff were super friendly. We arrived a few hours early hoping to leave our luggage & turned out our room was ready for check-in! Reception staff (tall man with the glasses & brown hair) kindly gave us 5 recommendations for brunch! Which one of them was delicious (Chicago). The room was clean & beautiful! Amenities stocked up! Though no slippers/robe/bathroom bits but I think available on request. Food and drinks at the hotel were nice too, a great space to eat, chat, chill and/or work! Location is right by a major and minor station but still quiet. Right next to a small-ish park though some questionable looking people seemed to hang about the park. Felt safe nonetheless. Also not far from the centre & sites! About 15-20mins walk to get into the centre part of Brussels. Generally really loved my stay here, would recommend & would come back!

Good stay overall. Would probably try somewhere else next time. Positives - Clean, modern and stylish, staff on front desk excellent. Beds comfortable. Negatives - location not the best, staff in restaurant and drinks area very very slow. No dressing gowns in rooms. Woken at 3.30 am by. Fire alarm - not great when on 19th floor and freezing outside to be told in error as soon as get outside. One of those things but no apology. Have to wait a long time to get luggage in lift from reception to lower floor to main lifts. Small niggles really.

I didn't explore the immediate area too much, but the botanical gardens looked very lovely from above. You're less than a half mile from a train station and a metro, but another mile from the old town stuff and bit aways from other sights.

Beautiful beautiful in North Bruxelles! The hotel is excellent - amazing room, very comfortable, friendly and very welcoming staff, not to mention very helpful in terms of providing suggestions on what to do in town. It also has a nice rooftop restaurant "Tope", which was equally as amazing. Only drawback (which has nothing to do with the hotel) is the surrounding area, which can feel rather unsafe to walk around (especially at night), and especially the North Brussels station (which is the closest station to the hotel). Otherwise, the hotel is 10/10.

New hotel in a tower. Everybody is on a higher floor because of some businesses in the middle floors. Check-in area is crowded with a bar and you have to walk down some stairs (there may be an elevator) and through a cafe to make it to the elevators. The botanical garden is next door but has limited opening hours. The neighborhood is not great, and the walk to North Station downright scary.

The room was very comfortable but I struggled to sleep due to constant sirens all night. Hard to do much about that but worth noting if you're a light sleeper like me. I'd thought the area was okay but when going to Nord station early in the morning for work meetings, it was very dirty and I didn't feel particularly safe as a young woman on my own. The hotel staff were great. The breakfast 'bag' could have been explained to me so I knew I could have a cheap breakfast to take on the go. I also paid a steep price per night and the costs of food, coffee etc was quite high at The Hoxton. If that's not a problem for you, it's a trendy and comfortable hotel with hip amenities and helpful staff.

Overall a really nice stay with the rooftop bar and restaurant below. The tastiest tacos I have had in a long while and delicious cocktails and breakfast. The one downside is the hotel is not closer to the city centre. It's about a 20 minute walk to Grand Place.

The Hoxton is a lovely hotel. Our corner room on the 20th floor was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff on the desk were very helpful and friendly. If I was being really picky, there was quite a queue to check in and out but it did go down relatively quickly. The bar in the lobby and the roof top bar is lovely. Unfortunately we didn't have a great experience in the resteraunt bar in the lobby. It was extremely busy and we had to continually ask for drinks and remind them that we have ordered. It took 2 hours and a half hours to get our food as they had forgotten to put the order through. When the food did come, it was lovely. It was a little disappointing as we had spent a lot of money. Overall, the hotel is lovely and within walking distance of the town centre.

If you are familiar with the Hoxton brand, everything in this hotel fits right in. This property would be perfect if it wasn't for the area around the location. There are multiple exits from the Metro (Botanique). In theory, you should walk through the park, but it is not signposted at all, and the park can be confusing. The path and steps are steep in places, so it's not convenient if you're carrying luggage. The park also closes at night. If you walk around the park it can be sketchy, especially at night.

Great property and helpful staff! we loved our "roomy bath"! We had a great view and the deep round bath is wonderful. The only problem is there is no table or shelf next to the the tub so there is nowhere to set any shampoo or soap ...or perhaps a drink. Another issue is there is no wardrobe. he bed was excellent. Regarding the breakfast - the selection is very limited and unless you like the Peruvian style offering it's disappointing. There are no cereals or plain yogurt for example and other than a flavored yogurt, some sort of muesli mix, a fruit salad and croissants there is nothing unless you order the a la carte selection which is very limited. A comprehensive buffet style breakfast would be a welcome addition.

The bedroom was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was also spotless, though the handheld showerhead wasn’t adjustable for height. On the bright side, the shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion smelled amazing! Breakfast included a lovely buffet along with made-to-order hot meals, which were fantastic. We stayed with our dogs and really appreciated the thoughtful little extras provided for them. Overall, it was a wonderful hotel, and we would definitely stay here again if we're back in town.

Overall stay was good. Room was a good size and comfortable. Some parts of the bathroom weren’t so clean but for the most part it was ok. You get free tea and coffee in the room which is a nice addition. Rooms and overall noise levels of the hotel and surrounding area was low.
